I had a really great experience buying a truck from Ballard Mack. It’s easy to leave a positive review when everything goes smooth, but there were a few snags that we hit. Through it all my calls were answered or returned promptly, and the salesman bent over backwards to make sure I walked away happy. I’m an owner operator just starting out, but when I’m ready to buy another truck or upgrade what I bought I’ll definitely be going to them first.

Poor communication and depending on the tech shody work had to bring truck back at times to have repairs re done.Waited a week to get in the shop this last week only to find out on Friday afternoon and many phone calls later they couldnt bring it in to even read the codes and was told by Ed the service manager Saturday wasnt looking any better.

I’d like to give Chris and the whole gang at Ballard Truck Center a big shout out and a thank you for taking such good care of me!I was in immediate need of a rim for our 2020 Isuzu NPR, and my phone call was promptly answered on a Saturday morning, followed by a quick trip to Ballard, where the part was in stock and ready to go.I also returned an item today, and was treated with respect and courtesy, not with the usual attitude I get at some other places..!You can tell this is a well-run family business, and I highly recommend this family for all your commercial truck needs! (Mack, Volvo, Isuzu, Hino, and more!)

Great place to deal with.

Professionally speaking; the worst place I have ever been to. Owning a trucking business for 15 years, you can imagine how many OTR repairs I have done. This place is something else, not only did they tell me that diagnostics will take 10 hrs on a truck that simply needed a forced region, they have also lied about getting any diagnostics done at all. Simply parked the truck and wanted to rip me off. In this industry there are the shops that we can all count on ... and then there is Ballard Truck Center. If you need a good shop for a Volvo Semi, I highly recommend the shop next door to these thieves, Dario Diesel in Worcester, MA. Simply one of the best!

Made an appointment for Tuesday brought it in on Monday evening and they didnt even look at it until Thursday afternoon after I called that morning at which point I needed to get it back I had to initiate every phone call to find out what was going on nobody got back to me until Thursday their diagnosis was a guess that I had already made. Brought it to someone else within a half an hour they had the correct diagnosis

Terrible experience. Ballard sold me a defective alternator, then charged me $250 to determine it was bad.
