The worst nails I have ever had, the lady who attended me was running to do them and they were horrible, I do not recommend this place!

I called them to see if they can take me they said yes and when I got there they said they couldn’t take me it was also super unprofessional no one greets you at the door . Would not recommend.

I work with Boxes Almost 7 days out the week and none of my nails have Lifted, Cracked or Broke. I went almost 3 1/2 weeks Before needing a Refill. Love them!

First Time I went I really loved It second time around around Not soo Much next day my Gel polish was chipping

Got my toes done that was nice but when I went to the dry machines to dry my toes, the machines were off and I had to ask multiple employees to show me how to turn it on. They constantly ignored the fact I was asking a simple question. The crazy thing is my friend and I were the only two customers there so its not like they were busy they just constantly ignored me.

If your looking for a place with good pricing and don’t care about great customer service then this is the place for you !! They do a decent job but their customer service skills are not pleasant. The manager who everyone believes owns the nail salon is so rude. She is consistently rolling her eyes and when requesting a specific nail tech she is bothered by it.

Had a gel manicure and pedicure yesterday. The lady took two hours to complete everything. My nails are partly painted already shipped and faded ( one day ago). Very disappointed since I pay $50 dollars for nothing. Removing everything because it’s a total mess!

Customer service was nice. I loved the way my nails came out and everything was really good but on the 3rd day after getting my nails done one fell off.

Good price. The place is quite clean. An abnormally strong chemical odor though. The job was very sloppy as theres still nail polish left behind after nail polish removal. Shaping of nails look choppy too. The biggest thing that put me off is that they dip your fingers in a bowl of acetone to remove gel polish. Normally nail technicians soak a small piece of cotton in acetone and apply it right on the nail part, and not dipping half of your fingers in acetone. I dont think Im going back again.

This place Takes way too long !! I’ve been waiting here for a whole hour I first walked in sat down waited so patiently but then as I’m sitting here some women walks in mind you was waiting a whole hour okay, So this lady walks in and the nail lady decides to take her and say she was here first !!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME !!!! NOPE THIS IS WERE I WALK OUT IVE CAME HERE FOR YEARS AND ALWAYS GAVE $10 TIPS !!!! HOW IS THIS HAPPENING THIS ISNT OKAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They had me wait almost an hour and half to let me know that they couldnt take care of me, so unethical.
