I was in the process of moving out of state and contacted multiple junk removal companies but Trash Wizard was the only company that was always responsive, right on time and kept their promises. They would contact you right a way and be able to quote via text/email. No hidden fee or surprises. We ended up using their service twice for the move as not all of our items fit into the moving truck. They were able to come in next day with the last minute notice and picked up all of the items. We would have been in a lot of trouble as we had to leave the next day. For anyone communication and being on time is important, this is the company to work with. They are very professional, reasonably priced and honest. Overall it was such a positive experience and I would give 10 out of 5.

I was one of Trash Wizards early customers, dating back to 2009 when we were emptying my parents’ home after the passage of my mother. We loaded the garage with stuff to be disposed of and contacted several trash removal companies. We decided to give the new business a try. They came on time and efficiently loaded all the junk into the truck and left the garage cleaner than when we started the cleanup project. I’ve had the occasion to use their services several more times since then. Most recently was today.I contacted Brett, sent pictures of what I had to dispose of, discussed pricing and set a date and time for the pickup. I believe the price I was given was very fair. But more importantly the two-person crew that arrived at my home this morning – on time – made short work of removing the items to be disposed of and leaving the area neat. The crew was polite, friendly, worked efficiently and made me feel like a valued customer. I already have another project in mind for Brett and hope to confirm it with him in the next few weeks.Bottom line, you will be very happy with the price, the response, the courtesy, and the efficiency of Trash Wizard. I have been using Brett for as long as I remember and his team never disappoints. Sometimes going above and beyond. This week, I had additional materials for pickup and they accommodated the change without a pause.

Lucas and Anderson came right on time and did not stop for an hour and a half. They removed numerous pieces of furniture, doing battle with a large sofa until they won!! They also rearranged some large pieces for us. They were respectful and polite. We were amazed how quickly they worked. We have a large home and they ran up and down 2 flights of stairs never once complaining. We’re so grateful!!

Brett and his team are very professional, punctual and reliable. We were provided an initial quote based on photos shared via text and when their team arrived, the amount of brush was more than they had anticipated based on the photos. Despite that, Brett honored the original quote and went above and beyond! He also removed an old refrigerator from our garage and also an old basketball hoop from the driveway with a solid concrete base. Even though the basketball hoop was firmly planted in concrete, Brett and his team removed it skillfully and left no sign that it was ever there. We had a flooding of the basement with all of this rain and literally everything we had stored in the basement was ruined. It was a terrible day, I was not only at a loss on how to get this water out of my house but what to do with my stuff.. i tried those guys on the commercial where you point and things disappear...no they did not want to do small things and wanted alot of preparation... i called trash wizard they were here within a week... cost as much as if i had to rent to do it myself but they did everything! Quickly, professionally, and with a smile on their faces . I couldnt be more happy with their service. Literally i pointed and they took it all. And they swept up after themselves, again nice to the kids. Couldnt be more happy, they made a terrible situation just a bit more easier.

We hired Trash Wizard to clear out a substantial amount of junk stored in our garage and basement, and they absolutely exceeded expectations. The crew arrived on time and after briefly consulting on what items were being removed got right to work. They were fast and efficient, and they even did little extras like sweeping up the area after removing the trash. They even came in slightly under their original estimate (obviously that might not happen every time, but it was nice!). I will absolutely use Trash Wizard in the future and definitely recommend them.

Used the online registration and sent photos of the stuff I needed removed after hours on Thursday. Brett got back to me first thing Friday AM and scheduled my pickup for Monday morning (I was on a schedule). I mentioned I was still adding to the pile and could we revise the estimate when they arrived. The guys showed up on time Monday morning and took everything with a very reasonable adjustment to the price (it was almost twice the volume in the photos). The guys were personable and professional. Overall I am very pleased with TrashWizard and would use them again in a heartbeat.

My partner and I scheduled furniture removal with Trash Wizard after realizing that bulk drop off at the city recycling center was off season. We had a new couch coming and needed to make sure the old one was out of the way. These guys are incredible! Honestly, were glad we werent able to bring the couch to the recycling center ourselves, because this saved us a lot of effort. Scheduling was super easy, and we were able to set up a time within a week in order to coordinate with our new furniture delivery. The quote they gave us was the exact cost when all was said and done ($149 to remove and dispose of the couch). They were super punctual, so nice and respectful (wore masks and gloves, wiped their feet before entering our apartment), and FAST. We live in an apartment building with stairs, but they got our bulky old couch out in minutes. Worth every penny!

We had a giant pile of junk! It had grown at our house for two years as we did renovations. The process was simple, took several pictures of the pile, texted those pictures and they gave me a price range. I did tell them that I thought it was at least 30-40 yards (I have in the past rented 30 yard dumpsters for this kind of clean up).They came out and after looking at the pile (and what was in it) they gave me a final price. Now that price was a little higher than the range they gave me, but I expected that because of some of the stuff that was in the junk pile. They got to work, finished in the same day (they needed multiple trips). When it came time to pay, the said that the weight of all the junk exceeded what they thought but they stuck to the price they gave me!They also apologized for not taking everything, turns out when I told them to take everything they not only removed the junk, but they tried to remove the many rocks and slabs of shale that the junk was sitting on (rocks just grow out of the ground around here).Overall, they were professional, punctual and stuck to there finale price! What more can you ask for? I would use them again in a heart beat!

I was so impressed with the 2 young men who had come to remove the large pile or “junk” we removed from our sheds. They had a small hill in our backyard to get the stuff into a truck because there was no access to the backyard for the truck. They were very polite and very efficient.
