Great hard working people. Very pleasant experience with the young lady at the scale. Saved a few bucks dropping off my items. The only thing I would recommend wearing work shoes as it can be tricky walking around as I expected. I also use Superior waste for my weekly disposal. Very reasonable and dont have to deal with the limitations imposed by the city.

We rented a dumpster from them. It came quickly which is why it’s 2 not 1 star. My issue Is they never informed us of there being an overcharge for being overweight and charged us an extra $200 after the fact. Nothing about weight limits on their website. Claim someone should have explained it to me but the only communication was a voice mail saying the dumpster would be delivered tomorrow. Super underhanded in my opinion.

It is 9:00 at night. I was told a dumpster would be delivered THIS MORNING. I am still waiting. Company is not responding to my calls. Extremely unhappy with this company. Would not recommend. Poor customer service to say the least.

I called 6/8/2021 and paid to have two mattresses removed. I was told I had to pay up front and they would be there by 11 am on 6/9/2021. I had back surgery two weeks ago so I had to have someone come and help me get them outside for pickup. I called at 11 am and they told me “manny will be there shortly”. I called again at 4 pm and was told “manny doesn’t have a tablet but he should be there no later than 6:15 pm. I called AGAIN at 7 pm and reached the answering service because they closed for the day. I was told I would get a call right back from the person “on call” it’s now 9:30 and no phone call and the mattresses are still sitting in my driveway. Extremely disappointed in this companies services. I will not be doing business with them in the future.

I shopped around both the citys dpw and Casella. These guys were the cheapest by far. Went to their site and it was a very efficient process. Would use them again.

In short, they spilled oil and garbage on my lawn then snuck out to avoid cleaning it up. They were subcontracted by Gervais Plumbing Heating & AC to remove an oil tank from my house. They sent over a couple of kids that didnt have a clue, who immediately broke the oil filter off the tank and caused it to dump oil into my lawn because they were trying to roll it end over end. Apparently, they were too lazy or weak to do some actual work. Then, they decided to cut the tank in half on my lawn (facing down so that every ounce of oil could spill through the hole they already made....) spilling more oil and leaving old saw blades in the grass. Finally, they snuck off without saying a word or bothering to clean up their mess. Id be ashamed of myself for hiring that caliber of employee. If these guys show up to your job - send them back.

Easy. Bring your trash down in a trailer, pick up or the trunk of your car. Back onto the scale get weighed. Go unload and go get re-weighed. Pay. Easy peasy.

We did a large demolition of a home in Wellesley. Everything was time critical, and it required coordination of a 25ton excavator, the Town, the Gc and subs. Dennis at Superior made it work, and has enough of a portfolio of containers and network of truckers that we could add to the job and change stuff quickly. Extremely responsive owner, always a person answering text and phone. A+.

As a contractor in Worcester, it is great having a place so convenient to dispose of construction debris. The staff is very helpful and the price is the best youll find. I can drop off different sized loads and only get charged by the weight, as opposed to E.L. Harvey or Waste Management which charge a minimum price for any load (and it isnt cheap). They also rent dumpsters at competitive prices, which is nice. I would have given 5 stars, but I have had a couple incidents with nails getting stuck in my tires in the unloading area.

I used superior for my business many times this year. They are absolutely amazing. What I like most, is easy scheduling, all I have to do is text when I want trash picked up, and they schedule it right away. Billing is easy with online payments and invoicing. The guys who come are professional and nice, and Dennis is a rock star! Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

Ive used Superiors transfer station and loved it. My town transfer station charges extra for furniture, building materials, etc... Not so at Superior they weigh your truck before and after, and you pay per weight. So heres someone who pays for a town transfer station sticker, yet uses Superior for convenience. Easy on and off from rt. 290. Open on Saturdays.

Excellent company to deal with. drivers took special care of placing dumpster on driveway with wood under casters so driveway would not get damaged. Very quick pickup and delivery. I also pass the transfer station in Westboro to go to Superior to get rid of my C&D because they are more price friendly and have accurate scales. Also, I can always call owner. He will answer phone and/or return a call. I highly recommend this company!

Fantastic customer service! I changed my mind about size and they were able to accommodate me immediately! Also we got the dumpster dropped off and it has smelly liquid in the bottom. All went well until they picked up the dumpster. While hooking the dumpster, they backed into our fence damaging two sections. Driver called it into the office and we were told someone would call us to set up repair. No call ever came. We called numerous time always with the same answer, someone will call us. Been over 45 days and never as much as a call or apology. Obviously customer satisfaction is not part of the price. Small claim is an option but should not have come to this.Word of mouth can be effective, am not pleased with lack of customer service.And my fence is still damaged, not good advertising for Superior.Jim

Not a customer per say but I live in a condo where Superior picked up a trash dumpster. They blasted their backup alarms and woke up my whole family on a Sat morning at 6:25am. I understand they have a business to run but I noticed the office isnt open at 6:25am. I personally will never recommend this company.
