Falsely advertises as a MOBILE service. Not anymore. Arrived early for a 9:30AM appointment and found that Moises had not arrived. Waited 15 min. and he shows up, is flippant, and smoking a cigar. No thought of the inconvenience to the client and her husband who both drove there to drop off the car. For a top price to clean a moderately dirty station wagon, being late, and an attitude, I chose not to let this shop touch my car. Dont waste your time.

Five star rating - easy. The interior of my 2013 (written in 2021) looks brand new and my family (children, dogs) are rough on cars. The service from start to finish was amazing. Vanessa handles the customer service and she was super professional, friendly, responsive at every interaction. When I pulled in, I met Moses, who greeted me with a wide smile, and he was professional and respectful the entire time. We will be back this summer with my sons car. And V&C has a forever word-of-mouth advertiser in me.

Ill start this review with a bit about myself so that if you take the time to read it you will know my appreciation for automobiles and the depth and passion I put on my rating in this review. Cars are a passion and hobby of mine since I was a child, growing up with a muscle show car in the family, to learning from all methods to fix and modify modern and classics a car to me is both a sport, an art, and way to express oneself. So from my project to daily driver I feel very strongly about caring for the cars I own and drive.The service V and C provided was above and beyond what I am accustomed to from other places. What made that possible was Communication, Ability to Pickup/Deliver, Simple Recommendation when I asked about various additional services, Reasonable Cost, Quality, Positivity and a Passion for the work they do. I got the Full Detail package and when I asked about other services they recommended buffing service. My vehicle took longer than the original estimate for time, but they called and let me know about that and went through options to have it picked up again to do the buffing. Just from that first part with the full detailing the interior looked like a brand new vehicle every surface was free from dirt and debris. The exterior was a lot cleaner with the wash and wax. Then this week they were able to pick it up to prep it and do the buffing. Once again my vehicle was going to take a bit longer and this was communicated to me when they realized it was going to take more work before they could buff it. My vehicle had water spots that were stuck on it from before I bought it and the quote I had gotten from another local detailer was very high with a half-hearted it might work no guarantee. Moses at V and C though tested a small section with a compound he has used in the past and communicated that it would work and he could do it but it would cost more for that particular cleaning agent and take more time. I agreed to it because the total price for all these services was still much lower than that one service the other auto detail quoted without any guarantee. I agreed to leave it with V and C and to take their time to get it done. He asked if I needed anything from it while the held on to it, and dropped off my transponder that night. Finally tonight on this date of posting the job was complete and the exterior paint is amazing. The feel of it is smooth to the touch and it looks like a mirror black paint finish. V and C were upfront, honest, passionate, positive, professional, great value for the time and effort put into it. I am over joyed with the way my vehicle looks now and it shows that they take great pride in the work they do. So my last piece of advice to you the reader is be patient, trust the work and advice they give and the results are worth it.

Moises and Vanessa were able to get me into an appointment on short notice, and they picked up and dropped off my car. My car, while being only a couple years old, has seen cat hair, transporting my nieces, summer beach trips and fall farm trips, as well as daily use, and with a baby on the way I wanted my car in like new condition. Moises and his team were extremely professional, explaining the cost of what was required, and my car truly is back to its beautiful, like-new self. The base cost did go up, so be prepared for that if your car is very dirty, but they were clear on what I was paying for, and I truly feel I got what I paid for in their service. This was my first time getting a detail and I will definitely be going back. Definitely put your faith into this small, family-run operation. I feel extremely confident that my car is now completely dust and allergen-free for my son when he comes home!

I havent detailed my car much so this was really my first experience with car detailing and it was great. The guy here was beyond friendly. They did an excellent job on my Subaru Outback (really need a good cleaning inside and out). Took them about 5 hrs and they were honest with the timeframe of how long it would take. The car was spotless when I picked it up. Price was reasonable for how long they worked on it and how well they cleaned it. I plan to go here again and my wife will be getting her Rav4 detailed here as well. For sure recommend using them.

Moses and a nice young Lady I assumed his partner, did an outstanding job with my car. I was trading in and wanted the best value for my car,, and they were accommodating to my schedule. The car came out looking like new and I got top dollar thanks to them.. Their commitment to excellence is second to none in their craft. WOW!I requested a deep clean (interior) and exterior detailing for my 12 year old SUV and was beyond happy with the results.My car has been very busy all these years, having had 2 kids keeping it pretty messy despite my best efforts. I was expecting it to be clean but was shocked to see it was like new! Years of spills, snacks, and mess were just gone! It really looks and now smells (!!) so much better than I thought it would.Service was exceptional, picked up and dropped off from my home, prices are very reasonable, and I had my wifes car done the very next day. Hers is about 2 years old and now looks like it rolled right off the dealers lot.I will absolutely be calling again, and highly recommend you do the same. You will not be disappointed

Amazing experience! I have a great pyrenees who sheds like crazy, they were able to remove all of his hair from the car. I truly thought it was impossible to get the hair out but they did it! My car looks, smells, and feels like new and the price was was great! 5/5 experience

The team of Moises and Vanessa and the other gentleman I didn’t get his name (sorry) came out to my place today and had to work in a very tight space (sorry about that) but they made it work. My car looks beautiful my seats look great my rims look brand new and my baby shines so pretty and she smells so good. Moises went the xtra mile for me and put down paper on my carpet till I can go get some plastic mats and plastic over my front seat. I definitely will use them again. We had V and C come to our shop to detail our F-350 and Ford Explorer and we are extremely happy with their services! I was quite impressed with their set-up! There was potential for rain, so they set up a tent for the Explorer, the truck was too tall. We lucked out ... no rain, until they left. They spent almost 6 hours on the two vehicles! The convenience of them coming to our location, alone is worth it, but the fact that they made both of our vehicles look and smell brand new was amazing and it was so.... nice to get into! They were professional, pleasant and truly concerned that we were completely satisfied with the end results. They are now our go to detail company for sure!

They detailed a car and minivan for us. I handled the email communication (good) and my husband handled in person experience at our home. Very nice having the cars detailed in our own driveway. My husband was impressed with results of 2 cars (he is not easily impressed). Great job on both cars. I would recommend them highly. Just make sure you talk about costs up front when they start working on car - website has some details - as they added on items while they worked on the cars. The website does warn that as they work on cars, the estimate may change. My minivan is ancient and looks very good. And dog smell and 1 stubborn stain (coffee) gone from other car.

Amazing execution and advice on the way that helps the car look good. Follow up was amazing. I was delayed due to work and they called me and took care of the car end to end. I had the outside of my 2014 Honda Pilot detailed by V& C mobile Auto Detailing. I cannot say enough about this family owned business. They picked up my vehicle when they said they would, they stayed in contact via text messages, and they returned my vehicle within the time limit that they had informed me. My vehicle looks brand new. What I liked the most was how personable they were. I have a son with special needs and they talked to him about what they were going to do and when they returned the car, they made sure my son was included in seeing the work that was done. This said more to me than words can express. I would recommend this business to anyone. Price is also reasonable.

They literally just left my place. They did two cars. One was a Traverse and the other was a four-door sedan. They got here around 10:30 and left around 5 or so. Both cars look like freakin new. Absolutely perfect. They were on-time, courteous, professional, clear, and concise. I can hardly wait to jump in it and go for a ride tomorrow. What a great family owned business! This was the first time I had ever gotten my car detailed and Moises did an amazing job. They came to the house, set up, provided a bag for belongings in the car, and took his time on every single detail of the vehicles. Our cars look brand new! Moises and his wife met me at my job. He looked around my vehicle, inside and outside, being very detail on what service is needed and offered. He was very professional and very detail when explaining information. My car was gone a little after 8am and received it a little after 4pm, which was fine because of the service that was needed for my vehicle, plus Moises and his wife told me the job will be longer. When I received my car, I could not believe how clean and sparkling my car looked!😍 It looked brand new. The inside smelled so good and so clean and glossy. Stains that I try to remove myself he removed them. I am so impressed with this company, that I had to brag. Im glad my decision was based on customers reviews. Great Experience. They made accommodations and picked up my car from my job at 8:45am and they open at 9am. Then dropped it off when I told them I’d be done. The car looks new again! I didn’t imagine it would look so good. I had the full detail with deep clean package. The price was fair for the work they did. Definitely Recommend

V C Detailing did a phenomenal job on our Ford Explorer. It wasnt detailed in at least 6 years since we bought it and with two kids and two dogs it was in need of a cleaning. The guys showed up on time and spent countless hours perfecting their craft. They were professtoional and the car looks brand new. They even got into the vents and crevises and door jambs. I would highly recommend them for any car detailing needs.

I run a maintenance shop that reassigns class 8 trucks to new drivers. The attention to detail is incredible. These trucks look better than new after they are done.

They came to Rutland to pick up my Ford Escape for a full detailing. When they came back I didnt even recognize my car! Amazing work, very upfront and reasonable pricing and the convenience of them picking up and delivering back my car...all WINS in my eyes! Let me first start with that the car was very clean after this detail. The next time we used the car the plastic/rubber around the shifter was broken. They came to inspect it and called my wife a liar saying it was an issue already and was not listening. We went from wanting to be repeat customers to not ever using them again and recommending that others do not use them.
