My traction control light would come on randomly and my brakes would lock up. Not ideal before a holiday weekend I was planning on driving about 1000 miles and doing some wheeling. Steve took the time to get me in ASAP and swap out the bad sensor, in an afternoon!A few weeks later I had Steve replace my rear brake pads and rotors, oil change, tire rotate, and FluidFilm my frame and suspension components. After 10 years of driving in the winter brine going skiing and dropping a boat in the salt water, the underside of my Jeep was pretty crusty. Steve took the time to perform all of this work to an exceptionally high level. Jeep is running great and clutch feels like a hot knife through butter.Thanks Steve & Andy!

Great place great workers. They dont screw with you and will tell you what you need and will work with you on what they can be done. Willing to help anyone and do great work. Steve is a great guy and has a ton of loyal customers. Go here and hell figure out your issues and recommend the best route.

Fair and Fast, not to fast where it’s like whoa how’d u get that done but fast enough u sit there for a while and feel your car is being well taken care of. 2 years I’ve been coming here and have never had a problem, prices are fair and inspection stickers done timely!

I don’t know where to begin, but beware of this shop. The other 1 star reviews are dead on. Unprofessional, poor business practices and down right mean and nasty to start. Who spends 10 hours diagnosing a problem without consulting the customer? And then threatens you and holds your vehicle hostage because they spent that much time and want to get paid for all of it? Then, demands cash or no vehicle, when they take credit cards…. Clearly they have screwed so many people that they will only accept cash when they fear their business practices will haunt them. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to work on your vehicle, unless you’re prepared for the treatment here.

I’ve been going here since I’ve lived in Worcester and regardless of who I deal with, the end result is always great. Not sure why all these other morons are whining about this place, these guys are honest, fast and always do a good job. Every time I’ve gone here with any of my vehicles they’ve always given me a reason to come back.

Drove my car while in the shop and wrote racial slurs on the outside when they dropped it back off to me. So unprofessional, close the shop!
