They allowed our insurance to be canceled - even though we never got the bill from the carrier - this happened 2 years in a row - and they never emailed or called us to alert us that it was being canceled - we never got the notices in the mail or the bill - only when the final cancellation came in.This was a commercial line too not cheap.Bottom line their customer service is crap - they just sign you up then cut you loose - they do not look out for your interests. They never apologized - nothing - just said the carrier canceled for non-payment - we did not get the bill - TWO YEARS in a ROW.Sorry we cant reinstate it and have nothing left to offer you - lost our Workmans Comp and it was not even our fault - getting a new Policy was a pain because now it looked like we did not pay the bill etc.I hate them - I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. They SUCK.
