I have had trouble with my paperwork the past two trips and they have been so very helpful. I was able to get my vehicles registered after all.

Been my agent for about 3 years, didn’t have to communicate with them because I had no issues. But they are no longer with Allstate. So look for an Allstate agent elsewhere

I called to inquire about insurance. Waited on the phone for about 5 minutes then the lady picked up the phone and hanged up. I called back, and the lady that awnsered the phone said she was with someones. How rude!! Dont go here.
