I spoke to Amanda W today and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have called here on 2 separate occasions when the girls were NOT helpful and that was last year, seems they have stepped up their game as Amanda was wonderful today and I have already left a review for Fernanda in Homeowners. I have had this agency for many years and usually they go out of their way to help you and are very courteous. I just wish you had information to call you directly when the customer service reps are NOT as that was a problem I encountered last year and could not reach a manager to let them know. At any rate, they have done a wonderful job and Im glad that I have them as my insurance agent at this time. Thank you A-Affordable and thank you Amanda W. !!

My insurance lapsed due to being furloughed from my job because of Covid related quarantine. I was furloughed for five weeks. I did not receive pto nor unemployment. The insurance agency knew my situation and still let me go. I spoke to a representative yesterday via text. She was very rude and non responsive to my questions. I lost my temper and now Im banned without even talking to a manager. Look elsewhere these people just want money, they dont care about anyone but themselves.

Non-affordable auto insurance. Switched to the lizard brand and saved myself 80 bux a month. Also. When these people answer the phones you can 100% tell they have zero interest in doing their job let alone helping a customer with anything.....

I had called progressive (what you would think is a reputable company) and she gave me a quote $2000 MORE and SiX months less! And was unable to tell me the monthly payments???? Don’t get me wrong time was of the essence due to the falls on our side but Marium truly went above and beyond To make this happen in one hour. HIGHLY recommended.

Amazing service. The customer service is beyond what anyone would expect. Originally went with A-AFFORDABLE because of some issues I have had. They took me in as a client. That was almost 15 years ago. I never left when my driving tecord cleared up because of the ease and comfort of the servic . Amanda, the CSR that last helped me, was more than delightful and helpful. I went to the Worcester office today to reinstate my plates and start a new policy. I had no idea what I needed to do or what steps to take to get my car legal to drive. Milania was my CSR who helped me with my insurance needs and I cannot say enough nice things about her. Milania took her time with me and explained what she was doing every step of the way. She was very polite, kind, and professional and she took care of everything! I had anxiety and was feeling overwhelmed with the idea of having to go to the RMV, and wait in long lines, but Milania took care of everything for me and really made me feel at ease through the whole process. Andrew Ogle is beyond amazing!!! He absolutely made my A-Affordable experience one to rave about. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with me.
