Arrow has been performing our standard septic pumping and inspections since we moved to town almost 4 years ago. Our tanks are located slightly further away than most, but the Arrow team always does a terrific job with our service. They are reasonably priced, always prompt, and always professional and helpful with all of my questions. Eric has handled our system the last few times, and it would hard to find a more knowledgeable and friendly guy. This company does it right, and that is getting harder and harder to find any any service businesses these days.

I can’t tell you how grateful I am that we found Arrow Septic. We had been having serious issues with the septic tank in the house we purchased this spring. We had several different inspectors and septic professionals come out to diagnose the issues and provide opinions on repair. We paid hundreds of dollars for the first inspector who did little more than look in the tank and confirmed that we had a problem. Another looked in the tank and poked around the leach field before quoting us upwards of $20,000 for a complete new system and field. For less than the previous “inspections,” Arrow came out and performed a very thorough inspection with a partial pumping of the tank, mirrors, and cameras to help identify the cause of the overly full tank. They brought out the backhoe to do some more exploratory work and were able to locate a section of outlet pipe that was blocked. At each point throughout their inspection, they consulted with us about their findings, the next steps, and the costs. They were able to remove the blocked portion of pipe, hydro jet the line to remove more blockage, dig up each distribution box, and confirm the rest of the system was taking water. They replaced the blocked section of pipe and put the yard back together, leaving us with a fully functional septic system in a matter of hours, and for many thousands of dollars less than we had been told we would need to spend. I was not expecting they would complete the repair that same day, all while having a good time talking with the kids about our chickens and the praying mantises they found while working. Arrow has gained a customer for life. Thanks for the fantastic service. I’m grateful for your company’s honesty and competence.

I called Arrow septic for obvious reasons. I spoke to Taylor and set up my appointment and she was very professional and knowledgeable and had a great personality as well. We set the date and today Shane came out to do the deed. He informed me that he doubted my septic was ever pumped! Shocking as it passed 2 inspections with no hint it needed to be pumped out. He called me with this information and he was also very professional and also knowledgeable. And yes a sense of humor!! I also called today and spoke to Bill to ask if they had been to my home yet as I was not home but at work. He told me I was next and who would be doing the deed. I cannot say enough good words about this business and its staff. Thank you so much for the over the top service!!

I have been a customer for over 20 years regularly dealing with Shane and Chuck; both are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They are the best in the business. Very thorough when cleaning, regularly check for any issues with your tank. Yesterday my neighbor had an emergency situation and he contacted his septic removal company. They advised it would be Monday at the earliest to come out. Arrow was called and they were there within the hour on a Friday night! Unbelievable service I couldnt recommend more.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Arrow Septic & Sewer! We thought we just needed our tank pumped, and then when our basement flooded we realized we were dealing with a much larger problem. We needed a new sump pump as well as a new distribution box. They came out right away to diagnose and fix the problem for a reasonable price. Everyone from Arrow that I spoke with on the phone and who came to do the repairs were very friendly and professional and made us feel much better about our situation. We are so grateful for their help and definitely recommend them!

Eric came out this morning to pump our septic, and I was very pleased. He was on time, and very efficient. He explained everything to me in a manner I could understand, and let me know when we should have them back out for our next cleaning. It is not often that I can attest to a truly excellent experience when describing any facet of the service industry. We recently had multiple issues develop simultaneously with our septic. All members of the Arrow staff that we had contact with were courteous, patient, thorough, and considerate. They were all very professional and seemed genuinely concerned with getting our septic issues solved as quickly as possible. Arrow was more than fair with pricing considering the extent of the work we needed done. I would highly recommend the folks at Arrow.

We called at 6:00am and Hunter was here by 8:30am. He repaired our problem quickly and the cost was very reasonable. We used Arrow before and they are way more knowledgeable than the many septic services we have used before. We are so glad a friend recommended them to us.

Very helpful and nice people to work with. I wasnt able to be there when they preformed the work at my house but they went above and beyond to explain things to my wife so she understood what they were doing and welcomed her to ask questions and take pictures to show me when I got home from work. The charges were what they quoted and I feel they have very fair prices. I would recommend them to anyone.

We are new to the septic world and were having issues. aarow came out the same day. they pumped out our tank and Explained so many things to us. they suggested we have it rodded when we could so we called the office and they sent someone out within the hour. both men had top notch customer service. they were polite and very informative. we will 100% be using them in the future.

Unproffessional. We booked an appointment last week to take place today, a Monday, at 8am. We waited and they didnt show up. Called and they had booked our appointment on Tuesday instead. That would be fine except we will be out of state. They didnt apologize for the mix up despite us telling them previously that we would be out of state Monday afternoon to Thursday night. They only offered to book an appointment next Monday. After dealing with that, we decided to call another company to see if they could take us in sooner. (we have bare root fruit trees that need to go in the ground asap and need to know where the septic runs). The other company we called was much nicer and took us down for Friday. Upon calling this company again to cancel our appointment, the person we talked to said that they couldve booked us Friday too, even though we were never given that option the first time we called. We told them that that is okay, there is no need. The person on the phone then said, Okay, fine. Youre cancelled. and hung up on us. Overall, very confusing, and pretty rude.As a response to the owners comment, my husband said Friday was never offered as an option. My husband would not lie about what days were offered, considering he told me what the man said right after the call. I think your dispatcher is trying to save his own hide. There is absolutely no reason my husband would lie to me about what days were offered, lol.And also, its still rude to hang up on a customer, FYI.

Arrow was able to come out the same day we called, and helped us fix our aerobic septic tank. They are awesome and fairly priced!
