This was the fifth realotor that I have worked with in buying/selling a home. By far, she was the WORST, most unprofessional human that I have ever conducted business with. Her idea of professional communication is to say what ever she wants (truth or lie) and end it with thanks! She broke my wine glasses that could not be replaced (while impulsively moving them after being instructed not to). She removed a doorknob without permission and would not own up to it..... the security system and her own communication plaed her in my former house at the time that the knob was unscrewed and removed from the INSIDE. There were no more showings. The house was under contract and she was letting servicemen in and locking up. I had to REPEADILY run interference between her and servicemen needing access to my former house, while I moved to another state and studied/ tested for a state requested employment license..why? She was too immature to have an adult conversation about negotiating a service times. She filled out paperwork for the BUYER ( posing as me) without my approval or knowledge and said she took care of it for me... She advised me to purchase a home warranty for $700 for the buyer who didnt request it in the binding contract for sale. She later denied this, but I have the text messages to prove it. She knows nothing about ethics and she gets a single star because she set up a photographer for advertising my house and he did a great job! Note..the actual buyer drove by before the house went on the market.I thought I would refer two others to Atlanta Communities at the very beginning when she boasted about her ability. I would not wish Shawna Benoit on an energy!
