Shelly and Clay Davis are outstanding real estate agents. We worked primarily with Clay, though Shelly helped walk us through our inspection. She was an invaluable resource as her understanding of home repairs helped us navigate the ins and outs of what to expect for various repair work. I respected Clay from the beginning because he genuinely listened to us and understood what we were looking for. He researched every property we were interested in and wouldnt shy away from concerns he noticed. He didnt ignore our concerns either and while he made suggestions on ways it could work, he wasnt satisfied until we were truly happy. It wasnt about finding us the biggest or most expensive house.
