My past experiences with agents led me to dread the process. Overbearing. I found Charmaine to be well-informed about the housing market and the various neighborhoods in and around Atlanta, but even more, she has an extensive knowledge of housing construction and rehab and can spot problems and issues right away. Charmaine is well educated, extremely articulate, comes from a upscale background, and descends from a family of real estate investors. Her knowledge base is strong. She is always prompt to appointments, will adjust her schedule and even pile on a bit more than I thought she should (i.e., stall her own personal plans or much deserved need for sleep) - to accommodate your interest in seeing a property. She works to propose the best deal on your behalf and is very successful at it - definitely in my case. She keeps you informed about the progress of your interest or proposed contract and any items remaining that need attention. No pressure. Where do I start with Charmaine?! We got extremely lucky one Sunday afternoon when I called a random number to try and get someone to show us a house in Clarksville last minute.
