Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Exchanged kitten food with zero difficulty. As well, we mentioned concern over a cat tree we bought having a narrow base. They assured us we could return it, even though its already been assembled. Great store.

Very friendly and helpful staff except for one employee that got upset when we took back a guinea pig that was not getting along with our other ones at home, this was within their policy. She didn’t was to give us another one. She finally did and they all get along very well. She told us we would have the same problems again.

So I must say that the manager and cashier we ran into along with the blue Buffalo rep. Were amazing. The help and randomness of running into the store on and off were superb. Back story we lost out boxer of 11 years a few months back and we thought we could hold off of animals but we have anew puppy and we are so thrilled to have met and picked up a few things we needed on the fly. Great knowledge as it has been a few great years we almost forgot how to train and raise a pup that we slowly are retraining ourselves. Thank you pet smart and amazing people that love to work.

Usually my experience is pretty good here but the last time I went, it was incredible. Theresa was helping me check out and advised on a better way to treat for potential fleas and ticks on my dog, and her advice SAVED ME MONEY!

Friendly staff and good location, however they rearranged the store and seem to have very little variety and was out of most grooming supplies when I went. Plus, prices are way too high. When one staff member couldnt help me (at all) another staff member went above and beyond to try to accommodate me and help me figure out what I needed. That is why I rated with 3 stars. She was the only real positive thing about this location and shopping experience. I wish I had gotten her name though.

Do NOT take your pet here. I used this location for grooming for years every since my dog was six months old. Darlene used to do my dogs grooming and she was amazing. After she left there were other people that did great.The man working here is so rude and rough with dogs and abrupt with people. I would rather attempt to do my dogs grooming on my own rather than use this grooming station.

Pet smart sells pets as commodities, not living things. I once bought two hamsters from here and they almost ate each other because they hadnt told us they were cannibalistic and territorial. Thank goodness we found out. If you want a pet, please buy one from a shelter!! Those animals are in need and shelters have a good staff.

I have a miniature golden doodle. He loves it so much there. I get him groomed at PetSmart and he goes to the vet there. Everyone there is kind and helpful. 100% recommend.

We went through the dog training programs here with our furbaby girl. David was SO HELPFUL and very professional. He was knowledgeable and helped with any questions we had. Super patient and always made sure we understood what we needed, and the needs of our girl!

Happy they carry my cats prescription food. We just changed over to a new script, from the old. I didnt have time to order it from Chewy/PetSmart. I did happen to get the last bag. PTL! Store was clean, very helpful employees as well. Happy it wasnt crowded.

Seems to be a good pet store. They didnt have the kind of wet cat food in the can my cat, Lizzie, prefers (anything in a milk sauce), but I was able to find alternative options in pouch form. The gentleman I asked to help me was very courteous and helpful, and the young lady that checked me out was very sweet.

This is for the grooming services - The bath and furminator service was very good. But ther manager needs to make sure the groomers know what to do with a Golden Retriever before claiming they know what to do. Although my dog looks neat and clean, the golden retriever cut has particularities that are different from other breeds. Just like the schnauzer cut, and other specific breeds that you don’t just cut all the hair that is long. Th

Lady at cash register was super nice and professional. There was a woman putting items back on the shelves seemed quite unhappy with herself as well as anyone that had a question. She had dark brown hair and wore a scowl.

Disappointed, I have been taking my dog to PetSmart for some years on and off, I notice that the Groomers that I normally used are no longer there. The last few times I paid for the bath with furminator and nails trim.my dog nails were not done, I left survey so they called for me to bring her back in. I decline, but took her a month later as I was making the appointment online. I put as I was making the appointment special instructions please trim nails short. I took her in they call me back within 1hr.5min and said she/dog had anxiety and they could not finish her bath or nails. I picked her up wet and nails look like a bear claws. I took her to The Affordable Vet Clinic in Townlake to get checked and they did her nails and said she was fine, my dog was so happy to have her nails trimmed and so was I.

Had exactly what I came in for, shampoos, checked out quickly and friendly !

Called and informed unable to complete services they made decision to call it as my puppies were stressed about the first time. But charged me full price as if they did services.

My dog, Brody, was groomed there today and looks so cute. Lacey did a fantastic job. I asked for her to give special attention to the hair around his mouth and it looks perfect! I was very pleased and if Brody could speak, I think hed say he was pleased also.

Great Pet Store always good prices, great customer service, employees are always nice and smiling and sure to ask if I found everything I was there for . Store is set up where everything is easy to find, which makes for quick in and out.

I have a new puppy and he is about to start formal training. I need supplies, had questions on proper size/fit, recommendations and where to find items. I was patiently helped until I had no more questions. I think cost of items can be a bit prohibitive but the service I got yesterday was amazing. One of the (non-training) things I bought was a bed for the little one (below).

Book you appointments early if you want to get in over the holidays. They fill up fast! I snapped a picture the day I went in because they were grooming six dogs and all of them were white, including mine. I would give them 5 stars, but our dog wasnt dry when I picked her up. The groomer said she just towel dried her because our dog was giving her the side eye. I would have liked the groomer to dry her anyway. Our dog is very easy going and loveable. I do like that they give you a report card on how your pet did that day.

I am completely disappointed I had an appointment for my dog ​​for the first time today Tuesday 27th at 4:00 pm and I confirmed the appointment on Friday April 23 to come today Tuesday April 27th at 4:00 pm and I am very happy to do the groming to my sweet dog because he is going to have a birthday and they changed my appointment to next Tuesday May 4 because they gave my appointment to another clienttoday, thats horrible!!! and very unprofessional that is total discrimination. I do not recommend coming here.

My nephew and I got some great all natural treats. Best of all, they had the ready to eat birthday cake shaped treat for my baby.. me. Gucci Bandanna who turns two tomorrow! All of my lil killer dogs love freeze dried chicken treats and I love PetSmart prices!

Not a good experience with the grooming. Dropped off my dog there for a full bath and groom at 12:30 and weren’t finished until 6:25. They proceeded to tell me to get there ASAP because they close at 6:30. When I went to pick him up they didn’t even groom his head, his tail was left untouched, and they didn’t brush his teeth or give him a bandana. Only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because they gave me a discount for their disappointing job. Would not recommend bringing your dog here for a groom

Would not recommend...I brought my dog to get groomed here in November paid full price for her services only for them to tell me that they didn’t even do her nails. I asked if they deducted that from the cost & was told “no.” Upon getting home I noticed that her breath did not smell like they brushed her teeth so at this point I decided to call & speak w/the manager. I called & was told she would have complementary service for her next groom. Upon bringing her in for the next groom, in December the manager, Hope, told me with an attitude she did not say that the groom would be complementary and only the nails & teeth would be complementary. This is my typical groomer, however I’ll be finding a new place after this. I know exactly what the conversation was on the phone & the attitude in person is not necessary. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but that’s my final straw here.

I originally had a great experience with the pet salon on my first visit but as a returning customer I was not impressed. When I first took my puppy in, December 2020, I was told that nail trimming did not require an appointment that you could do it on a walk-in basis. The girls were super nice, took care of me/questions, and was very playful with my pup. Today, February 13, 2021 I returned to have my puppys nails trimmed once again. Upon walking into the salon I told the young lady that I was there to have his nails trimmed and immediately was asked Do you have an appointment? I explained that no I didnt as I was told that it was a walk in basis. Immediately her response was that no, due to covid we are doing all services by appointment only. I advised that I was just in there in the past 2 months and that was not the case then. She kept reiterating that it is appointment only. I asked if there was anyway an exception could be made as my puppy had clawed my little one yesterday evening and I really need to get it taken care of. She then proceeded to see if there was anyway that someone could work me in. The shift manager on duty at the time, the same girl who took care of me the last time, was on the phone during the conversation. I let the young lady know that she was the one who had taken care of me. She, the manager, said well I probably I had time then but I dont now we have an express clean coming in. I considered this a rude response because of the tone she used. She said she could work me in but it would be an hour before she could get to me. I was fine with returning, however, she proceeded to request if I had a rabies paper to provide. My puppy is only 12/13 weeks so we are in the process of getting that taken care of but I explained we didnt have it today, so she then proceeded to say due to corporate/company policy she couldnt trim his nails without it but that Banfield could. I left the salon went to Banfield. They could trim his nails however to have them drilled it was $23.00 vs the $8.00 that the salon charged so I ended up leaving. I will say that after leaving I was able to find a pet salon very close to our home not far from Petsmart that I will use in the future for needs. They dont require a rabies paper to trim nails, they take walk-ins, and I have to admit the staff was ALOT more pleasant than what I experienced as this location. I will not be returning to the salon or the store for that matter for my pet needs. Amazon, Walmart, etc offer pet supplies for a fraction of the cost. As for the salon staff, They need a little more training on how to treat customers ESPECIALLY during a pandemic when stores are working hard to keep customers and keep their doors open. So if you need a new place to take your puppy I recommend Holly and the girls at Canine Chic Grooming on Eagle Drive Woodstock :)

1st time at this location, Ive been to the 2-3 surrounding petsmart grooming salons as well privately owned grooming salons and this was by far Bandits best experience! He wasnt terrified and desperately ready to come home, he didnt even howl angrily at me for leaving him there for a few hours when i picked him up.The staff was amazingly friendly and professional and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs and commitment to high quality care. Bandit came home smooth, sleek and like he was a new dog! Smelled great, clipped nails, clean teeth and breath etc... Mind you he was a complete ragamuffin dropoff and they gave me back my handsome boy with a smile.My favorite part was the Pawgress Report they also provided, just that little bit extra really made all the difference. Will certainly be back again! Ask for Kenzie she is phenomenal!

I placed an online order for my dogs food. Long story short, the staff at Banfield are lazy!!! The place wasnt even busy when I was in there. All I needed was them to call our Banfield in Woodstock to confirm/verify my dogs prescription for his food. She wasnt even willing to do that!!! HORRIBLE customer service!!

I made an appointment to have my dog bathed and nails trimmed. Went to the appointment and they did not gave her down for a bath! Said they would do it anyways. Pick her up and her collar was soaking wet! Got her home and she smelled like she was never bathed! Just thrown into some water without shampooing! I will NEVER go back!

I am so happy with the results of my dog Spark’s grooming. He got the Hemp upgrade, it included nail grinding and teeth brushing. When I picked him up he was calm and happy. He smells so good. His coat is bright white and he is so soft I can’t stop petting him. Great job Hannah!

Bathroom was upsetting. Layout is overwhelming. One person as a cashier with ten people in line. Pet hospital had three dog owners waiting and didnt try to separate or give unfriendly dogs space (i.e. Put them in a open room if possible) I work at a dog boarding facility... still dont understand why no employees tried to rectify or help the problem. Many people were worried.

They had the items I needed. My only problem was they were so short-staffed that I wasnt able to get the help that I needed quickly. One of the items I needed was behind lock and key and it took 10 or 15 minutes for someone to come get the item for me.Everyone was very friendly and the prices were competitive to online.

I brought my dog Oreo to get an e-collar just to be sure I was getting the right size. He had an operation yesterday and the one they sent home with me was impossible. I ended up getting him some goodies too to make it up to him. Great prices and great associates.

Love to come here. Got a lot of good deals. They love having where you can adopt pets here. They also have it for today until 2 were you can hold a bearded dragon. We love the treats that you can get for your pets when you get to the check out. And being a member of the treats deals. They also even have it set up for dog training.
