I had another opportunity to use the amazing professionals at North Georgia Audiology in Woodstock. I am a Cochlear Implant recipient of five (5) years and have used North Georgia Audiology from day one of my Implant. They have always provided me with excellent customer service with no pressure involved in the testing and fitting of my Implant and I can always count on them when any problem arises. I highly recommend them.

I hadn’t had my hearing checked in over a decade so I decided to book an appointment just to make sure all was well. Dr. Mary Swantek was so kind! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the tests and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I highly recommend going to see her!

I took my 96 year old mom to see Dr. Nunn and NGA. The experience was excellent. Not only did they treat my mom with respect, patience and kindness, they found a great solution for us. Dr. Nunn explained all the options and how everything worked. While we were going over these options they checked and found that our prior hearing aids were under warranty and the one we lost could be replaced for much less than the new set. Im not sure every doctor would have offered that option and we didnt know it existed. That level of integrity and patient care is what we hope for in every doctor. NGA deserves the highest level of recommendation possible. 5 stars are not enough. Thanks to Dr. Haiden Nunn and the entire staff.

I have suffered with poor hearing for several years. I finally decided to do something about it and I went to NGA. I cant say enough good things about the staff. I had a thorough hearing test and was fitted with Oticon I-phone compatible hearing aids. I walked out to hearing birds chirping in the parking lot. I discovered how much hearing I had been missing the exact moment the doctor powered on the hearing aids. If you do not know if you are ready for hearing aids or if you are just tired of asking your wife to repeat herself, then make an appointment with NGA. Best decision you can make.

I was pleasantly surprised how promptly I was able to book an appointment for an ear wax extraction removal. The actual procedure was completed in less than 15 mins without pain or drama. I highly recommend letting North GA Audiologys courteous and prompt staff take care of your ear problems.

Extremely impressed with Dr Nunn and staff. Went to another audiologist first and was very disappointed and left with a bad feeling. My test took 15-20 minutes. She said I had a 28% hearing loss. She showed me the hearing aids she recommended which were $6,000. I did not get to try them on nor did she give me much info. She said if I purchased them by 2:00 I would receive a $500 upgrade for use on my phone for TV. I was in her office for a total of 30-35 minutes. She called me a couple hours later, about noon, to ask if I had made my decision and that she was leaving then and the offer was over. So happy I went to Dr. Nunn instead. She was the complete opposite. She took 2 hours with me. I felt she gave me a wealth of info in order to make an informed decision. Sorry to write so much, but it’s very important to go to the right audiologist.

NGA cares about my lifestyle, and family. They know I travel, they know I need to hear young grandkids. They arent just interested in selling me a hearing aid, but rather, what devices really fit my needs. Ive used them for years, even though it means traveling 25 miles each way. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

We visited five different hearing aid locations before we found Dr. Sarah. My husband had researched hearing aids and had an idea of what he wanted. Dr. Sarah was prepared, had read all our information and run our insurance before we arrived. When we went back - so my husband could hear her - she put a pair of hearing aids in his ears. She LISTENED then answered all our questions. Her focus was on getting him comfortable and in the right pair of hearing aids. So much of your hearing aid purchase is about the relationship with your professional. You can buy the most expensive set but if you and your provider cant communicate well....they will never work correctly. Dr. Sarah listens and shares her information in a way that you can understand. She and all the staff are amazing. Give them a call you will be very pleased with your decision!!!

I made an appointment with the Woodstock facility after my husband and son commented on how frequently I said what. With a milestone birthday approaching, I thought it was better to be safe than sorry. I saw Dr. Mary...she explains everything thoroughly, she is professional and cares. I heartily recommend the Woodstock office of North Georgia Audiology to anyone with hearing issues. I finally purchased hearing aids in 2019, and both Dr. Haiden Nunn and Dr. Mary Swantek have taken excellent care of me - just returned from my August 2020 follow-up appointment. They really took the time to sit down with me, they listened to me, and they customized the tuning of the hearing aids to my exact liking. I purchased Oticon OPN S2, miniRITE hearing aids for each ear, and these have both been fantastic. I can converse with people without leaning forward to hear them (even in pre-COVID crowded rooms), and I can hear music down to the quietest notes once again. Theyve been a game-changer. When you speak with either Haiden or Mary, you will know youve come to the right place.

The staff here is warm and friendly and really cares about their patients. In the past year, we’ve had the privilege of meeting with Amber for our hearing aid checks, cleaning, etc. She will go above and beyond that, taking time to provide great technical assistance when needed, to be sure our devices are working perfectly. This Woodstock office is fortunate to have her as a part of their great team!!

Sarah is wonderful from greeting you until the entire appointment has met all of your needs and questions. I had been noticing a problem hearing in noisy restaurants but didnt want a hard sell to buy a hearing aid, ultimately decided to try No.Ga.Audiology. This was the first time I had my hearing checked; they were very thorough in testing, answered all my questions, and said I didnt need a hearing aid yet. Recommended we just monitor. I was very impressed with their honesty, friendliness and on-time appointment. Dr.Leiht was excellent. Definitely recommend.

Our experience with Sarah - First visit was our Dad. She was very professional and took time to explain the hearing aide that would be best for him. Our Mom also liked Sarah... not pushing for certain hearing aides. Our parents are moving and we hope to find an Audiologist as sweet & caring.

The audiologist gave me the most thorough hearing test Ive ever had, and Ive had many. Im trying a brand that few other places sell, but my son, who has the same genetic hearing loss that i have, has been very happy with the Opticon brand. Ive taken my 91 year old mother there twice. Always, super friendly and patient with her as she has some memory issues. And her HAs always work great! They were proactive in sending her HAs off to get serviced and cleaned before the warranty expires. Highly recommend!

I have a moderate hearing loss in both ears and did quite a bit of research on hearing solutions prior to my appointment. I met with Dr Sarah who performed a very thorough hearing evaluation (explaining what she was doing as she went through the different tests) . After determining there were no “major issues with my ears, we went to her office to decide the best way to help with my hearing loss. In order for me to better understand her diagnosis and plan, she put HEARING AIDS in my ears!!!! And all of a sudden I was able to hear perfectly!So we continued the discussion of the various types of Aids and pricing we settled on a pair of over the ear Oticons and decided which color closely matched my hair color and ordered them which was supposed to take about a week to get here although I got a call from them within a couple of days to come in for a fitting because they came in early.The fitting and instructions for the care and use of the Aids was Very thorough .I LOVE my new aids!!!!!!! They work as advertised and the Bluetooth connectivity is awesome with my IPhone.Thank you Dr. Sarah, Amber and No. Ga. Audiology for making this important decision so easy, comfortable, and pleasant!!!!!!Ps. My family and friends love them too!)
