Chelsea is absolutely wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable and at the same time she is kind and understanding. I would recommend this practice to anyone who has hearing issues.

Ive had two pair of hearing aids and four audiologists. Ive hated my hearing aids till now. Chelsea setup my initial hearing aid programming perfectly. For the first time in many years, I can really hear well. She is the best audiologist Ive found. Thanks Chelsea!

I had the best experience today because of Chelsea, my hearing aids were broken and needed repair or replace. I pay with workers compensation because I was injured on the job. After many calls on my behalf, she found out what was needed, got it done, and my aids are being repaired. She was so professional and knowledgeable and so very nice. What a pleasure it was to walk into the Woodstock office of Optimal Hearing because of Chelsea...made my day!!

I was against getting hearing aids, but Chelsea made a believer out of me. She went above and beyond, making sure everything worked the way it should. We even referred another member of our family to her with great results.

My mother had an old pair of hearing aids and was in dire need of a new pair. We saw Chelsea at Optimal Hearing and she took excellent care of my 87 year old mother who was very nervous. She was extremely caring and patient with her. We saw Chelsea the Tuesday before Christmas and she went out of her way by picking up the hearing aids from another office and opening her office Christmas Eve to make sure that we received the hearing aids prior to Christmas. We highly recommend seeing Chelsea at this practice in Woodstock for fulfilling your hearing aid needs. You definitely will not be disappointed!

Had not had my heating aid adjusted. Cleaned in at least 6 months made an appointment with Stan since I learned that Tyler is now in Florida and Stan was very thorough and I came out of there with a hearing aid working better than it did when I went in

Bought hearing aids last year, they would not stay charged so was upgraded with a replacement pair. Then they have been unable to get the volume correct, they go on and off which is not good working in the medical field. I been in almost monthly since and the last time they sent them out to be repaired. The staff is very nice and are working on the issues but for the cost it is a real lemon of a product. Maybe the 9 time is the charm. The first pie had excellent volume to bad they have never been able to get it right since.

Have been a patient of Optimal Hearing and Barb May and her staff for over 5 years and they continue to provide great customer service for my devices with the follow up appointments and correcting my software as my hearing changes. As many of us are we never want to admit that we need hearing devices but Barb and her team eased my concerns both actual and perceived and demonstrated my need but without pressure. I would highly recommend her and Optimal Hearing to anyone and would say have your hearing checked regularly just like your eyes and your heart.

Leah Beltz is a customer service superstar at the Marietta, GA location! She takes the time to access each customers needs to offer the best product available for them. And the service does not stop there as she continually educates her clients on the proper use and care of their hearing aids. She is an excellent model for customer care with a caring personality. He fitted my hearing aids and cannot believe I cant feel them in my ears!! I will have follow-up to see if I need changes in hearing aid programming. Synced to phone for aid control, can tweak crowd noise, volume, and voice clarity. I am in awe of this hearing aid. So far so good!

Purchased hearing aids 2 1/2 years ago. They have made such a difference in my life and are still working as well as when I purchased them! I especially like the Resound App that allows you to hear anything on your phone directly into your hearing aids. I frequently listen to audiobooks. Very pleased with the service at this location. Service has improved tremendously in the last year or so with Tyler and Doug being there. Maintenance is free and it is very easy to get appointment on short notice to get them to check the hearing aids if there is a problem.

Doug, who is at the Woodstock location, is very knowledgeable and workshard to get everything perfect in the use of their hearing aids.My husband had been having problems and Doug managed to solve themand did much of it on his own time. We had been having difficulties andthe factory could not seem to solve them but Doug did through perser-verence and really listening to the problem. We are so pleased with theresults. Actually, the problem was the need for stronger hearing aidsand that was accomplished.

Douglas Garbard did an excellent job of my examination and gave me advise on how to apply for VA assistance. I highly recommend thisthis company .

The practitioner has changed and the office procedures have also changed which do not meet my needs. On 2 occasions multiple people have been scheduled at the same time as my appointment and in the words of the new audiologist who ever gets into the office goes first is the first seen..The last time on 8/18 I expressed my disapproval and left without being seen. This is a waste of my time and as I stated to the current employee I will be finding a new provider for my hearing aide.

Very detail oriented staff; always helpful with issues that arise with the new hearing aids. Hopefully, all the kinks will be ironed out soon...

The Woodstock, Ga office have the best personal. They resolve any issues with your hearing aids immediately, and will work you in if you have an immediate problem.

No charge for my hearing test and they actually showed me the results and explained everything to me. That should not be a rare occurrence but in my experience it is.Very friendly, through and professional.

Would recommend this company and location. They have quality hearing aids and excellent maintenance service.
