We had Scrappy’s highly recommended to us and we were not disappointed in any way.We had an unusual circumstance of cleaning out a house and having some furnishings hauled away and some heavy furniture moved to a house down the street. We explained what needed to be done and Brendan came up with the most efficient way to handle everything.They were very professional, they worked very hard and quickly and were such a pleasure to do business with. We were very pleased with the job and they were very reasonable in their fee.We will definitely use them again and recommend their services.

Response to response:I referred to Brendan as Scrappy, because he said everyone calls me Scrappy when we spoke on the phone.I used GI Haul to remove my junk. GI Haul provided a great experience, same day service, and was $50 cheaper.I talked to several other companies, including GI Haul, after Brendan walked off the job. The communication process was straightforward and clear at every other company.I do not believe I insulted Brendan, his trailer skills, or his wife.Original:I booked an appointment with Scrappy on 4/1 for 4/10 removal. Dispatch scheduling was done via text. My first message asks if they can remove items from a condominium in 30309. I was asked if there are any stairs. I replied “no”. I sent this reply because we have an elevator access to the elevator key. I was never asked asked via text if I had an elevator.The day prior to our appointment (4/9) I was informed that the original quote of $200 was a typo and the quote was now $300. We met in the middle at $250. (Not great, but not a huge deal.)Scrappy arrived at my condo on 4/10 with a bad attitude towards me because he didn’t realize that the appointment was for a condominium with an elevator. Scrappy blamed me for not mentioning that I lived in an elevator building. Upon reviewing the items, he increased the quote to $425. I agreed to the new price. I told him that I would pay the new price, but that they should work on their dispatch process. He walked off the job after I had agreed to pay the new quote.I sent Scrappy a screenshot of the text conversation with his dispatch. The screenshot shows that I disclosed that the appointment was for a condo in 30309 within my first message.He then responded that based upon his inspection, he would do the job for $800.To be clear, I had not asked scrappy for a new quote or to come back and do the work. I was simply showing him that I told his dispatch that the appointment was for a condominium.He never apologized for the misunderstanding.He did repeatedly say that I had not disclosed information which was not overtly asked.Prior to coming out to my appointment, they raised my quote.He did walk off a job after I agreed to pay $425.I can see how this miscommunication happened. That said, I did not try to mislead his dispatch. I don’t know why I would mislead his dispatch.I am not writing this review because I think the new price was unreasonable.The interaction was just very unprofessional. Insisting that a customer is solely responsible for a miscommunication and then walking off the job was unprofessional.I have another company coming today to complete the job for less than Scrappy’s quote, but not much less. The money is not at issue. I did not care for the customer service.

On time friendly and fast. Did an excellent job of helping getting the house ready for sale. Performed an emergency downed tree removal from the driveway.100% recommendation.

Can not say enough good things! Called about vanity tops I needed removed. They were here within 30 minutes of my call and gone in 10 min or less. Excellent pricing, cost me about $5 more than the landfill but with curbside service. Cant beat! Look forward to using again and sharing with everyone I know! Thank you so much.

Amazing service. Great value, and piece of mind knowing that its all cleaned and taken care of. We had an old storage locker cleaned out and they were great they even save a few pictures we had forgotten about and we appreciate them sooo much! Highly recommend them, they went above and beyond!

Scrappy’s did a great job moving furniture around in my home, getting ready to sell. They moved several heavy pieces up and down stairs without any damage to my newly painted walls. Scrappys Junk RemovalI highly recommend Scrappys for junk/ debris removal. I called Scrappys and made an appointment for the next day. They arrived right on time and were professional as well as courteous. The price was exactly what was quoted without any issues. My unwanted sectional couch was taken away (woo-hoo).
