I Just love all the Ladies here! The Hygienists are always the same when you go for cleanings, and do a wonderful job. They remember personal things about you, and NEVER make you feel like a “job”. It’s like a little family here, and that makes us feel comfortable at every visit. The Dentist is young, hip, super pretty and of course smart and great at her career! I’d give them 10 ⭐️‘S if possible. My son and I are both VERY happy with this practice.

I have been to this office twice now and I can honestly say that these people are fantastic. Nice, polite, caring and efficient. Dr. Isha explains everything before proceeding. The staff explains the costs. I will be back as long as they are here. I have found my new dentist!!

My experience was absolutely amazing! The staff, Aimee and Vanessa, are so nice and friendly. Dr. Isha is wonderful. She actually took time to explain everything to me. She listened and paid attention to all my concerns. She really cares. They have state of the art technology and are very professional. My experience was fantastic, I highly recommend going here.

I am usually very anxious at the dentist. I recently had a tooth crack & needed a crown. The staff made the cost known to me upfront. And they made me feel at ease & the procedure was virtually pain free. I recommend this office.

Everyone is wonderful! I took my son for the first time (he is 4) and they were so calm and explained everything to him so he could understand and feel comfortable. They were AMAZING with him! I go for cleanings also and they do a great job!

Dr. Isha is a wonderful person and dentist! She is caring, understand and really knows her stuff as a dentist. The staff there is amazing!! This is a great place to go for dental. Everyone there is so kind and caring, they truly care about their patients and make sure that any and all your questions are answered. Got new insurance so, I had to make a dentist change. Tried Aspen dental twice, which didn’t go well. Madison street came to my rescue and fixed Aspen dental timely and professionally. Wish I found them first, dentist and staff are very nice and talk to you like you are a human and not a piggy bank. Dentist even stayed after hours so that I could get the Aspen dental failure fixed and not have to risk my health or have to come back. I will be switching the whole family to these life savers. Thanks for bailing me out from my bad first choice.

My husband had a broken tooth that got infected over the weekend and they were able to see my husband first thing Monday morning and pull it. Our dentist could not or would not get us in till 4pm on Monday. This was not our dentist but it will be now, they were so nice, caring and helpful to him. Thry have called couple times to check up and him. This dentist office goes up and beyond any other dentist office we have hone to. Would and will recommend this dentist to everyone. My family and I had a great experience here. The entire staff were all friendly and helpful with answering all of our questions. I would recommend anyone that is looking for dental care to make a new patient appt. Dr. Isha Parikh is amazing at what she does. She was able to go over a care plan for my husband, daughter and myself while still taking the time to be caring enough for all of our needs. Even the experience of getting our full set of x-rays and cleaning done was great! Pam and Danielle not only made it a fun and enjoyable experience with their positive personalities, but an educating one. They both explained solutions to better our oral health and we felt no judgement. Vanessa and Dali were not only friendly but they worked so well together, answering all of our questions and making sure we had all the information that we needed before we left. This was a very positive experience, my family and I have finally found our lifelong dentist.

Awesome experience! I went in last night for my first appointment. Was greeted warmly by Dali at the front desk, and then Danielle took me back to perform the exam and do the cleaning. She explained everything and did a great job on the cleaning. She also sufficiently scared me to be better about flossing...Lol. Dr. Isha came in and performed an examination. She was very professional and made me feel like I was in good hands. My wife and two kids went in the day before, and the kids actually enjoyed the visit to the dentist...who wouldve thought?! Highly recommend Madison Street Dental.

Ive been going here since I was a child. Its always easy to schedule my appointments, quick waiting times, and everyone is extremely friendly! Recently, a new dentist has stepped in. She is young and bubbly! I have been seeing the dental hygienist, Pam, as long as I can remember. I will never go anywhere else because of the good job she always does. She is easy to talk to and makes going to the dentist an enjoyable experience!

I get very nervous going to the dentist. I had four fillings done at once and it went well. They had to get my blood pressure down first🙄. The dentist and assistant talked to me and it went down. The two of them talked during the procedure and it made me more comfortable. The dentist asked me many times if I was ok. I felt so good afterwards 😌

I have been a patient of Dr David Janes for several years and have found him to be an extremely skilled and caring professional. He always tries to explain to me both sides of a procedure, both the most and least desirable outcomes. He is honest with his evaluations and is always attempting to make me as comfortable as possible while performing his skills. I have never been disappointed with him or his very competent office staff. I have recommended his office to several friends and will continue to do so.

What a great place! I don’t have insurance and was looking for an office with reasonable prices in Woodstock. When I saw their intro special pricing for new patients I checked them out, and I’m so glad I did. The hygienist was the most skilled I’ve ever encountered, and when it turned out I had a small cavity I had the pleasure of getting a completely painless filling - without anesthetic - from Dr. Ishi. She is so, so, good. I can’t say enough good things about the folks at Madison Street Dental. Way above expectations!

This place was ruined the day Dr. Jane left. My husband was charged for a fluoride treatment that he refused and never had done. I called the office and they checked his file, where it was documented that the patient had refused. I also received a personal call from the dentist herself, offering for me to schedule a new appointment. Odd. I never had a dentist call me personally. It seemed a little too desperate if you ask me. And on top of that, each simple appointment took over one hour.... Needless to say, Ill be looking elsewhere.

Great dentist and the best staff!! I have been going here for years, but was hesitant to stay when Dr. Janes retired. Dr. Parikh turned out to be absolutely wonderful. Much of the staff has remained, which is great. The new additions are just as wonderful. Dr. Parikh is very professional, yet so personable. She is accommodating and knowledgeable. Everyone in this office makes the whole experience a breeze.

This practice no longer has any connection to Dr David Janes. He made the practice wonderful. The new owners of this dental office are nowhere near the high quality that the previous dentist aspired to. It was the worst experience I ever had. That was last Tuesday. As of this past Monday I have a new dentist. Please do not waste your time with Madison Street Dental.

Beware your fluoride cleaning is extra and they do not inform you. Also required a filling that insurance didnt cover due to it being resin with no option of amalgram! Never ever had these problems when Dr. janes was here! My family and I will be finding a new dentist!

By far the best dentist both professional and family friendly! The discount program is amazing too!!! The entire staff goes above and beyond! I went in for tooth pain and unfortunately I was running late (cause the sitter didnt show up) so i had called to cancel. Shortly after they called me back and wwre able to fit me in and the staff said they could help keep my 2 year old occupied during the exam because they knew i was in alot of pain and wanted to get it taken care of right away!

7/27/2018 had my first visit since Dr. Janes retired. The staff is just as warm and friendly as always. Dr. Tiner whom is one of the Dentists on board is very personable, warm & friendly. Dr. Tiner is very skilled and it shows. Dr. Tiner had correctly diagnosed an issue I was having that was previously diagnosed incorrectly from another local dentist. This saved me from having a tooth extraction that was not necessary. Madison Street Dental is about the care and compassion that you will receive. I get nerved up going for a cleaning let alone if Im experiencing any dental issue. It was not my first choice to go to another dentist for an issue I was having. Because of severe discomfort and the fact that I could not wait till the following AM to have Madison Street Dental take a look at whats what, called NUMEROUS places and found someone I could get in sooner at. Maybe that should have been my sign to be patient. In retrospect wished I would have waited with the discomfort for the 12 additional hours that I would have endured for which I could have gotten in to Madison Street Dental the following AM. If I would have done that my dental issue which was an abscess, requiring root canal, I would not have had to endure an additional 6 days of additional (severe) discomfort.Lets face it no one likes change when you have grown accustomed to a certain level of care. My son recently seen one of the other dentists on staff, Dr. Parikh. This was after his wife convinced him to try one of those Aspen Dental clinics or whatever they are referred to as. There he had been diagnosed with having numerous cavities and had a gum infection. At my urging had him go to Madison Street Dental where it was determined, no gum infection, and no where the number of cavities as was informed of at Aspen Dental. The moral here is folks, Dr. Janes has passed on the practice to other dental professionals that will carry on what Dr. Janes started and believed in. Quality care, compassion and your complete comfort.

We started with Dr. Janes and his staff in fall of 2017. My visit I believe was the end of August and my husbands visit was the end of October. At that time I wanted to make sure I made a good choice. A dentist, doctor, priest etc. you dont want to hop around. I had a few recommendations for their office and Janes actually told me that he had owned that buiding and been doing dental work in Woodstock some 40 years. Because he was 72, (they told me) I was concerned about him retiring. I did not want to start with a dentist and find out shortly thereafter that he was selling his practice and retiring. I was specifically told by his staff AND Dr. Janes that there was no retirement in sight. That was actually how we got into the discussion of how long he had been practicing and his career as a dentist. The visits both went well. Dr. Janes and staff were professionals and the comfortable environment of the office is pleasant. The first week in December 2017 we received a letter from Dr. Janes stating - after much thought he has chosen to retire and sell his practice to this other Dr.? Really? Seriously? Did you just flat out lie to obtain a new patient =2?? I was so dismayed that I was lied to, we never would consider going back. Would you also lie to me about a procedure I should get? We have lost integrity in this country and its disturbing. I called the office and had a brief discussion about how I felt and told them we would never be back. We are not rewarding this incredulous behavior. There are many dentists out there - we would just now have to go through this unpleasant selection process again. Which we have done. Some time ago, maybe three months, we got another letter which said nothing of the man who supposedly was buying his practice. The letter was to inform his patients that in retrospect he didnt want to disappoint his patients so he was going to stay on and they named 2 new associates. Nothing about the previous man? What happened Dr. Janes did that deal fall through? Today I received another message, this time in text that I was behind in my visits and I needed to call and schedule an appointment today. I called to again tell them. I was asked if J could hold please - yes. I held for 2m and hung up. That generated this neutral review. Just stating the facts. News flash - We are not coming back, take us off your patient list. It is not my imagination that we were lied to. Honesty is the best policy.

Dr. Janes is the only dentist I have, and will ever see for as long as he is in practice! I love Dr. Janes, his staff, and the care I receive every time Im there. They will never tell you that you need work that isnt necessary, and will always be upfront and honest. Not to mention for the many years that I was a cash patient with no insurance, their fees were extremely affordable. Thank you, Dr. Janes and staff, for everything you do!

Rarely can be found such professionalism, doubled by a deeply humane understanding of each person’s global needs! The positive atmosphere, and the friendliness of everybody in his office makes any visit a great experience.They are not only providing a service, but are always looking for a comprehensive approach of one’s problem, selecting the procedure that would bring the best results at a low cost for the patient.When my teeth erosion became alarming, I faced a total restoration. My initial attempts to find a prosthodontist have let me understand I would never be able to pay for it. But Dr. Janes went far beyond his duties and, after a time consuming research, was able to recommend a doctor who did a great job within my means.For longer than a quarter century, Dr. Janes was, and will still be, our dentist, and also our best advisor on dental issues. Dr. Janes, we love you!
