They are all very good at what they do friendly and helpful. Checking in online works much better than having to wait for 30 -60 minutes. Sign in with the app select your stylist or first available and the app lets you know when to arrive at the place.. it couldnt be easier. The price is right for a haircut make sure to tip the girls good!

I arrived, checked in, and I was told that the wait time was approximately 25 minutes. I actually waited over an hour. To add insult to injury, I was the only customer in the waiting area, and one of the stylist was cut free to take care of other tasks. I raised the issue with the stylist I believe was the manager, and she is the person that told me why the other stylist was not available. Her response clearly demonstrates her lack of experience in the customer service industry. They used to have more options for your haircut from just the basic and the everything package. I hope they bring back cold towels as an option.

NEVER GO HERE. The wait is longer than Disney and my son could give better haircuts l. I can’t give zero stars but I would if I could. How this particular sports clips hasn’t closed down yet is beyond me. No one was in the shop but myself and one other customer who was getting his hair cut. I waited 25 minutes while two employees walked around doing nothing.Once I was finally helped and seated, my hair was butchered. The employees have no customer service unless you are a regular and I for one certainly refuse to go back. Don’t waste your money, you have been warned.

I have been to this location several times and always had a good experience, until yesterday. I went for a haircut and beard trim. I will say that I am happy with the haircut, but the lady who did the work should have beard trimming taken off of her skill set. If I had wanted to have my facial hair cut down to the five-o clock shadow stage I am sure I could have done that myself. I should have known better when she started asking about guard sizes so I guess thats on me. After she finished her butcher job she asked me how I liked it. I am in my mid forties and was raised in the south so the phraseif you cant say something nice, then dont say anything at all definitely came into play. I told her it will grow back I guess. I had a horrible headache so I just paid for the services and I left a tip. Nice lady but I will probably not be going back.

Right when they open is the time to go... Ive had to wait a good bit going in during the middle and end of the day, but we walked right in and basically sat right down. The gals did a great job and were super sweet with my boys. So happy to have a good place for haircuts close to home!

I recently moved to Woodstock from across town and couldn’t stand driving as far to my normal barber. I am so lucky that I found Jamie O! She does a great job every time on the haircut and beard trim. I have too much going on every day to remember what trimmers they use or how to cut my hair and thankfully Jamie handles all of that for me to keep me looking good!

Never have had a bad haircut from them, will continue to return! Always a good conversation with whomever cuts my hair.

Shea was amazingly helpful and professional! I had signed in and left to grab some food when the system kicked my name off of the wait list after an hour wait and she bumped me up and took me right back so I wouldnt have to wait another hour and had me in and out! Great service and flawless cut!

I used to be a regular here, found a new barber, lost the new barber, and decided to come back. Unfortunately Im very trusting and didnt look closely before I left. Always look before you leave, or just dont come here. My hair was butchered, and Ill try anywhere before I try here again.

Walked in and there was 1 person ahead of myself and my two boys, three people cutting hair so figured the wait wouldnt be long. One hour later none of us had been called back. One stylist was cutting a half bald customers hair for almost a full hour. While waiting, the waiting list grew and with a lobby full of people waiting to get their hair cut, two of the stylists just disappear into the back of the store for over 15 minutes. This place used to be great but unless you can get your hair cut at 10 AM on a weekday, dont bother...your hair will grow an extra two inches while on the waiting list.

Not alot of things give my husband anxiety but getting a hair cut is the one thing that does. If I could give ZERO stars on this review I would. Jaime O. was the hair stylist that cut my husbands hair today and it was an absolutly HORRIBLE experience. She acted as if he was an inconvenience and rushed through the cut. When asked how short he wanted the cut she said that he needed to give her a final answer or else she would charge him a 2nd hair cut! NEVER has anyone said they would charge for a 2nd cut because he wasnt sure if that length would be ok. The worst part came when she very loudly said his hair was dirty in front of multiple customers, even though she had been told there was product in his hair from the get go. This was beyond embarassing!!! This is our go to place to get my husbands hair cuts because he has always had a pleasant experience but today was HORRIFYING. Nobody should be treated this way especially when paying for a service. I will not be going back and I will make sure people know about this.

The first time i got my haircut here it was done right. I slick my hair back and blend the sides and back. Every other time ive gotten my haircut besides that here it was messed up. I even tryed the one by walmart. I havent had my hair cut in a month because of financial issues and as soon as i do i leave this place im unhappy. I dont know if anyone knows but it is hard to find a good hair dresser/barber anymore. Btw i wasnt offered my hair be washed and still paid $20 and still tip the girls $10... I wont be back. 2 locations suck i wont be trying a third. Thanks

Well it’s 11:15 on a Sunday morning and three of us are waiting outside for them to open...at 11:00. Not good, nobody answering phone, no note on door, nothing on website. Still nothing, it’s 11:35. Hoping everyone is ok. Left at 11:45 as no one ever showed up.

I gave this place one star for no service. I dont know about the quality of work. I was in a rush so i checked in online, where it so 0 min wait. I walked in with my baby and 4 year old. There was 1 girl cutting hair while two others flirted with a customer who was already finished for about 7 minutes without even an acknowledgement. Mind you thus was taking place by the cash register, so they saw me. Another girl was finishing with a customer and i thought surely she will acknowledge my existence. Nope. She checked out customer and proceded to walk to the back without a word. ???? I mean i work for tips so im pretty lenient. They must make great $$ in order to ignore cudtomers. Im sure ownership wpuld feel differently. I packed up the kida and walked out the door withiut so muvh as a word. Im baffled??? But Ill never be back.

First time there, I have super thin hair, shea did a great job with cut, and helping me reach a nice lift volume to make what little hair I have, seem great.
