I take my 84 year old mom to get her hair done every week or so. Ashley is awesome. She also cuts and perms when necessary. She is like family to us. I can drop mom off and know that she is in good hands with Ashley. Love this location.

A great salon and great stylists! Great hair care and give good care advice if you have questions, advice for your hair. A very, very great experience and a great day waiting for you. Go there and you will love your time spent there.

This location has subjective pricing. I called prior to driving to this located and the representative Megan quoted $14.95 for a wash and dry for short hair and long hair would be $10 extra. I arrived at the location and now the price is $36.95. I informed her of the price she quoted and then she stated it would be $34.95. Very unprofessional. I will be speaking with corporate.

The company really needs to fix the management and employees of this salon. They are so rude and on this particular day Saturday 4/14/18, I am starting to wonder who is in charge. All I wanted was some information on price, services etc, and they acted like I was bothering them. They have been rude before but I figured everyone has a bad day. Now I know everyday is a bad day in that salon.

Every single time I go and have a scheduled appointment, I have to wait at least 30 minutes. My stylist, Rachael, does a great job but the wait is inconsiderate and unprofessional. They expect me to be on time and I expect the same with the exception of maybe up to a 10 minute wait max!

Very unpleasant experience. Called an hour and a half before they close and was told to come on in. When I arrived it took 10 minutes to get noticed and then was told they didnt have time to get to me. Very unprofessional.

Ashley butchered my hair and Ill never be back.Everything is uneven and chopped up,She took much more off than I instructed. She did not listen.
