I bring my car to these guys for everything and they’re always so great. Great prices and great people. They always get me the best deal and as girl who’s been taken advantage of by other shops by trying to get me to spend money on stuff I don’t need theyre always super transparent about what I do and don’t need.

I went in their about my problem I had with my car. They were SUPER welcoming, VERY respectful, and SUPER patient with me. I forgot the guy name who is at the desk (I think his name is dun?…) but anyways, he definitely was super amazing and has amazing great customer service. So were his co-workers, they were also great! They were really quick to fixing the problem I had. I definitely recommend everyone to come here!!! Best customer service I have ever received at a mechanic shop. Applause to all of the workers there. I don’t do reviews but they really do deserve this one.

Great price and fast service. Flushed my brake system and car drives well. Will need to balance the wheels. This second trip they were more responsive and Branden was informative about other services. We built trust and Ill take my car here more often for services. This is in contrast to my first visit there when replacing my engine shield, which ended up costing me more money to have it properly screwed on. Otherwise its a fairly good place for brake service and oil change. Ill be trying other services with all my cars, now that weve build a rapport and good relationship. Thank you guys.

The staff at Meineke were great. They diagnosed a battery light on my dashboard and replaced the alternator. The price was lower than what we had expected. They have also checked brake pads on 2 of our cars and i formed us we did not need to replace them at this time. My car is not very common but the staff let me know they have experience with my make and model. They spoke favorably about my car and it showed they care. We will definitely be back with all of our familys cars.

Just moved to the area and needed an oil change. Family member recommended I call Don at Meineke. Made an appointment for a Saturday. Justin greeted me when I arrived.Very nice folks and clean waiting area. Plus there is a Dunkin Donuts walking distance. Fastest friendly easiest oil change ever!I definitely will be back!

This location and team are excellent. They always are professional and courteous. Ladies, I know I’ve always felt like car repair shops are giving me the run around when it comes to repairs for my car but this shop has never been like that! There is no pressure to do any repair unnecessarily but if it’s something critical they let you know! Since I’ve been going here Don has answered all my questions and has never steered me wrong! They have taken care of all my car repairs and I used to go right to the dealer. The repair costs are a fraction of what I used to pay at the dealership! I highly recommend this shop.

Don and his staff is very nice. They are very professional. Their prices are fair. They tell you what needs to be done to your car. They dont try to make you unnecessary things done to your car to get money. I will be going back to get my tune up on my car soon.

Have used a few times since moving to the area and have been thoroughly impressed. Everyone is extremely nice and professional and have not tried to been upsold yet. Each time they give me a list of things that may need to be replaced “next time”. When i return i ask to make sure to check on those and replace as needed and each time have been told that it does not need it yet, but will keep an eye one it. At many other sites, they will try to sell something extra at every single visit. I will definitely continue going here as it is so hard to find honest people anymore!

These guys did a great job they gave me good advice they took care of me very efficiently and were able to sneak me in luckily I caught them between customers and fixed a serious issue with my front steering suspension as well as they gave me good advice on several other points on my truck and they were honest with me and letting me know that until I emptied outside honestly answer which I appreciate it I give them an a+

If you are looking for an honest place to take your vehicle- then this is the place for you! I give a hands down to the best car shop I’ve ever been too.The workers were extremely helpful, courteous, and efficient. I actually went in for my normal oil change & told them I didnt have any A/C air or heat (now I drive a 2015 Mustang) not that old of a car at all-! BUT- It happens----They brought me a shredded serpentine belt -connected some how to the AC Compressor! The air compressor that was locked up! OH BOY-I said!! anyways they ordered the parts / needed my car for a few hours. Chuck the owner gave me a ride home & picked me back up at the end of the day! Thank you ! Thank you! Don is the best. My son told me about him so I decided to give him a try. He explained everything to me in turns that I could understand and I’m a female with no knowledge of cars. I only will take car when he’s there because I know he won’t take advantage of me because I’m a female with no knowledge lol. I told my daughter and son-in-law about him. I’ve been to this location about 3-4 times now. They are competitive on prices. Don and the rest of the crew seem to know what they’re doing. I haven’t had a bad experience and hope to continue this trend!

My first experience was great. But this second visit was questionable. I waited over 2 hours for a simple oil change. Keep in mind I had an appointment and was on time. The wait time was extremely unacceptable. The reps are all friendly and the previous oil change was a good experience. Ill chalk this experience up as a one off and hope to never have to wait that long again for a scheduled oil change.

Dropped my car off to get a shock replaced. Got a call an hour later saying they got the shock on and did a full inspection of the vehicle. Informed me that some other suspension repairs needed to be made and after having a look at it myself had them complete the repairs. Got a good price and the turnaround time was a day early. Good, honest mechanics. We had an odd issue with our old Mazda CX-9. The guys at Meineke found the cause and repaired it for a third of what a Mazda dealer would have charged. They were able to source the parts from multiple locations to get the best price and the labor charges were reasonable. We have used this shop a number of times and are pleased with their work.

New management is great! They have a friendly staff, that obviously values return service of customers, and won’t charge an arm and a leg to get you fixed up right! Will definitely be returning for all my future car needs!

Don and Justin were fantastic and kept me updated every step of the way on my repairs. The mechanics did a much better job diagnosing my failed A/C than another major company.

There was a short line when I arrived but I was addressed immediately and told it would be just a minute and it was. Then I was received courteously by Don. He efficiently entered me in the system, took my key, estimated how long the servicing would take and I went on my way. They called me within minutes of the estimated time to tell me it was ready. When I returned to the station I was given an overview of what was done snd what could be needed in the near future with no hard or over-sell.I paid and was on my way.Very courteous and professional with no over-sell....I have been going to this Meineke for many years and have nearly always had a similarly pleasant experience.

All of the workers went out of their way to be extra kind and thoughtful. Don was the man who helped me, and he was very easy to talk to. The whole experience was very nice.

The only issue I had was that I made an 11 AM appointment and my car was not worked on until almost noon. Not sure what the point was of making the appointment ahead of time.

My vehicle actually broke down very close to your Woodstock shop. I was treated very fairly and professionally. Prompt courteous service. My alternator was replaced quickly and I was on my way extremely quickly.I would probably never used a Meinke shop as I am not a fan of chain owned businesses. BUT the service at this location has changed my mind about Meinke.

My experience at Meineke couldn’t have been better! I dropped off my car around 10:00 (without an appointment), and went to do some shopping at the next door Goodwill. They were able to fit me in between a couple already scheduled appointments I was done by 11:00 and on my way. Great value and extremely quick service!

Using this location several years. They are honest, reliable and dependable.They will tell you exactly what is wrong and if or not it is their relm of services. They will even refer you out if thats what you need.Prices are compatible with others. However, it really is the staff that makes this location so good.They do get pretty busy at times so calling ahead and making an appointment can be beneficial.We (my family) definitely reccomend them.

Always affordable and quality work done. They know cars, and are always up front and honest about what needs to be done. No hard selling or pressure, just what you expect a mechanic to do when inspecting and diagnosing problems. Lifetime brakes are a plus. And always willing to work on price. Competitive or beats any other shop around. Much more than a brake + tire shop, they can do damn near anything...usually quickly to boot. Highly recommend Sam and his crew.

We have brought our cars here for years, and these guys have always taken good care of us. We just heard that Sam has retired, and somebody new is there. Well, dont change it and screw it up.

We absolutely LOVE this Meineke. On more than one year occasion, they have told us we didn’t need any repair, which let us Know early on that they were people we could trust. They build relationships with their customers, and always go above and beyond what should be expected to do a job right. We will ALWAYS take our cars to this Meineke, and refer everyone we know to them as well.

Don your the most honest mechanic around. No b.s straight to the point and price. No haggle necessary. Even went to a few other automotive parts store to find them cheaper. They even told me just to use mieneke. The only unfortunate part was that they dont do transmission work at all. My Wheel bearing was out and needed replacement. Great service and very honest and up front

My personal opinion of this particular Meineke Care Center is that they were professional, kind, courteous, and they explained everything before and after the work that was performed. The prices were reasonable enough but what do you expect coming from an automotive shop. Everyone I spoke to from Don, the manager, to Brendan, the auto tech, who did the actual work on my vehicle were knowledgeable in the field they are in. I would definitely recommend these guys and will definitely be coming back to this Meineke Care Center in the future, no matter how far it is away. Don & Sam are both very honest, professional, and prices are reasonable! I brought my truck in because the breaks were squeaking, which generally means the pads need changed and rotors need re-surfacing. They had a look and told me that changing them wouldn’t be necessary for another several thousand miles. Don suggested that theyre probably squeaking because the pads are heating up. I’ll definitely be going back when I need work done. Come to find out my older brother has been taking his vehicles here for years! Thanks Don & Sam - we’ll see you soon!

Had a wonderful experience here! This company fixed my brakes in less than an hour and where very friendly! They didnt sell or pressure me into anything more. I also was able to get a discount on my brake pads. Will be going back!

Be careful with these guys and get a second opinion. They told me they were unable to locate an aftermarket part for my car, and they would have to order one from the manufacturer. The OEM part was $500. I called someone else, and they located an aftermarket part easily that cost $150. My repair bill was literally cut in half. It seems they are after money and not customer service or satisfaction, considering I was directly lied too. I’m really ashamed. And I’m someone who works in a heavily comission based job and I won’t even lie to my customers to get more money.

Husband was VERY adamant about driving almost 40 miles (IN THE RAIN) to have my vehicle serviced here. I definitely got a sense of integrity from the guys here (Sam and Don). Friendly and professional, (and customers appreciate a CLEAN BATHROOM) We left satisfied and will continue to make the drive to them when necessary!!

If you have an issue that they’re (rarely) unable to figure out, they will literally point you in the direction of a specialist in that field who is equally as trustworthy and cost-effective!! I went In for an oil change that was far overdue. Found out I need Front brakes and new tires. Don and Mike were wonderful and explained everything that was going on. I have to wait a few weeks on the brakes and tires but will definitely go back to this location. Can’t say enough about how much I liked Everyone in this store.

They have saved us on numerous occasions by spotting things that only a trained eye would catch. These guys can fix just about anything on any car, but they dont mind to tell you this needs to go back to the dealer when appropriate. How many mechanics have you meet that will knowingly forgo a payday and tell you to take your car back to the dealer because the dealer should cover it under warranty/recall?? Ive been coming to this Meineke for about 5 years now and Ive never had a bad experience. The employees are always up front and honest about the status of your vehicle, they have never once pushed any unnecessary or expensive repairs, and they always have my vehicle back in the same day for routine things. They kept my Pontiac going for as long as they could and when the time came for the expensive repairs they were totally honest about the value I would be putting into a vehicle that just wasnt worth it, any other repair shop would have dollar signs in their eyes but this Meinike actually tried to save me from going down a sink hole with the vehicle. For an honest opinion, extremely fair prices and a good group of guys that KNOW what they are doing I highly recommend this Meineke. Ive never been steered wrong.
