Joel and his team took great care of my daughters car. Her Chevy Sonic was hit by a Toyota truck at an intersection. The repair looks brand new and was completed quickly. I was also very happy with the frequent and timely updates provided along the way.

The worst experience we have had with a collision center. We had a minor accident on our driveway, the car overall was in good condition, still driveable, minor damages. Our insurance company has sent us to Service King, we did not really have a choice on the collision center. We did not get any updates on a car for about 2 weeks, when we were ensured that we will be updated every Tuesday and Thursday. They took the parts off and cut out a huge piece of metal out on the body to do an estimate on repairs for no reason, when it was clear to see what the damage was. By doing that, they increased the amount in repairs and because of that, out insurance company totalled the car. We wanted to keep the car and after complaining the insurance company, they okayed us to pick the car up from Service King and to repair somewhere else. Our insurance company requested Service King to put all the parts that were taken off back on the car by a scheduled time, so that we can drive the car to another collision center. When we came to pick up the car, the parts were still taken off, had to wait 40 minutes for them to get all the pieces together. However, they said the the car was undrivable after they MESSED the whole car up and turned the car from being drivable to undriveable. They only let us pick after we got a tow truck at our own cost. The repairs ended up being $1500 more than what they would have been if they did not mess the car up like that.

I was recently in an accident and took my vehicle to Service King for repairs. They were very helpful through the whole process and kept me informed twice a week on the status of the repairs. They were also very quick in getting my vehicle fixed. They even handled everything with my insurance. I would 100% recommend you take your vehicle here for collision repairs.

My little girl had a boo-boo in her jeep, and although there were many difficulties in making sure that the car was repaired properly they went above and beyond to make sure that the car was just right for her. All businesses face difficulties, but the professionalism this company showed but still far beyond the body shops I have used in the past.

I called to receive an estimate for damage to my car from driving over a tractor trailers treaded tire on the interstate. I was told over the phone to make an appointment. I arrived at the appointed time. There was not any other customers in the building. Spoke and dealt with a lady that took my information looked at my damage without putting my car on a lift. I think she took more time taking pictures of my tag and odometer. I was literally there 5 minutes. I was told I would have an estimate in an hour. Its been two days later still no estimate.Ive been other places to receive an estimate not only did they throughly examine my car but I received printed estimates at the time of my visit.This business must be booming to ignore a potential customer. I would not recommend especially considering you are not the only business that does this type of work.

The appointment requirement is a bit odd, until you realize they require that so no one had to wait in the waiting area.Denny did excellent work repairing my rear bumper and frontend on my Focus RS. I did have to bring it back once, as one of my hoses popped off causing 100% turbo boost leak, but Denny explained he under tightened it so he wouldnt potentially break a plastic housing, and I appreciate that. Took about an hour or so to diagnose and fix, and my car has been happy since.Ken did a great job of keeping me informed all along the way. I appreciate his detailed voicemail messages and updates on parts delivery.Service Kings automated text messaging and email were helpful.Ill be coming here in the future for any collision repair, as well as referring others. Its worth the drive.

My car got hit and the person asked with the witness of the sherif to pay out of pocket. Took my car to them, got an estimate and agreed to work with me and the person paying. They completed the repair in half the time they had given me. They are located across from an enterprise car rental so if you need one, theyll bring it to you at the repair shop.

After being rear-ended, my insurance company recommended Service King for the collision repair. The crew did a thorough job of examining and repairing the damage that was done to my car. Alan was courteous and professional, keeping me informed of the progress on the repair all the way through. I hope I don’t ever need collision repair again, but if I do, I will definitely take my car to Service King. Highly recommended.

These guys are on top of it!!! I filed my claim online and chose Service King to do my repairs. I dropped the car off and we did a walk around which gave me a lot of peace of mind :). I got daily updates via text (sooo convenient) and they called me any time something unusual came up (like late parts). Alan was amazing! Ask for Alan when you go.... super nice guy!

Id like to give a positive review of the autobody work at this place because I know that their technicians are more than capable. Unfortunately, I never got that far because the front office folks are rude and pretty much drove me away. Walking in the front door, I was verbally assaulted and asked if I was literate. Yes...I was asked if I could read...apparently, there was a small printed note on the door that said that an appointment was needed due to Covid. I was yelled at, scolded, and asked to leave and make an appointment. NO THANKS fellas.I get that establishments need to make special arrangements due to the pandemic, but you dont treat a potential customer like shikaka and expect them to come back. Not only that, Im fairly certain that the guy who lost his **** on me was either a manager or possibly the owner since everyone deferred to him. If they treat their staff like they treated me, then I truly feel bad for the folks that work there. No respect - no service.Ultimately, I went right across the street to WT Standard Automotive & Collision and had excellent customer service and repair work from the very first interaction until I picked up my vehicle.

Great experience. I chose this provider because of it being an Allstate shop, and this location due to proximity/convenience. I have a good many average to poor collision repair experiences, and this one was not one of them.Also impressed that they marked and documented other marks on the car (door dings, rock chips, etc) that were unrelated to the repair, to ensure no ambiguities later. I had a prior experience with another shop where they badly scratched the hood of a car, and refused to repair it. Good protection for both the customer and shop.

I was skeptical that using the insurance company preferred body shop would somehow result in a lesser quality repair than a shop I selected. But my experience with Service King proved my concerns were unfounded. From my initial interaction with the call center to schedule my appointment and review my insurance claim, vehicle inspection and drop off, timely text updates on repair status, to the pick up and review of everything done - I am very pleased with the service, personnel, and quality body work on my vehicle at Service King in Woodstock, GA.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience !! They gave me an estimate of over 10,000 dollars for repairs for items that were not actually damaged !! took it for a second opinion with Service Kings estimate . Vehicle was repaired for less than 3300.00 dollars with OUTSTANDING RESULTS and got GREAT HONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE by the folks at WOODSTOCK QUALITY PAINT AND BODY SHOP on main st in Woodstock .Before the estimate I called Service King and left MULTIPLE voice messages and never got a call back. I finally had to physically go to the shop to get any info. My phone calls were always answered and addressed where we actually got service done In my opinion they either do not know their stuff or they just did not think they would make enough money off of fixing the repairs that were really needed. They Might want to use the slogan Service King where we think we are the King and we treat you like a Peasant ! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Nice people... My daughters car was fixed by them as they are an approved Allstate repair service... She had a huge deductible she could not afford and they let her keep her car there (for quite a while.. Trust me).. until she could get and did not charge her for storage... Which they did not have to do... Wonderful people...you cant tell the car was ever hit... Looks great!..

This place is a joke do not go here!.Nationwide recommended I go here because they have a contract with them it turns out they kept using old parts and sending them back ended up taking over a month to get my car fixed.The extra insurance on my rental car exceeded $500 they said they were going to do something about that, they did not!.This is a cheesy company avoid them at all cost.

I came into the shop to have repairs done on my vehicle as part of an insurance claim. The employee said the claim information was sufficient and they would order the part and let me know when it arrived. I knew it would be a while as they are hard to get, but after a few months I had heard nothing. I called back to find out that the part had in fact never been ordered and no one had ever followed up with me about it. I was needles to say a bit frustrated and the person I spoke with was very rude before stating they would not fix my vehicle. Will be contacting my insurance company about their use of this company.

Allstate sent me to service king I 2ent in and was told I needed an appointment, I went home called the co made an appointment for 4 .I went in they said I had to sign in on a kiosk, it did not work, then a guy comes up and said he needed the claim number, I said lets call Allstate he said that would not work!!!!!!! I then said lets call the 866# he said that would not work. My guess. Is Fri afternoon he did not want to take care of another customer. This company has no idea on how to treat customers right. Go there if your Mercedes needs repair but if you have a Ford find someone else.!!!!!!

I have dealt with Service King before, so I was already comfortable with the brand. I brought my car here after it was sideswiped by a delivery truck. The estimate process was quick, they worked directly with insurance, and they notified me of the progress throughout the repair process (via text!).My car looks great! Currey and Gary were so helpful. I cant say enough positive things about this place.

Went to this location to have my vehicle serviced. During the intake process when I arrived, a gentleman I later found out completely fabricated details on the initial documentation paperwork making it appear that several dents and scratches were on my car to all four sides when I dropped it off that were not there. He never actually consented these markings and also never looked at my car during our first meeting. At the time I thought nothing of it because Service King has always been for me among the best so I trusted them. My experience with this location quickly went south when I arrived to pick up my car and there was visible scrape mark damage to my side mirrors, my driver side door, the hood and large spills of a dust like polymer were found on the passenger and driver dash boards that indicated someone had neglected to complete the clean up process once my car was completed. I brought all of this damage to the attention of Dana who in her exact words to me were “all of this was here when you dropped it off”. I felt completely betrayed and insulted. Instead of hearing my concerns and making it first priority to not allow me to leave that lot until my car was restored to its original quality, she used manipulation tactics instead of actually addressing the problem. She emailed me 1 hour later asking me to come back after I left in tears asking that I allow her to repair the damage. As upset as I was, I had already taken my car to another Service King who were very accommodating to my issues with the other location and immediately addressed the other locations mistakes repairing my car quickly asking no questions. I will continue on with Service King but will drive 50 miles before I ever return to this location.

Polite and honest. I brought my car here after another driver rear-ended me. I ended up having to pick my car up to take it to another shop (decided to go through the other drivers insurance rather than mine), but Dana still took the time to show me some signs of potential damage. She showed me some places where bolts looked like they moved and where body panels looked like they no longer lined up.I wish I had decided to stay with them for the repairs. If I get into another accident, I will definitely come back

DO NOT GO HERE! Nothing more the corporate body shop who exploits customers during their weakest points. They used all aftermarket and used parts to fix my 2016 Ford Escape (without telling me) and it looks AWFUL. BUYER BEWARE THIS SHOP IS TERRIBLE!

They DONT listen to the customer..... My car had NEW tires & when towed to this shop was place on top of the curb...... I clearly asked for it to be moved while waiting on the insurance company to notify me if it was totalled or not. I also sent Dana an email to remind her to please move my car/tires off the curb.... Took a week & a half for the adjuster to come out & when I went back a week after the adjuster to gather my things, guess what was STILL SITTING ON THE CURB? My car!!!!! Good thing they totalled my car out....however I wont be sending anything back to this shop ever again.....if a simple request can be ignored I can imagine what they would overlook if they were fixing things. 😡

This place is absolutely awful, one star is required but even that is not deserved. I took my car here for repairs after an accident, after they messed up repairs the first time I went back to the shop at least 5 times to express concerns over the paint job. I was without my car for a month and half due to their terrible performance...which if I may add is the last thing any rational person needs after being in an accident. In conclusion, after all of their nonsense of excuses, drama, unprofessional and inapropriate conversations; I ended up taking my car elsewhere for further repairs due to their negligence. If you at all care for your investment you will not even glance at their sign. Drive away and do so quickly.

I got into an accident right outside my neighborhood which is so conveniently close to this service king location. My insurance company also recommended them. Me being in the sales/retail business, I pay close attention to the customer service I receive, anywhere I go. I was extremely Please with Dana and her communication. Even when she was out sick, others would text me updates on my car. Dana let me know every time we were waiting on a part, every tike they found something wrong, every step of the way. I would highly recommend doing business here. I even spoke with a technician, and he was very friendly. Jay the painter did a great job I cant stop looking at it in the sunlight. Ill probably never go to a car wash again, hand wash only! Its like a new car. Team Bishop the technician put everything together perfect. Everyone acts like BMW or Mini is so hard to work on but he did a great job. Overall my car has never looked better. I am very pleased and appreciate everyones hard work. Everyone there was welcoming and understanding of my picky attitude. Dana took very good care of me. Highly impressed with the entire process.

This Service King is atrocious. We had a vehicle damaged and Allstate sent us here. The paint shop worker must have been blind as he painted the rear panel a totally different shade of white as the rest of the car and gave it to us as if we would be crazy enough to accept it. Then we had them repaint it and then the back door didnt match. Unbelievable. They also gave us a bonus in that they damaged the door lock and that didnt work when they returned the vehicle. Finally as a sweetener to the ordeal they towed the vehicle to Alpharetta and damaged the side panel with the tow truck. Yes I know this is hard to believe - but True.Just do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place but if you have a serious vendetta against an enemy then you should highly recommend Service King Woodstock to them.

NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Never in my life have I been so disrespected by a General Manager! Ill try to keep it short, but their work is shotty to say the least. They dont care about the safety of the vehicles they repair. They want your money and thats it. Those of you who know me and more importantly my Father (served 25 years, retired Colonel), this is what set me off after I asked him to let me finish my statement which he so rudely kept interrupting. He starts to talk to to me in a VERY condescending tone, I say Im not your child you dont have to talk to me in that tone. General Manager says: Thank God youre not!. Yep, thats the Manager that runs the place. No wonder its empty everytime Im there.Not to mention this was a USAA claim. Thats how they treat military and their families!!

They wouldnt even take time to give me an estimate without an appointment. There were 3 people sitting there doing nothing. I have 1 off day a week. It was my only opportunity and the woman seemed very dismissive. If I could have left a rating lower than 1 star that would have been my option.
