I just want to say how impressed I am with Auto image collection in Woodstock. David one of the owners took time to explain everything to me. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process. He even took time to talk to my brother on the phone and explain everything to him about my vehicle. They use to have great service when they started a year ago, but they have grown too fast to keep up with being able to deliver good customer service. They took my car in for around 10 days and I received 2 updates at the beginning, thats it! During the original inspection they had some doubts as to whether a fog light could have been caused by the large buck I accidently hit, arguing that the impact was on the right so how could a fog light be broken on the left. I did have a logical explanation, but to my surprise they put the claim in without the fog light. When I received the car I was shocked that the light had not been fixed. I called the insurance company and asked them why it was not replaced and they said Auto Image had not put the claim in for the light, so Hanover, my wonderful auto insurance company, had to call the body shop to get them to replace it. Isnt that suppose to happen the other way around, the shop should call the insurance company on behalf of the customer not against the customer. So then I had to wait another week for the parts to get in, and another day without my car while they replaced the fog light. When I dropped the car off as requested by Auto Image, they like to communicate by text message so I sent them a text telling them my car was in their lot with the keys in the glove box. They never responded, so I had to send them another message 3 hours later, and they told me they have an average turn around time of 3 hours to respond to messages. It only takes 10 seconds to text back, yes we see the car thank you. I have two more vehicles to take in for body work, but even though they are right around the corner from me, I would rather drive a longer distance for better customer service.

If I could choose more stars I would! Auto Image blessed my life! I am more than grateful for David and his team for the awesome work that they did. The service I had done: a replacement bumper and paint. My car looks like it did when I first purchased it. Not only did they fix my bumper they also wiped down the outside and inside of my car. I came back to the shop and saw my pearl white sedan actually looking pearly not dirty. Plus the dust that was on my dash was gone. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Aside from the work, Auto Image is home to the best kind of people. It is the best kind of company—one that truly cares for their customers. I was probably on the worst customer list, constantly calling, asking questions. But David never complained, he helped me to the best of his ability and he had suggestions ready for any concerns. He worked with me. I cannot thank him enough for offering a hand to pick me up. I owe him for life and when I do get work done again at Auto Image I will have a generous tip ready. Thank you thank you thank you! I really can’t say thank you enough. May God cover and bless this shop and everyone in it; they have done me and my family too well. Great service, they got my baby looking brand new again! There was overspray all over the car, the bumpers clear coat was flaking and the color was fading (I dont have any pics of the bumper before but it was in pretty rough shape). There was also a couple bad dents, some of which caused a bit of paint to come off and not to mention how bad of a spot all of the dents were situated at. Regardless it came out looking amazing and I couldnt be more satisfied with their work. The employees were very nice and professional. Would 100% do business with them again and will if I have any future repairs to get done, cant thank you guys enough!

I had always planned on doing a review. My experience started at 5 stars then went to 4 and now its two. My experience started off great they were fast to respond and I liked the option to text because its not always easy for me to answer phone calls. David was very accurate in his estimate. We were on a tight time constraint and he said it would probably take 2 weeks after insurance approved it. My insurance company did take a few days to get the check sent for them to order parts. Then there was another delay with the supplement that was needed because my insurance said they never received it. When I informed the shop of this they got on it. A part delay kept pushing the date out 3 different times. They then asked to push it back one more day. When I told them my husband would have to take an Uber if we pushed it they worked hard to get it done the same day. We arrived to find out that the vehicle had been put back together but the bumper was not painted as it should have been. They assured us this was a one day fix. After discussing with my husband we decided to leave the vehicle for them to paint the bumper and he would Uber to the shop the next day when it was ready. When he drove the truck home he found out ants and invaded the interior. We made sure to leave no food in the vehicle prior to dropping it off. Also when they cleaned the vehicle they messed up the tint on the front passenger window - which they never told us about. The whole experience went from great to questionable over the time of the repairs. Makes me wonder how well it was actually fixed. I would think if they truly cared about the customer they would have tried to resolve the ants before we picked it up and would have at least mentioned the window tint was damaged in the cleaning process. All in all we first brought the vehicle in for an estimate on 8/10, dropped it off for breakdown on 8/24 and picked it up on 9/9. I know this was a bit longer than estimated with possibly extenuating circumstances, but I dont understand how you could detail a vehicle and not mention ants or damage to the tint when it did not get dropped off with either of those.

I’m so happy I took my car to Auto Image! They were great about keeping me up to date on my cars repairs. They did a wonderful job repairing my my van. The owner was super nice and he took care of all my cares and concerns. They went beyond my expectations! I couldn’t be more pleased!

Awesome place to deal with. They kept me informed of the progress during the repair and the car was done on time. Excellent workmanship! Couldn’t ask for more.

Let’s talk about “Christians” that’s what he calls himself. How do you hire someone and don’t pay him for his work. Especially a black man that worked so hard until the sweat is running off his back like slave. I would never work for this company ever again, due to lake of honesty. I never received my money of the work that I did at all. Be aware do not work for this man

These guys are the absolute best. Would recommend them to everyone. I had a budget on the repairs needed,but they worked with me while coming in $ 500 below budget. My SUV looked like it came straight off the showroom floor when they were done. Customer Service kept me informed evey step of the way. And then to top all that they washed and vacuumed it before giving it back to me 2 days earlier than est. time frame. I will never use anyone else

Have to say after a brief hiccup with the lady who did the service writing I was giving it one last attempt. David comes in like a shining knight and went over the car with me and after about a week I got the car back. It is beautiful and super work. A couple of small things that David actually pointed out to me when I picked up said they can fix in a few mins and with my time constraint he is doing later. Wheel corrections. Paint...and molding repairs has made my car look immaculate and absolutely would recommend these guys to anyone wanting any type of auto body or restoration work or just a great shine. Thank you David and the crew for doing an excellent job.

Quick and accurate quote, and very quick turn-around time. It was only 7 days from the time I received my quote, to picking up my repaired car. Very happy with the experience.

These guys painted my 1977 MGB. The experience was fantastic, and the finished product looks amazing. Best of all, they were flexible with my doing some of the work myself. Great experience overall and I will bring my next project car to them without a 2nd thought.

Brought the car in because of massive number of dents due to acorns hitting my car during a tropical storm. They said they could do a paint less process of removing the dents and just paint those areas where the paint was scratched. They did a fabulous job! I can’t recommend Auto Image enough! Conversation between David, store manager and I...”So let me understand this, you are telling me that in order to get my daughters car back, it is legal to make us purchase parts that you went ahead and ordered, instead of sending the link for us to purchase them (bypassing the normal procedure) because you thought”(per your last text) “that it would be easier, assuming that we would get the work done with you.Now that you have given us an amount of $689.06, which is $256.52 more than the first quote of $432.54, showing an increase from $72.00 for transmission fluid to $314.00...It just doesnt add up. Ive taken Pics of the car and pan before USAA towed it to your shop, in the event that there would be an issue, because we are women.Now would you be comfortable doing business with this company?

I have taken several of my vehicles to Auto Image Collision for body damage over a few year period.The owner of this shop is very knowledgeable and accurate with his estimates.They provide affordable and prompt service and they pay attention to detail.They work with the customer and do a good job of determining the customers needs or wants unlike most other body shops (particularly larger ones) in the area who are trying to turn big numbers using or taking advantage of the the customer to generate those numbers.I highly reccomend Auto Image.

Ive used Auto Image Collision on 3 separate occasions and each time was extremely happy with the result, but more importantly, the customer service. David is a nice and honest man to do business with and he wants you to be happy when you leave. The work was done exceptionally well and always at a fair price. Thats hard to find in this business and feel lucky to have that so close to home. I hope to never need their services again but if I do theres no question Ill go see them for the repairs.

Excellent craftsmanship and super nice staff.They were easy to get on the phone and will answer any questions you have. They are adept at handling insurance claims. They are also very responsive and helpful.My car looks amazing after they replaced my front end and driver door. Beautiful work. They went the extra mile and I definitely noticed the added touches.They were able to completely remove the yellowed oxidization from my headlights, as well, leaving them clear and polished.I would highly recommend this shop to anyone up in the Woodstock, Sixes, Acworth, or upper Cobb areas.

Auto Image is the only place we take our cars. They are very professional and very reasonable. The staff is very nice and friendly also. We always leave with a smile on our face. My son needed his roof replaced on his Jeep because of rust. We did not know how bad the damage was until Auto Image took a look at it. Auto Image was honest about the damage and showed us how big the hole was. Auto Image worked with us to get reasonable pricing to install a new roof and paint it. It was done very fast and the new roof looks amazing.

Awesome place. Great customer service and quick work! Also great pricing. Theyre ducked off in a plaza across from hobgood park. Also they check your vin sticker to get an exact shade of your car color, so you dont have to worry about it not matching.

I have had many of my cars painted by various shops, including dealer ships. David and his team are the best by far! I brought my 84 Z28 to them. It had the usual dings and dents and fading paint.
