Sent Elliott service out to my Grandmothers house to fix an issue with the stove he was able to diagnose and fix the issue in one trip! We were all impressed with his knowledge, courtesy and price. We will definitely use them for all our appliance needs!

Weve used him for home appliance repairs several times (including our clothes dryer and a microwave) and hes always great about telling us a window of time and arriving within that time frame. Hes trustworthy and knowledgeable and has saved us tons of money by repairing appliances that might otherwise have needed replacing. Josh Elliott has been my “appliance guy” for about 9 years. I’ve called him for washer, dryer, disposal, microwave and refrigerator. He has handled it all promptly, efficiently and honestly. Josh was able to fix my refrigerator when another company wasn’t able to. The other company came out three times but the same problem would reoccur within hours of their service. I was referred to Josh by a different party and just from speaking with Josh on the phone I felt confident that he’d be able to help me or that I’d get honest input about my situation. Just from talking to me over the phone he was able to diagnose the issue then with the model # I provided came over with the parts the next day. I had my dishwasher go out last week and called Elliott Service to see about repairing it. He said the parts would be XXX amount, and service would be XXX. I asked if he would get a new appliance or repair the old and he then told me his opinion, but also told me it may benefit me to check the memorial day sales for possible free delivery and installation. This was of NO benefit to him, but he still told me! I wound up getting a new dishwasher, and had him come install it instead of the Lowes contractors.
