Car stalled on Highway 5 offramp on Labor Day afternoon. Called AAA and they contacted Citizens Towing. Received call from Bonnie who was very helpful and she immediately dispatched a tow truck to assist. Unfortunately we failed to say we were in a 4 wheel drive and the tow truck could not tow. Citizens towing then immediately dispatched another truck with a flat bed for a 120 mile transport home. Excellent experience with this company and drivers Wallace and Craig.

Very disappointed. Cant give them no stars. So The towing gentleman was very nice gets the 🌟. I went to the office and the lady told me because I didnt have my registration I couldnt view my car. To return Tuesday cause Monday they would be closed. She stated my car would not leave the premises cause I needed to sign a release. When I returned Tuesday my car had been released and the lady stated she accidentally released it. And she didnt even ask for my registration paper Tuesday. I was not happy with the service at all.

Great experience tonight with these guys. Excellent, rapid response. Much faster than projected. Careful, methodical approach. James communicated everything clearly and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect.

BAD COMPANY I am stranded on the interstate with my daughter and a toddler. This company has refused to help despite several calls. SHAME ON YOU CITIZENS TOWING

Ive never had a problem with the tow truck drivers but the two ladies that work in the office are some real pieces of work nowhere understanding and completely disrespectful to their customers Stay Away From This Place.

Id like to Express my upmost gratitude to Citizens Towing for flawlessly towing my car, but mostly the exceptional employee WALLACE that made the whole experience wonderfully pleasant and I truly enjoyed his company during what would have been a long, unpleasant tow normally. Needed a tow after attempted catalytic converter thief

I was traveling from Portland Oregon and my truck broke down on the highway and AAA had me on the side of the highway unsafe for several hours, finally AAA called Citizens Towing and the owners Angie&Doug was so helpful they stored my truck over night and I had it shipped the rest of the way. But I just would like to say again Thanks to the owners and the tow driver Dan who picked my truck up and kept it safe while I continued my journey. I would refer this company to anyone. Service is 💯.
