Weve been using TechKnuckle for about four years, and have always been happy with their work. Theyve diagnosed and repaired a variety of problems with our PCs, for reasonable fees and in good turnaround time.As a computer dummy I also appreciate that they can explain issues in plain English.

I went to Tech-Knuckle with my Windows 10 stuck in startup. Brad was able to diagnose my problem right away and it was my hard drive. I did have an external hard drive with my Microsoft System Image on it. Brad installed a new, higher quality hard drive and was able to transfer my operating system onto the new drive preserving all my programs! A life saver. All at a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with Tech-Knuckle and would definitely recommend anyone needed computer help to use their services.

I came to them with a difficult laptop issue which required a complete re-installation of the operating system. They rescued my data and got things running properly. When subsequently my wireless failed to function normally, they took ownership and ordered a replacement for a broken component, loaning me a USB device while the part arrived, which they then installed without charge.This is not the first time I have taken challenging problems to them, and they have consistently resolved my issues to complete satisfaction. A couple years ago they built me a custom desktop computer to meet my specifications which were out of the ordinary. They did so promptly, and that continues to be the most reliable computer I ever owned.Computers can be frustrating, but these people have proven absolutely reliable, and I cant thank them enough.

I could not live without their service. This morning my computer was completely locked up. I called and the problem was resolved over the phone. Major problems have always been taken care of.
