I set an appointment to get a laptop fixed. The hinge was broken and I figured it would be a cheap fix. Was quoted 200 initially and was asked to pay 55$ upfront to have them work on it. They called back days later to say that the hinge and top cover needed to be replaced and would be actually more like 250. Frustrating considering the laptop was pretty cheap and looking back we should have probably just bought a new one. The receipt has a 175 misc repair charge with no details leaving me to believe they way overcharged me. They called me this morning saying the parts had arrived and it was already fixed. Definitely will go a different route the next time I need a repair.Edit: You guys called saying the cost to repair went up but on the receipt has no cost for the additional repair that I doubt was even done. When I went in the guy assured me the metal was strong and was very unlikely to have been damaged but I was then told it needed to be replaced too which there is no charge on the receipt.After paying a non refundable fee I felt we were too committed to just take back our broken laptop. The receipt clearly shows 175$ for labor to fix the top cover piece. To avoid this in the future I would suggest offering a free or cheaper estimate to give your customers a better idea of the real cost upfront. It just felt like it was a cheap sales tactic and I have no desire to discuss it with any of you because you all know exactly what you did.

I took my iPhone 7+ for a screen repair. Staff were professional and the repair was done same day. The only issue i have with the repair is the sound is not as loud through the earpiece of the phone as if it is being blocked by something even when the volume is turned up all the way. I find myself having to put all calls on speaker and I am not comfortable nor used to speaking to people on speaker phone.The business did reach out to me soon after my original review and said I can bring the phone back in and have it inspected and readjusted at no additional cost since the original repair was under warranty. The downside is making a second round trip from Vacaville. The rep quoted about an hour so I made the most of my time by shopping at other stores. After this second time, the sound was much better and I had no further issues with the screen or the sound.I’m keeping the 4 stars because I there’s no option for 4.5. Cannot give 5 because I did have to go back.

CPR woodland is absolutely amazing! They have the best customer service out there. They have great products, get things done, always happy and welcoming. My father in law broke his phone and they helped me out with getting him a new one.

I’ve needed my earpiece fixed forever, and have been using speakerphone for over a year and he offered to clean my earpiece for free and it’s a million times better now! I was worried because I thought I would need it to be replaced, but he explained if I replaced it I wouldn’t be able to use Face ID, which I was worried about losing, so he said he could clean it for free and that it may actually fix the problem and it did! Appreciate the attention to detail and taking the time to explain the options!

I went to have my Zagg I-phone glass screen replaced today that was under warranty, after calling them so I could find out if they had the proper screen in stock. This work was completed very quickly by the owner and technician there at CPR. They even helped me with some other tech issues regarding I-phones. I highly recommend them; they have a great little shop in a small center, have good hours and offer friendly knowledgeable service.

I really like this place. I tried another place that didnt want to be bothered with it when I needed help cleaning off a laptop that had to be returned. But Brad helped me out and even helped expedite the return, after showing me what the real problem was. They saved me a great deal of money and saved me a lot of time and frustration!

I first went to Tmobile to see if they could replace my battery. They referred me to CPR and I am so glad they did! I had more problems with my phone then just needing a new battery and I didnt want to buy a whole new phone. I met with Christian and he was very knowledgeable and accommodating. They replaced my battery, screen and port for a decent price. I have a brand new phone without the cost of a new one! Their customer service is amazing! Eager to help you and not try swindle you. My Microsoft Surface Laptop 2 has a trackpad that is not working well. CPR diagnosed it and informed me it should be sent to the manufacturer for repair, and provided me with all of the information I needed to process my warrant request, including offering to handle the request on my behalf (I opted to take care of it myself). They did not charge for the diagnostic. I plan to return for any of my technology needs! Great service.

The guys at CPR Cell Phone Repair in Woodland are absolutely incredible. Their professionalism is second to none and in the past 4 months, they have helped me with 3 separate phone issues:(1) My screen was cracked for over 18 months and they fixed it for under $100 even though replacement parts were hard to find.(2) I lost my volume button and these guys looked long and hard for a replacement. They requested that the part be shipped from overseas and then quickly reinstalled the button when they finally got the item.(3) When my phone screen went dark, they diagnosed the issue and repaired my phone for free.They notify you immediately as soon as they complete the repair and make several contact attempts. You will not be left hanging. Theyre just regular dudes who love what they do and enjoy helping people.

I went to get a cracked screen fixed and was pleasantly surprised at how affordable their prices were. My phone had been dying very quickly as of recent as well and they gave me a new battery as well as a glass screen protector all of which was for lack of a better word cheap. First time I went there and everything went amazing, I only went to fix my ipods battery but then I told the worker/ owner of the store, Chris, about my phone not charging properly so I handed it to him and the guy got to work on it immediately. Now it works perfectly! Not only that but my battery will be coming soon and I can’t wait to go back there for them to fix it up. My wife and I brought in her old iPhone 5c that was completely falling apart. We weren’t sure whether or not it was fixable... but we met Chris and he was able to fix it faster than we expected and at a better price than we had anticipated. Chris was extremely friendly to our family and was more concerned that our unsafe phone was not around our young boys than he was about making money off of us... which completely earned our business. I came in this morning in a panic believing that I had cracked the screen on my phone (iPhone 6S+), only to be informed that it was just my tempered glass screen protector that was cracked. I thought the name “CPR” was goofy until I was without my phone for 30 minutes. Sad but true, never thought I would be that person. Name is totally appropriate.My iPhone 7 screen broke to the point I couldn’t ignore and I was not in an upgrade position. I recalled “CPR” was next to my new favorite nail place.Marcus helped me. He was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He didn’t make me feel like the dumb teen I felt like, who was irresponsible for breaking their phone screen. He actually provided knowledge on cases and that Samsung had more expensive repairs. Score!It was $125 to fix ($50 extra for white face, otherwise it would of been $75).I added a screen protector for $15. The screen seems darker but better than a cracked screen so realistically I’ll take it.This place was clean, professional, and welcoming. My only only concern is they needed my passcode for a screen repair . I’m not sure why, I’ll assume the best. I had unread texts during the time they had it so let’s add honest to the list.Hope I’m never back but it’s nice to know if I do need help, there is a place to trust!

I expected to be taken advantage of & patronized as this had been my experience at a different place where I repaired my phone (it rhymes with ‘crapple.’).The owner, Christian, addressed me immediately when walking in, explained what may need to be done to my phone, didn’t try to upsell me products, worked on my phone quicker than stated, AND THEN, stayed open until I arrived to pick it up.VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED.

Went to best buy first wanted to charge me 200 just for diagnosing my ps4. I then called them after doing a little research online noticed they could fix ps4 online. I then called and Chris answered and told me for $75 they would perform a cleaning and put replace thermal glue on it and diagnosis. They then diagnosed my ps4 and they charged me for fan for 25 dollars which was cheaper then amazon and they installed it bring my total to 108 which I think is an amazing deal. They callled me kept me in the loop. My ps4 is now running really quite and this is going to be my go to place from now on.

Wasnt satisfied poor customer service. Googled up more locations and a few different ones was very satisfied with busy bees in woodland.
