I have been going to Woodin Creek Dental for over five years and refer everyone to them. I used to be a dental assistant and trust them to do quality work as well as being sanitary. They are always kind and professional and to be honest Im a wimp when it comes to getting my own teeth worked on! They are gentle and do a great job. Thank you for taking great care of me and everyone I have referred. They also offer an in house insurance that I appreciate as I am self employed. I moved to Issaquah recently but will continue to travel to Woodin Creek Dental.

I waited about 6 months to write this review because I wanted to see how well the work I had done would hold up after a few months. I broke one of my upper front teeth in half and had the amazing dentists at Woodin Creek Dental fix and repair it. They did an amazing great job and were extremely professional. They even matched the shade as close as possible to my teeth which are pretty white to begin with. I was nervous at first, but its like it never happened! I am extremely happy to be a patient and feel lucky to have great found a great place to go for dental care! A++ (see photos)

Great place - calm, efficient, welcoming. Cleaning, exam and treatment plan all felt competent and caring. Actually remarkable how well they do things here without making a big fuss.

So relieved that I was referred to Woodin Creek Dental. Ive always been terrified of having dental work done and I was embarrassed of how long it had been since I had been to a dentist. I ended up with an abscessed tooth so had to seek help. Dr. Evan Chiang. Not only was the experience painless, I was treated with respect and caring. They have definitely found a client for life.

I havent been to the dentist in over ten years. The staff and doctors at Woodin Creek Dental are warm, concerned, professional and gentle. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. My required procedures were pleasant! I love the television watching while getting fillings replaced.

I’m not a huge fan of going to the dentist and for a variety of reasons I hadn’t been in about 3 years. I was fully expecting my first trip back to be rough but Dr. Wang and the staff at Woodin Creek Dental made the experience quite pleasant. They are doing a good job following COVID-19 procedures and I felt comfortable from start to finish. I’m very glad I switched to their clinic and will continue to use and recommend their services.

I was so scared to go in with a tooth / jaw swelling emergency today. Staff and dental assistants were so nice and accommodating - they got me right in and cared about making me comfortable. I was told what was going on and exactly what to do in a quick but thorough non scary way. Appreciated all the payment options as well - Highly recommend.

This is by far the best dentist office I have ever been too. I am not a fan of going to the dentist. However the staff at Woodin Creek Dental made the experience enjoyable. They really work hard to make sure things are done right too. When being fitted for a dental device, they were not happy with the fit and sent it back to get me a better one. I know this took extra time on their part and it shows they really care about the work they do.

Ive had a lot of dental work done here and the staff have always been nice and professional. Dental work isnt cheap but Id say that they have a good value versus others, this highly depends on the work and your insurance though. They have TVs in each room so its great for catching the news while you have your teeth cleaned or putting on cartoons for the little ones. They remind you by text when you have an appointment which in my opinion is very convenient. Open long hours and weekends makes it very easy to get in at a time that works for you.

I had my veneers on my front 6 teeth done by Dr. Shahall and throughout the whole process she was diligent, patient, and meticulous about how she went about everything! Anyone who is considering reconstructing their smile and needs a referral to a well sought after professional, Dr. Shahall is incredible! I am so pleased by the results and fortunate I was lucky enough to to find such a great dental professional and the whole team at Woodin Creek Dental! ☺️🦷💯

I decided to go to Woodin Creek Dental after a change in insurance. After doing some research into other local options, Woodin Creek was highly rated. The other reviews I have read were right! I love how it was super easy to schedule my appointment and as a new patient I could fill out the new patient forms online to speed up my check-in process prior to my appointment.The staff is wonderful and everyone is pleasant and provided quick, prompt service. I was really impressed with the dental office and how nice it was. I would highly recommend Woodin Creek Dental!

I made an appointment at this dentist on a whim because I was in the market for a new one. Based on the reviews it already had it was worth a shot. I’ve now been going to Woodinville Creek Dental for over two years and I couldn’t be happier! The location is close to my place of work, their hours are tailored for the average working person, and above all everyone in that office is just lovely. Customer service is a make or break experience for me and they sure do keep and clean and healthy smile on my face!

I needed to have a lot of dental work done and I suffered from dental anxiety. I found Woodin Creek Dental on a Google search and noticed it was nearby where I lived. I was so nervous to go in the first time, but once I did I could not be happier with my experience! The dentists and the entire staff are very friendly and understanding. In addition to being a friendly, low stress atmosphere, the procedures are very fast. Lastly, I have had little to no soreness after multiple cavities and a root canal. They prescribed me pain medication after my root canal but I only had to take 1 pill the day of.I would recommend Woodin Creek Dental to family, friends, or anyone searching for a dentist. If you suffer from anxiety because you have a lot of work to be done like I did, give them a call and get your exam out of the way. The rest is downhill from there! :)EDIT: I also wanted to add, even though I had a lot of dental problems, I never once felt judged. Every time I went in they approached it from the perspective that they were going to help me and they were on my side.

Been going to Woodin Creek for aboit 2 years now. They do a great job of taking care of my teeth and have a really friendly and wonderful staff. I can’t recommend Eileen enough! She has helpful tips and suggestions each time I come in. Dr. Chang has also been wonderful, friendly, and professional. Beyond that, they keep excellent hours so I don’t have miss work to get my teeth cleaned!

I am TERRIFIED of going to the dentist. My experience with my last 2 appointments was amazing. They are kind, professional, caring and efficient. The faster you can get me done to relieve the anxiety the better. My last procedure went perfect, even WAY better then I expected. So I came back and actually they put me at such ease. They worked with my schedule and prices seemed fair. I am feeling quite confident about my next appt. which is a crown.

My first time here and it was great! Everyone was very friendly and professional- at no point did I feel like unnecessary procedures were being pushed on me. The receptionists were incredibaly helpful locating insurance information and being upfront about potential costs, the hygienist was very gentle during my teeth cleaning, and the dentist was knowledgeable and kind.

My last experience with a dentist was not the best and so I had little motivation to find a new one until it was too late. I broke part of a tooth and decided to try Woodin Creek Dental. I was very happy with how friendly the staff was, Even though they confirmed to me that I will need some extensive dental work, their tone was very pleasant and I never felt ridiculed about it. They were also helpful figuring out a treatment plan and worked out all of the insurance. Finally, I really appreciate that they are open on Saturdays and later than most dentists; allowing me to not have to take time off of work.

They honestly did a really good job! The whole vibe of the place, from the moment you first talk to the front desk clerk, to the time you leave is very relaxed and friendly. The staff there pay very close attention to guests need and even go the extra mile. One example of this is checking my mouth for any signs of cancer, something no other dentist I have been to has done...Until going to Woodin Creek Dental, I hadnt even thought of that happening. All in all it is really a great place with high quality service and attentive workers who care. Definitely recommend this dentistry!

I had a great experience at this clinic. The front office staff was friendly and courteous. I had made an appointment and was seen by the doctor within 5 minutes of arriving. The clinic is clean, bright and setup with modern equipment. Both the hygienist and the dentist were very attentive and made sure that I was comfortable throughout my cleaning. I had a bad experience with my last dentist and had not seen one in 2 years. I was fearing that a cleaning after that long will be very painful. To my surprise I was very comfortable throughout, thanks to the care taken and the new equipment they are using. I found woodin creek dental on Google and they were sincere, understanding of my financial issues and most importantly, extremely gentle with my pained tooth. The place is clean and everyone is professional. I honestly couldnt believe I had found such a great dentist office. They offer an in house membership which helps reduce costs anywhere from 20% to 40%. I dont usually like going to the dentist, but i have to say, this dentist made me want to come back. :) the wait was very short and aside from that, they offer coffee and water in the lobby. Honest just a lovely place.

Woodin Creek Dental is by far the best dentist office Ive gone to; both Doctors are professional & experienced.There is coffee machine in the waiting room, a friendly face at the front desk, and a cozy sitting area.Scheduling is easy and the location couldnt be more convenient.VERY CONVENIENT FOR PEOPLE WITH HECTIC WORK SCHEDULES!!!! They have later in the evening appointments as well as Saturday appointments and you dont need to book months in advance.If youve ever been hesitant about seeing a dentist or have had negative experiences in the past, you should definitely contact Woodin Creek Dental and get a new perspective on care in dentistry.Most importantly, the docs are great.I highly recommend this dental office.:)

They called me back and told me to come in because it sounded like i was in pain. Told them waited till last min cause Horror story with a past dentist. Staff hands are made from cotton. 🙏🙏🙏I have zero complaints about them. Matter fact I got a cleaning today.

I came to Woodin Creek Dental with a broken filling. I was given an appointment within 24 hours. The office staff were polite, friendly, and professional. At the initial appointment, an X-Ray was taken to check on the tooth, a doctor checked it and gave me the option of a filling that would possibly last two years, or a crown. I chose the crown. The following day I was prepped for the crown. The professional staff did this procedure in 55 minutes. Next week I will have my crown installed. I am thankful to have this great dental office in Woodinville.

I went in for a cleaning and annual check. The hygienist gave me a tour of the place, was very pleasant and was conscious of my comfort at all times. Dr. Evan Chiang is awesome. He is knowledgeable, has great bed-side manner and very attentive. His staff is amazing too! Woodin Creek Dental also has great hours, they open on the weekend, which helps a great deal, no more taking time off from work to visit your dentist anymore! The office environment is also friendly and easy going. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Great service and best experience overall. I think WoodinCreek Dental is best dental clinic in this vicinity. They have excellent service, pleasant staff. Also pricing is relatively low than many other clinics around this area.I went there for my regular checkup and doctor suggested further treatment. The hygienist Mariam is excellent in her trade and Dr Goel is very humble and proficient in his work. Overall I had a very trustworthy experience and would certainly recommend this clinic to others.

Staff is very inexperienced. My cavity fill left me in tears, multiple numbing injections and one of my worst experiences. Upon original scheduling they asked me to put a nonrefundable deposit down should I miss my appointment. Who prepays to schedule an appointment?! After argument they allowed me to schedule for free. Being a new office and needing to drive new client business they offered free whitening once you have a service but when I called in to get my fitting they said it was only for a limited time while supplies lasted and offered me only a discount. After my dental experience I would think it would be the least they could do. Think twice before booking here!

I am terrified of going to the dentist - at least I was. I hadnt gone in almost thirty years. Then my wife made me go for a really bad tooth. That was about 4 months ago. last week I had another tooth hurting and I called them myself. The doctors are very nice as are their assistants. I would recommend them to the super squeamish..

I have been very bad about going to the dentist for most of my adult life, not out of fear or worry, just procrastination. We just moved to Woodinville and I found a pediatric dentist for my kids, and googled for a dentist for me. Woodin Creek Dental had good reviews and it was super close. I walked in and was wonderfully greeted by Alana. My dental assistant/hygienist Stephanie was so nice and took great care of me. Then I got to meet Dr. Evan, he was all smiles but gave it to me straight (Floss! :P!). I have gone back since then for more work and scheduled my husband too. This last visit I had the dental assistant/hygienist Elizabeth for work on my crown, she made me incredibly comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. Thank you Woodin Creek Dental for getting me back on track and my teeth cared for!

Appointments are always on time, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They take the time to explain and check back in after the appointment as well.

I did quite a bit of research before visiting this establishment and I have to say I was very pleased with my appointments. I went in due to severe pain in my jaw due to clenching my teeth and discovered the pain was really from an infection. They took care of that immediately with amaxocillin. It initially appeared as though I would need a root canal. When I went back a week later Dr. Goel decided a root canal was not necessary at that moment. I appreciated his honesty and valued that he didnt do the root canal because it was needed just yet. He was very thorough with his exam and this was the first time I ever had a dentist check for cancer while doing his check up. He was very kind and very thorough. I would highly recommend woodin Creek dental. The office staff was amazing and patient and I felt very relaxed. I have very high anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and Im glad I chose them. They will immediately put you at ease. They were also able to squeeze in a cleaning that day, they were fast and efficient and Im glad I went in!

My experience at Woodin Creek Dental was exemplary from beginning to end. I was greeted with smiles and enthusiasm. This office is all about making the patient feel comfortable and well taken care of. I started off my appointment by getting a personal tour of the office and meeting the staff. The exam rooms are very inviting, and all the equipment is state of he art that included a portable hand held x-ray device that allowed the tech to take x-rays quickly. and with more comfort to me as a patient. The exam room was also equipped with an overhead tv to watch as I got my teeth cleaned.The hygienist was very thorough, and took additional pictures of the inside of my mouth with a small camera of areas of concern. She then put the x-rays and the pictures up on the tv screen so I could see them, and for Dr. Chiang to go over in detail with me, and talk about any further treatment that would be needed. I was so impressed with this, and felt that they made me part of my dental care, and to help me make informed decisions, and how I want to proceed with further care.My check-out experience was also A+. We went over payment options for the procedures I need, and gave me several options to choose from that would be easiest and convenient for me. They also offer an assistance program for those that do not have insurance. I was given a folder with all of the information of the treatments that were discussed, and a great zip pouch full of goodies, including an amazing peppermint flavored chap stick. I am a very satisfied patient, and would recommend this practice 100%.

First a disclaimer...this is not an emergency clinic. Do not treat them like one or use this review as an example or excuse. That being said...My name is Thaddeus justice and I have been a patient here for roughly 3 years now. These people do fantastic and thorough work and if it were not for them I probably would have lost 8 teeth or my jaw instead of just 2. Last weekend I had a tooth go absese (I believe That is how its spelled.) meaning it was filled to burst with infection...this had happened in the past due to a botched seal around the cap from an accident and dentist in Wisconsin.but not in 2 days. over the weekend I went through a bottle of anbesol just to make it through Sunday because no emergency dental clinics were nearby or would take me without insurance. Come Monday they saw how much pain I was in (of which I can only compare to an incident when a weight lifting machine fell on top of me only then I at least had a morphine iv in the same hour) and luckily another appointment had cancelled so were able to treat me. After 2 local injections to numb me enough just to touch the infected tooth they were able to perform a root canal and did it so efficiently the injection sites were more sore then my actual tooth the next day.Long story short I cant thank the people there enough for their kindness that day and hope to continue using them as my dentistry for a long time.For those who are interested in them. They have decent spacing for appointments (sometimes Im able to get appointments the same week but dont quote me on that.) they have sunglasses to block out the various lights they use, most rooms have a seat for loved ones who (I dont know how my girlfriend sat through my deep cleaning I lost ALOT of blood that day...) and for long duration appointments (like most of mine). They even have tvs to pass the time. Just do them a favor and dont watch anything thatll make you jump like a horror show. They tend to remember their visitors well and that probably helped sway their minds to help me when my need was greatest. Give them a try i will never regret that I did.Thank you again Dr. Geol and the rest of the hard working staff there.

I just went to Woodin Creek Dental for the first time today. We recently moved to Woodinville and I wanted a dentist close to home. Their office was very comfortable and clean, and I liked the nice touches like a spacious bathroom with new toothbrushes and toothpaste for use. I appreciated the kindness of everyone in the office. Both Stephanie and the dentist, Dr. Chiang, took time to sit with me and have a conversation first before starting my cleaning. I appreciated this extra time as opposed to some practices where everything is quite hurried. Dr. Chiang took time to answer any questions I had, and he did the cleaning himself, only turning over final polishing steps to his team member Stephanie. On my way out they provided me a gift bag of goodies including my new toothbrush and a mug. A very pleasant first experience! Thanks to the Woodin Creek team for your care.

My family and I have been going here for about 7 years now. Such a friendly staff with great service and a welcoming feel that larger chains just dont have. My daughter enjoys going to the dentist and has never been afraid thanks to them!
