I had my first visit today, and was very impressed! The staff was pleasant, the office was clean, the Dr was nice and informative. I would not hesitate to recommend this office to anyone. My experience was wonderful.

First time getting dental work done here. Dr. Hung was efficient and gentle, as was his assistant. I didnt feel a thing. They alerted me to each step, were kind and attentive. I didnt feel the Novocain shots and they were great with the rinsing and keeping me clean and comfortable. I got a filling and was done in 45 minutes from start to finish. I even got a mini lip balm. I was pleased with care here.

My first experience at Oasis was phenomenal! The front desk person and dental assistant were very bubbly and fun. I had Max as my dental hygienist and he went out of his way to make sure everything was comfortable for me and continued to check throughout my appointment. He really understands the science behind everything and explained to me the “why” behind every part of my check-up. I really appreciated this. He said he has experienced quite a few different dental procedures growing up and this helps him empathize with the person in the dental chair. Dr. Hung came in toward the end of my appointment and clearly knew what he was doing and explained his concerns and what was going well very thoroughly. Very friendly too! The check-up included X-rays, fluoride, dental inspections, and measuring gum recession in kind of a “topographical map” type of way. This was honestly the most thorough dental appointment I have had. Highly recommend!

Dr. Hung bought my old dentists practice and I was bummed until my visit today. Dr. Hung has excellent chair side manner is is very reasonable with treatment plans. His team is friendly and professional and they make it very easy to be a patient.

I have been going here for years, since Matt Richards owned it. Matt chose a very competent, kind, and caring replacement. I have SEVERE anxiety going to the dentist and I trusted Matt. I was sad when I got the news that he left BUT Dr. Hung has been nothing but accommodating. I used to go into EVERY appointment with headphones but I no longer need to. I trust Dr. Hung and I appreciate the time and effort he takes to make me comfortable. I recently got a bridge done and even though I’m not 100% confident in my smile I’m much more confident than I was before I saw him. I also love his assistant, Shelby, who is kind and GENTLE. She listens to your needs and I enjoy chatting with her. I live in West Seattle and travel an hour to Oasis. If that fact alone doesn’t tell you how good they are, then I don’t know what will.

Overall great experience. Friendly staff and hygienists. Dr. Hung is very thorough and takes the time to explain what’s happening with my teeth and answer my many questions. When I was having fillings done, he regularly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable. He also called a few days after to check in, which I appreciate. I generally have dentist anxiety, and it helps to have a dental office that makes the entire experience easy.

Oasis Family Dentistry has taken very good care of my teeth. The cleanings are thorough and easy. They alert me to any potential problems, and help me keep costs down through their knowledge of insurance. On the rare occasions when I have needed to have work done, they get me in as quickly as possible, and it is always painless. Ok, yeah. This place is up with the best. Dr. Hung knows how to hire some quality hygienists. They know their craft and will keep your teeth and gums in good shape if you do your part. Dr. Hung is pretty darn friendly too. An easy recommendation. If you are looking for a dentist just come here and youll probably be happy.

This was my third visit to Oasis Family Dentistry since Dr. Hung took over the practice. He and his staff were great. He is very professional, competent and has great chair-side manner.While waiting for the hygienist I overheard a lady in the next alcove remark that she was 89 years old, has had a lot of dental work done throughout her life and remarked this was the best experience she ever had. She experienced no pain, the doctor was very gentle and he really took his time explaining what he was doing.

I’ve always had terrible experiences with getting crowns. Dr. Hung not only did this crown with almost zero pain afterward. It was easier than getting a filling! He also called on. Sunday - a few days later - to make sure I was doing ok. In this day it is so rare to have a care practitioner actually care....highly recommend.

Service was good. Not thrilled with the surprise cleaning fee that was billed after procedure was done. Better practice would be to tell your client additional cost would occur before the procedure happenens, regardless of amount.

This was my second visit with Dr. Hung since he took over the practice of Dr. Matt Richards who had been my dentist previously and also my second visit during the Covid period. There is continued emphasis on hygienic precautions taken throughout the visit. I was in for a routine cleaning and check up and everything went very smoothly. My Hygienist was very professional and careful and she did a great job. Dr. Hung took a look at my teeth and provided some recommendations. Overall a routine and very well done visit and I will be back in 2 weeks time to have a small repair done on a chipped tooth.

The office staff, hygienists, and dentist are all very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They are very flexible, scheduling to fit my needs, and were able to fit in a bite guard scan even though it wasnt scheduled. Iappreciate that a lot.

In the current climate we have to deal with, its awesome to find such a well run office, staffed with caring people! Yes, you must wear a mask... so do they. But all appointments are timed and spaced to limit the ability for you to run in to other patients.Its very much appreciated... follow up calls are appreciated. Its just a check in to make sure everything is healing ok but its Dr. Hung calling... ON HIS DAY OFF!
