Top class family owned business! I was trying to purchase one of their trucks from out of state everything was done over the phone. They were very helpful and never gave me the sleazy salesman deal, no bogus warranties, their prices are firm. The only reason I would of done 4.5 stars is the price changed multiple times when I spoke with separate salesman, that could also be caused by the fact the process was done over many phone calls. They explained the fees very clearly and were always cordial, they even held the truck for me until I could fly in! Overall a great experience, buy your next car from a good family owned business like this!

Went in for an appraisal on my car as I was planning to trade it in and upgrade. They did not have what I was looking for, but offered to buy my car outright for a very fair price. (way more than other dealers offered even with a trade-in) No pushy sales people, very easy to deal with and professional. Paperwork was done in 10 minutes. Will definitely be back.

I sold my car using 405 Motors consignment program. It was so easy -- I didnt have to detail the car, take pictures, or deal with no-show interested customers. 405 took care of all that, including all the sale & licensing paperwork for a simple flat fee. It allowed me to sell the car for much higher than I could have on my own. Communication with them was a little one-sided but I admit I am pretty needy in that category. I will definitely consider using them again when it is time to sell my next car.

405 Motors is open to buying used cars... but, they will employ questionable tactics to lower the value of the car. I took my car in to sell (as part of the Kelly Blue Book Instant Offer program) and the Manager took it for a test drive. After the drive he says Your roof is not working... It was working just fine before I brought it in...and after checking a Google search on how to fix a stuck roof - it was working perfectly soon after he complained. I believe he damaged the roof himself. Subsequent negotiations were hampered due to this Known issue An issue that wasnt bad enough for them to hold the car for repair before listing on their website for sale. If I wasnt in a hurry, I would have gone somewhere else - any where else. This is a dishonest and shady dealership - do not use them....

Today we purchased a car from 405 motors, overall process was great and completely satisfied right from decision making process from sales (Maryam) to tech details(Hamid). They are very honest and provide all the details upfront on each car we are interested this really helped us to while making decision. Purchased a Groupon for a car detailing in Sept for $119. Took several calls to book the appointment but finally set it up after 4 calls. We arrived at 10am to drop the car off (they said they would need it the full day and we would pick up closer to closing time). An employee came out and looked in my car and under the hood (not sure why since it was an interior detail only) and then after 3 minutes or so said it would be an additional $100 to have my car done because it was excessively dirty. My car needed to be cleaned (hence why I booked the appointment) but there was NOTHING excessive about it. I have had seat covers on my seats since it was purchased, there was no pet hair (a pet has never been in my car) or stains on the seats/carpets. The light spot in photos on seat is glare from light in garage. I took pictures of my car to show you what they consider excessive. The floors need to be vacuumed (its fall in WA!) and the consoles need to be cleaned out (which is why I bought this!) but its FAR from excessive. I think they posted on Groupon and just hope to shame/scam people into paying more. Got my money back and took it to car toys and they are working on it now - and when I told him what 405 had said - he literally laughed.

I was able to freely inspect the vehicle i was interested without being bothered or pressured to buy. Massey was very patient and helpful in helping me figure out financing options and although it’s an “as is” dealership, i was able to ask for very small and easy fixes before driving away, which the team took care of quickly!

I bought a really nice Lexus, and was about to buy from another dealership. I was greeted right away when I came in. After I test drove and said I was interested in seeing if I could get the car, they were super quick to give me paperwork and talk about deals which best suited me. Ken was very understanding and easy to talk to. We ran through a couple of numbers and didn’t hesitate to show us all options and tried to get the best deal for us. Overall it was quicker than I had thought, and very welcoming overall. They answered all my questions and were very friendly. I have a 15 year old 2006 Honda Accord and I’ve been getting it serviced by 405 Motors for last couple of years. Recently I took the car for a front and rear bumper replacement. The owner and other folks in the car shop are super friendly, they take time to explain the service and estimates to you, and another good part is they are not pushy.I had my front and rear bumpers replaced with brand new ones. And now my 2006 Honda Accord looks brand new! 😊Overall I have had very good experience with 405 Motors car service and would recommend them!

Great experience buying a car. They were very fast with the paperwork and gave me all the time I wanted to look at and test drive the car before purchasing. The car had some scratches on it so I brought it back 2 days later and they buffed and waxed the entire body, included in the sale price! The car looks beautiful. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating and a service loaner was provided while they were working on my car. I highly recommend them.

Found my car online at 405 Motors, and drove there from the Kitsap Peninsula. They were extremely friendly, allowed a test drive easily, and was in no way pushy. I inquired about a truck and received an email saying they will call me soon, never heard anything after 7 hours so I called. I was asking questions about the vehicle I was interested in and they couldnt answer some of my questions and stated they will call back within the hour with answers and now days later I havent heard from them.

Went to look at a car today and was paying cash asked for a light tester to check a fuse and they wouldn’t let us. If they didn’t want us checking it they could of checked it there self but didn’t even offer. You guys just lost a sale and didn’t even care. Sad thing is we loved the car but your lack of interest in helping us is fine we will go elsewhere.

These guys are great. Super friendly and there is no sales hassle. The staff are not commissioned so your not pressured into anything. If you cant find a car on their lot they can go acquire it for you. All of their cars are Carfax certified. Do yourself a favor and go check them out.

Described an accident as cosmetic only. The door of the car (Tesla Model X) had been ripped off and replaced/repaired. Having issues, not covered under the original manufacturer warranty, and when I reached out to the dealership they ghosted me rather than telling me which repair shop did the work. The tire had a slow leak, which explains why there was an air compressor in the back. Total scumbags.

Worst ever. They have a 2012 Highlander and if you read this, the inspection report was not good. So we just wasted $200 and several hours of our time for nothing. They did their own work on a rebuilt title and it’s a hack job. Hope this helps.

I took a GMC Yukon XL in for a pre-purchase inspection before considering buying the vehicle from a different dealership. 405 pointed out that rotors, tires, fluids, spark plugs, needed attention but failed to mention that the steering rack & pinion, front wheel hubs bearings, power steering pump, harmonic balancer, battery, A/C, headlight assembly, and several exterior light bulbs (which were difficult for me to detect on a bright day) needed attention. They even failed to realize that the odometer was incorrect.But, I should have known as the inspection was barely $125 and another inspector did an inspection on a similar vehicle for $250 and their inspection was incredibly detailed as opposed to 405s inspection.

Average experience. My offer to negotiate was rejected. If you are going I would expect to pay what they list the vehicle for. Not what I was expecting from a used car dealer, though I guess I shouldnt have assumed that was an option.

They dont pressure you to buy and let you test vehicle comfortably.

(Being mechanically inclined I know the clock spring must have went out)After trying to call the gentleman who sold the truck to me for 3 days. On Saturday he asked me to call back Monday for scheduling/diagnostics. The mechanic called me Tuesday night saying it was in fact the clock spring and parts and labor would be $500.I found this to be very unprofessional and inappropriate considering I just purchased the car within about a week and the horn is a safety feature. He then called after the work and told me the airbag light was on and to program it would be another $150( I don’t understand why I wasn’t told that prior to the work when he would have know the airbag light was on the entire time and could have informed me before the work was complete. Not to mention the headlight went out right after I drove it off the lot.I would not recommend this establishment. Very shady, and the staff inside don’t know about the products or services offered, like when asking is the clock spring would be under a warranty if it malfunctions... they couldn’t give me a solid answer... wanted me to wait 10-15 for “someone” to return that would assist. Poor service

Found a car I liked, it was listed more than $1,000 over KBB fair purchase price. I wanted to pay cash so I asked to discuss the price. Massey snapped at me and said “we don’t negotiate! What you see is what you pay!” I’ve never had someone be so rude when shopping for a car. It would be nice for them to share their policy to not negotiate on the website or at the office, I wouldn’t have bothered to look at an overpriced vehicle.

They are asking to bypass group ON and come directly to their place for the same price. but i went there this morning, they are asking extra $100 for the cleaning they are very dishonest on the prices and business they are doing.

I went by to check out a Tesla Model S just on a whim as Id seen it posted very recently. I initially didnt really want to go in to kick tires and get a hard sale from the sales people - however Tess was super nice, not pushy at all, let me check out whatever I wanted and test drive without hovering over/being out there all while still being nearby and ready for any questions when I had them.Finance - I provided my own but there is still the paperwork aspect with Bari was a breeze, super easy, nice guy and just made the entire process great. Will recommend to friends and family if the right car is up.Also - they can source cars if youre ever looking!

We went there to look at a few cars they had on the lot, but after test driving one that I was very interested in but having a couple motor questions and the. having questions on one that wasn’t quite ready to sell, they said they could call us next day to give us all the information.They never had the decency to call us back. Poor salesmanship.

Avoid!!!!!!!!Was told by a couple friends to be careful here, well I purchased a car from them that needed the stero replaced in it, so on our contract it clearly says they will replace it. after one month I called and they told me that they had it in stock and forgot to call me. Oh well, so they go to install it and its the wrong one. So now I have called 3 times in 2 weeks to talk to them about getting the new one and they wont return my call! Good thing its in the co tract or!

Absolute waste of money and my time, horrible experience.I got the full detail.First get there, they try sell me on a couple of different things I didnt want, then tried changing an extra $250 for pet hair, on top of the detail price, and promised me there wouldnt be any when it was done, and yet they was still some in the car. Exterior still had extra cream wax and tons of scratches that should have been buffed out. They said to come back in there was any issue with the the work that was done, but I didnt trust them with my car again, I have the time to just keep going back after they obviously dont kmow what they are doing.I could have done a better job myself.All in all. Never going here again or recommending them to anyone.

I bought my vehicle, a 2006 Landrover LR3 with 86,000 miles on it from 405 Motors in May of 2019 and was told the air ride suspension had been replaced along with the air compressor for the suspension. This was great news to me at the time as the air ride suspension is the number one issue with that model and year. A week and a half ago, November 2020, my air compressor for the suspension went out. I looked online and saw 405 Motors had actual Landrover techs in their Service Center now and thought it would be a good idea to take my Landrover their to get serviced as I purchased it from them and they would have all the warranty information on the parts and the service records since they sold the vehicle to me.Well, I was very wrong! This was by far one of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had as a customer! After a few days of diagnostics I hadn’t heard from anyone so I called and was told the air compressor was faulty and the thermostat needed to be replaced as it had a leak (the vehicle was showing a low coolant warning even though the coolant reservoir was full). When asked if I wanted to proceed with the parts replacement I agreed and the service manager said it would be 3-4 days before the parts arrived. Then I remembered the parts should be under warranty since 405 Motors said they replaced the parts when I purchased the vehicle, so I immediately asked the service manager to check on the warranty status and let me know before moving forward as the cost for parts plus labor for the thermostat and air compressor were going to be $2100+.I took the liberty that afternoon to look at the cost of parts to do it myself and found lithe thermostat was about $100 and the air compressor was about $1000 with a lifetime warranty. Or I could replace the whole suspension with a coil over conversion for about $1300 and not have to keep up with the maintenance of the faulty air-ride suspension. The whole job would take me half a day on the weekend.I called back the next morning right as they opened and told the service manager I wanted to come pick my Landrover up and was going to do the job myself and save some money. He then told me the parts arrived early that morning and his techs had already installed the parts and were testing the vehicle out. I was furious as I told him to give me a call and update me on the warranty information before proceeding but he did not do that and proceeded to tell me it was my fault for mis-communicating.For the full story please read the photos as Google has a character limit.

Big mistake to purchase a vehicle from a used car dealer that shows little value for customer service and enthusiasm. Based on all the extra mechanical work I had to pay for my car shortly after the purchase, it was very apparent that they do not inspect and repair their vehicles prior to putting them out for sale. Save yourself potential headaches and grief, and DO NOT go to 405 Motors.

This was probably the best car shopping experience Ive ever had. I kind of knew what I was looking for going in, but I got to go in and look around without somebody looking over me talking about this or that. I got to compare and contrast two cars I was set on and test drove both no problem. The staff was very kind and honest and I walked out with a 5 year old Camry that looked (almost) as good as new. Would recommend.

June 2019:Great salesperson unlike most of the aggressively pushy salesperson we see everywhere.I was given enough freedom to look at the car lot.I got a car a month ago and good so far.I had some issue with my bank account so they accepted credit card without any charge.Great and polite salesperson,great quality car at affordable price.Update May 2020 :Its been almost an year and car is still good. No problem at all, just did oil change in regular recommended interval.Some difficulty driving during heavy snowfall in winter because of tire thread but it was nothing unexpected . I am thinking of going there again for another new/upgraded car soon.

Easy to deal with, very accommodating, did not seem like the typical used car salesman dealership. I especially liked that they had snacks and food in the lobby for the customers. I had traveled pretty far to get the exact car I wanted, and didnt want to waste any time, and they helped me out with gas, knowing I had come from so far. Only reason I didnt give five stars, is there was construction going on at they main entrance, and the alternate route was pretty long/difficult to find. Recommend to anyone!

I was told I’d receive a call from them after they could tell me my financing options said it would be around 1-3 hours, I ended up never getting a call back, as well as 3 days of not calling me back and no responses over email. Then I got an email back finally and was told they sold the car that I wanted to test drive. I ended up going to Carmax and got the perfect car for me.

Car had a minor electrical issue in the steering wheel after a few days which was normal for the Subaru Impreza I had purchased. We set up an appointment with them to buy a 01 mustang, we drove a hour to the dealership and got there way early. When we got there they said it sold 20 minutes ago. Then they texted us after we left reminding us we had a appointment when they already told us they sold it. We where counting on getting the car and it was very bad business. They seemed unorganized.I have a screenshot of the email that they sent reminding us of our appointment after we already came in and they told us they sold the car. TLDR: excellent no pressure, no haggle place to find a used car if you know what you want.When I walked in, they asked me to take a walk around the lot and find something I like. The lot has a huge selection of vehicles, which they keep unlocked so you can checkout the interiors and exteriors of the cars.We liked a couple of cars and asked them to let us test drive them.They provided us the keys and let us take them out ourselves.There was no sales person accompanying us so we could comfortably experiment with different features of the car, with no one distracting us from running through our own checklist.After the test drives, I returned them the keys. There was no pressure to buy. I asked them some questions about the car which they replied. I wanted to get the vehicle inspected by a mechanic, which they agreed to.After the inspection I bought the car. The paper work and formalities were done quickly. I had a good experience at 405 motors buying my first car. Great customer service. They also let you know of all the promotion which was interesting. The service was fast and smooth. More importantly, they have competitive price on good cars. I would definitely visit again.

I liked the ability to look at and test drive without a salesperson. The price is up front and fair off the bat and they dont negotiate. Of course it is buyer beware but do your carchecks (invest in a simple code reader) or have a mechanic check car like at any dealer. It has been a month to reflect and it was at least a four star experience that left me bragging to my family and friends about The good deal I got.

This is our second purchase from 405 motors. Our last purchase was in 2012 for a 2004 Toyota Sienna (we are still driving and it still runs fabulous!). We had wonderful experience both times. Friendly customer service and no haggling. We highly recommend this business! We are proud new owners of a Subaru.

Shop here at your own risk. I recently purchased a $35k Lexus from this dealership and have had nothing but issues with the deal and the vehicle. First, they lied about a tonneau cover that will cost $800 to replace. Then they lied about the terms of the finance deal, which is another $6500 lie, if the loan is paid out to term. Not to mention that the vehicle was never detailed even though it was on their lot for some time. The previous owners contract and MAIL was still in the vehicle. The trim on the windows and on the rear passenger door started coming off less than a week in. I contacted the OWNER himself, and immediately found out why theres such a culture of deception. When given the opportunity to fix just the finance issue, the owner continued to hold to the lie and I had to file suit against the dealership.

This is the best dealership! Everyone is so helpful and kind, and their cars are great! Best decision ever buying from them! Totally recommend!

I have bought 3 cars so far from 405 Motors. Their service is great and I love the no haggle price. The last car I bought was an special order. Igor and Massey did a great job at assisting me on finding the right car. Igor is very knowledgeable about cars and he has a lot of experience. I love their customer service and how they stand behind the quality of the cars they sell.

The team is astoundingly pleasant! My issue encountered is the lack of fine print informing price difference Id need to pay to accommodate my BMW with a full synthetic oil change. The guy I requested to honor the oil change request refused to use standard full synthetic, and require to upgrade the package to a Euro-standard full synthetic blend. I will be paying ~$120 vs the 50-ish I bought the Groupon for. Otherwise, they are nice.

Huge selection of nice used cars. The staff was really helpful, and not pushy at all. I ended up buying somewhere else, but this will definitely be one of my first stops the next time I need to buy a car.

Maryam was great and accommodated our needs perfectly! We made the 6 hour drive to pick up the vehicle and they had everything ready to go and we were out of there within the hour we arrived! For any questions we had, the staff at 405 Motors got us the answers and they are all SO friendly! We highly recommend them. We had a truly great experience overall!

We bought a car this morning from 405 Motors and had a TERRIFIC experience. The car we purchased was in great condition and was accurately represented on their website. It was priced very competitively and we loved their no-dicker business model. We also really enjoyed not having salesmen on the lot - giving us plenty of space and time to look at the car privately without having a salesman looking over our shoulder. The purchasing process was the fastest we’ve ever experienced (about an hour) and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Good prices on used cars. No pushy sales people. May have to wait to find a good deal because inventory keeps changing.

These guys are great! Reasonable cost, communicate all along the way, easy to make an appointment, no-hassle loaner.They did try to upsell a little on extra services, but never do anything without asking and never push further than just suggesting.

Last Saturday I purchased a 2008 Toyota tundra from 405 motors. The truck runs well. It was well-maintained and detailed by 405 motors. I especially appreciated the fact that there was no high pressure sales involved. The staff at 405 motors has been helpful throughout the process. I was provided with a full tank of gas and the purchase process was smooth.
