Alot more when on then Im going to explain but short version is they claimed my motherboard, ram cards, hardrive and processor were all bad. After a MONTH of them having it.. I picked it up thinking I had a dead computer. I got smart and dropped it off at a highly rated IT repair. They removed every bad part and tested them (with me watching).. Yes the motherboard was bad. But everything else works great and those parts are running currently in another computer. These guys are unprofessional and under educated.

My 6-7 year old laptop finally died completely. Matt put in a new hard drive, reloaded Windows and now it runs faster and smoother than when it was brand new. I couldnt be happier with the 1 day service time and the very inexpensive price I was charged. Two Thumbs Up!!!!
