I went in the store to look at a new lap top for my online schooling because I am about due for a new one..I wasnt sure what would be best for me and didnt even know where to start looking. I was very thankful for Zac, the associate that was working at the time that had asked if I needed any assistance and of course I did because I had no idea what I needed. He was very knowledgeable about the different options and what would be best for me in particular. This store needs more employees like him, he was so kind and helpful, he didnt mind helping me one bit even when I did not make a purchase. I truly appreciated it more than he will ever know! When I am ready to buy my new lap top I will definitely be going back there to see him!

Superb and excellent service by Michael who took great care of me in the print & ship section. He is very attentive, kind and even though he was alone and very busy with several customers he didnt lose his calm and cool and was very friendly and helpful. I noticed that Michael enjoys going above and beyond for the customers, thank you for gue great service!

Even though two people were working in the copy center, I waited a very long time to be waited on. Once I was with it on, the copy machine broke down halfway through the job. To me, this means that the machines are either outdated for not being properly maintained.

I though I would help local businesses and not use Amazon, your curb side pickup is terrible after 15 minutes I walk in nobody in store, they said app not working right, so walk outside and ask the cars in line how hard is it must not have app to use common sense

Shipped several packages via FedEx which required changes afterwards, FedEx was very difficult to work with but the Office Depot store managers (Jonas and Rob) were extremely helpful! 10/10 would work with them again.

Today, I brought a large shipping job to prep and ship. Everyone in the department was professional, helpful, and patient as we prepped our packages. I would not hesitate to use OfficeMax shipping in the future.

Found a multi layered Dvd that no other store had in stock. This was needed quickly and I was surprised to find NOBODY else had them on the premises. I was very pleased to find one there.

Dont ORDER ANYTHING ONLINEyou wont receive it. Ordered a printer ten days ago for overnight delivery and twelve days later they cant even FIND THE ORDER but it says DELIVERED to us???? WTHECK

Just wanted to say that the customer service at this location is amazing! I picked up a monitor that had been damaged out of the box and when I called I was informed that they were all out. The manager Mandy was kind enough to call another location and have them hold their very last one for me until I could pick it up the next day. I wish consumers were lucky enough to get this treatment everyday.

Very friendly helpful personnel. Love that they load heavy items into your vehicle. Also like the rewards program and coupons I receive in the mail .

Office Depot is the best office supply store that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. I have tried many others and none were as quick with delivery. Also their website is so simple to navigate, I think OD should have the commercials with the big red EASY button. Customer service with this company is a breeze. I have had issues here and there, but all were fixed promptly and with little hassle on my end. I have been ordering all of my office supplies from this company for the last 3-4 years, and have also purchased many excellent computers and printers from Office Depot and all at great prices (Wait for the Sales!!). Choose Office Depot and you wont be disappointed. Baring this company going out of business (which I assume could happen only in the case of a Zombie Apocalypse) I will never order from another office supply store again. I went for some cheap legal pads and I almost left because they couldnt find them and an employee yelled to me and said he could help me. He was awesome. Price matched them online and getting them shipped to my home for free. Wish I knew his name because he really helped me out.

Over priced and slow

There was only one register open.... waited 15 minutes in line for a binder and notebook. It took 10 times longer to purches my items than it did to find them.

Friendly staff helped out with an issue we were having and chatted with us about certain laptop capabilities. Would recommend this office depot for future visits.

Day before school starts and 1 register is open. I will never come here again. They need to get their stuff together. 1 hour in a line for one item. What a joke.

Went in to have laptop looked at to find out whats wrong with it. Waited over 30 minutes for someone to show at DeskAt Support at print / copy area. He called for assistance, no one ever responded.Dont go to Woodhaven store for PC help.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Very Unprofessional and understaffed. I was kind enough, to let them know since my project was jammed in the printer that I would come back at 8:00 a.m. to pick it up and even VERIFIED with the lady I was working with that it will be done AT 8:30 a.m. because I NEEDED it for TODAY, and she said YES. NOT ONLY THAT, when I called the gentlemen, Grant, he was talking to other customers as well as myself at the same time and continued to give me an attitude and to tell me that he said it would be done by 9:00 pm tonight. Being an assistant manager, he is very rude and absolutely very unprofessional.
