Unpredictable and unreliable towing company. Its mind blowing that they have the NJ State Police contract, let alone are even still in business. Very high fees and confusing polices that change on a fly. Rude customer service staff as well, on the phone and on site. Would never again go to this towing company even if you paid me and I advise if youre being towed by NJ Police or AAA request a custom location or any other location.

They were very prompt to pick up my vehicle. They came earlier than expected. Very pleased with the service.

I had a great experience today starting with Tyler who towed my car to the shop from a blown out tire on the expressway. Then Tom who was behind the counter at the shop. Jr was also great, called his father to make a special trip to pick up a tire from Delaware. Great customer service all around. I’m out of state and would recommend these guys all the time. They were extremely helpful so thank you all.

Im from out of state and broke down on the Jersey Pike. My vehicle was picked up by Riehls and towed to their Pennsylvania Ave. location. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem so I could effectively engage with the company handling my warranty. Tom was very understanding of my situation and had no problem with my leaving the vehicle in their yard until solid plans were made. If I lived closer, they would have a customer for life.

Very friendly staff very helpful just a little pricey

Truck broke down at Farley rest stop they towed it to their yard. I promptly went the next day paid the fees I was going to have my truck towed back to Philadelphia when they informed me they couldnt work on my truck for a week to a week and a half. After thinking about it I decided to have them do the work and just wait the week and a half two weeks for them to get started on it I called him back the same day within an hour of paying & leaving their yard informing him that Ive decided to have them fix my truck, his response was to let him ask his guy if thats something he could even handle( shifter was broken on the column and the truck was stuck in reverse something any experienced mechanic should be able to handle.) He told me to give him a few minutes and he would call me back that was at 3:30 in the afternoon by 12:30 the next day I still hadnt heard anything so I called; at this time he informed me that it was something his guy wouldnt be able to handle. So now at 1 in the afternoon Im scrambling around to find a tow truck driver that can get over to their yard by 4:30 in the afternoon or hes going to charge me another day storage! Driving home

The people inside were super nice and helpful. Not as expensive as we thought. Had great interaction with some of the people who work there. I know they are a towing company, but they are fair and a lot less irritating than some of the other towing companies Ive had to deal with. Prompt, easy going, and funny. Dont ever want to be towed again, but this experience was a pleasant one.

Had a bad time on the Road? Don’t call this company. Terrible phone service and hung up on me because of a bad connection. I called back just to be polite and he said get someone else. So I did and saved the $175 fee and got good service.There is more to a towing business than having a big truck.

The worst tow service “ever”. You penalize customers with higher fees because they are unable to pay cash at the time of service! How much cash do you carry on any given day/night not to mention at 12am? You are unable to accept any other form of payment(debit/credit or check) at the time of service or in your fully functional business office???? Please answer. Horrible horrible horrible business practice.......To top it all off the guy working the office had the nerve to ask me and my son to come back on Monday, my question to him was, why so my towing invoice can go from $299 to $500? He only answered, fees and charges are posted. Again horrible horrible horrible business practice.

Rude customer service. I was charged $175 towing and storage fees for my total loss truck even after signing over the title. They would not allow me to remove the 4 brand new tires I had just put on the truck that cost over $600. They claimed they do not resale parts and my truck would be crushed. Im sure that was a lie. They took advantage of me because I am a woman.
