I was visiting Woodbury ex neighbor. I live in Florida. Noticed big drop in tire pressure on right rear wheel of Porsche Macan S. Fortunately Paramount was on my route. What a great group of people. Took care of me immediately. Found a nail in the tire immediately. Very competent and friendly staff. This is the kindof auto service you want in your neighborhood. They realized I was traveling and didnt have time to waste. Technician taught me about wheel locks. Never had one of these before. Whole diagnosis and repair took less than an hour at a reasonable charge. What a life saver.

I went to Paramount for an oil change and felt well taken care of. They looked everything over and let me know my air filter needed a change and two of my license plate bulbs were out. They brought to my attention a couple other areas of concern, since I have an older car, and gave me estimates. Everyone was friendly and professional. The waiting area was very nice and I appreciated the TV, so I could watch the news while I waited. Ill return to Paramount!

They saved my day on a Saturday morning with a fluid leak. Mike was amazing. They inspected the car immediately, gave me a loaner and then went above and beyond to find a part that same day. They made my day on a day kindness was needed! Thank you.

We have been going to Paramount for 5 years to get our car’s repaired. The people are always professional and helpful. I trust them to give us good advice. The system they have in place that texts us information on the car’s repair is easy to understand and give all the information to me without having to translate it to other family members. These guys are great!

Troy was able to get me in for a same day oil change, even though they were booked out a week in advance. Staff were friendly and professional. Turn around time for service was really quick considering I was squeezed in. Very happy overall!

Im really glad they were able to get me in on a Saturday, its just the car pick up process is what makes me give four stars. I was told I could pick up my car from the gas station next door at my convenience and that didnt happen. Hopefully next time I will be able to do that.Otherwise my car runs well, and they were honest about what needed fixing.

The team here is great! They always try to fit us in and if we can leave the vehicle with them, they always find a way to work on the vehicle.We have been going here fir over 15 years and they always do a great job at a fair price! Again, the team is great!

They didnt get to the car the day we brought it in and they dont have loaner cars but it didnt inconvenience us. They got to it the next day and did a good job.Reserved for oil change. They got to it, changd a couple of filters and I was back on the road in 40 minutes. Good job. 👍

They were very honest and informative. They tried to do what was in my best interest. They could have pushed for an engine replacement but saved me money by suggesting a less expensive repair that would still work.

I had a very busy running errands and unfortunately my tire went flat. I stopped in and the gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful and professional. The service tech was able to put on a spare for me for the time being until my dealership appointment the following day. Easy, convenient, affordable, and very friendly customer service!

I stopped in to have my blinker bulb replaced and they said there were two other little bulbs out so I told them go ahead and do those as well. Figuring this might cost me $30 or so but my fault I suppose for not asking the price, but they charged me $89.11!!!! For a job that shouldn’t take more than 10-15 minutes max! If your going to do this on such a small job I would definitely not use you for a large job!

They replaced a belt. As always they did it with a quick turn around.They are customer centric.

We have used Paramount East for the past 9 years. Yesterday my daughter brought her Lincoln MKZ to have it looked at for a leaky tire. Troy was nice enough to have a tech fill the tire, and let us know there is a leak. Troy, Pat and Mike have been the most accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable techs we have worked with in Minnesota. I LOVE that they send pictures of all work being done and that when finished I can literally pay my bill by two clicks on my phone. I highly recommend them. Their oil change card is the best deal around. Comes out to less than $20 a time. Can hardly do it myself for that price. My one suggestion would be to add the cards to our accounts so you dont have to keep the physical card. Since a 10 oil change can last 2 years plus, asking people to hang on to the card isnt very convenient

This has been my go-to auto maint/repair shop for 25+ yrs. with good reason. They are a full service shop with experienced technicians & fair pricing. Although we moved to the South Metro area several years ago, we continue to make the drive.

This place is a money grab, plain and simple. Noticed it in other reviews but it was too late at that pint. No, I will not be going back for any reason. The big dark haired man working the desk appears to be miserable working there and is not personable at all.Came in for a radiator flush and fill was told it was $109.95, $10 higher than competition but I had a coupon for $20 off, which he stared at like he had never seen it before, so it should have been $90. Tried to charge me $124. After having him remove a bogus fee for testing my battery, which I wasnt told a out beforehand, I still had $23 in miscellaneous shop charges and additional parts. Tax was $3 so that left $20 in bogus charges. Nope, wont go back to either location, steer clear, you have been advised.As for the service performed, I am left to assume that it was done correctly but with office practices like these, I wonder.

I went without appintment as I really needed to have my vehicle fixed, and they still accepted to do it althought it took them a few hours as what they told me. They did a really good job.

My vehicle was previously misdiagnosed and the found the problem and did the correct repairs in a timely manner.

They will take advantage of you if you do not know a lot about vehicle repair and maintenance. I am extremely lucky I at least know the basics and read my warranty on my tires and services. I thought it was just me until I have spoken with a lot of other Woodbury patrons and they have been saying the same thing I complained about. They will over price everything and misdiagnose your vehicle to make as much money off of you. Id like to give them the benefit of the doubt and say it was simply one employee but I have experienced this with multiple staff members, I can tell it is the culture 100%.

I had a flat tire, and called at lunch time. I was told there was no appointment available. But I could drop the car in the afternoon and someone would find a time to fix it. I dropped my car around 2:30 and got it fixed around 4. The staff in the shop were very friendly and nice. Price was fair. Will definitely use it again to service my car.

I’ve received auto service a couple times now from Paramount. Mike provides a lot of knowledge to repair or services needed and goes an extra step looking for parts to help me save some money. There were some services I had not performed on my vehicle when I should of and I brought my car in for some brake repairs but their inspection found some things that needed to be serviced. They provide a very user friendly report on services needed, including pictures and walked through each of them. Never felt pressure to do them all and his opinion felt like he was in my shoes making the best decisions for my car and not for their pocket book. My car runs as smooth as it did when it was new and I’m close to 220K. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needed auto services. Thanks again for all the great service!

Paramount is a great place to get any sort of maintenance repairs done on your vehicle. I have had nothing but prompt and professional service from the employees that work here and the management staff is great! They’re a very trustworthy and knowledgeable shop. They did a fantastic job my appointment was for 12 noon they got it in told me it would be about hour and half they called me at 1:20 pm saying that it was ready very nice job.

The Friendly service was provided efficiently notifying me of changes that had to be made such as replacing the filter and battery.

I bought a set of 4 comfortred tires, 80,000 miles, for around $600. Love the drive with these tires!!! Theyre strong, smooth & reliable!!! Just had my brakes & rotors done last week...car hasnt stopped so abruptly yet smoothly since I purchased it 7yrs ago. Not exactly cheap, but they wont rip you off & their products are high quality.

Needed exhaust work and was worried about transmission issues. They easily could have said it needed major transmission work but they were honest and told me i just let the fluid get too low. Appreciated the honesty so much put four new tires on.
