I have received nothing but great service from this office. I have witnessed some interactions between some of the parents and caseworker during my visits in the office. My my my, I must say that some people really feel entitled to every want it free of charge. I have seen some parents be extremely rude to caseworkers and one parent even cursed at one of the workers. I know we all have things going on in our lives but these people are here to help us. Rutgers, I would like to thank everyone in your office, I appreciate the all that you all have done to make this process run smooth and easy.

Once my daycare told me I had to apply for services due to Covid-19 I was a little hesitant because I have not heard the best things. I am happy to say and report my experience was not theirs. The receptionist was pleasant and I also spoke with Walaska and Tameka. Walaska explained everything to me because I was unfamiliar with the process. Tameka completed my account and had it in good standing before the date she gave me, then explained what happens next. I am very happy with the services I received.

The staff is very unprofessional and rude when it comes to people that actually need help. I had a horrible experience with the case worker tamika. She was very ghetto and argumentative and she should not be a case worker for a child care company .

Was getting worried with paying daycare costs. so I called in and the lady explained everything and walked me through applying. very helpful and understanding

I was told to call or email after 2.5 weeks to check the status of my application. It took 4 phone calls 2 voicemails, and 2 emails to finally get a a respose from someone. Their response was I havent processed your application yet. I have 45 days and Im well within the 45 day window. I might process it Monday or Tuesday. Zero empathy or compassion at all. Im disappointed so far.

I have been dealing with this company for a few years now. It is always a painless experience and everyone is extremely nice and helpful.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the others on the review. The case worker is very rude. She isnt helpful at all. People are seeking assistance, bad enough people have to get help and they are in a stressful situation, trying to find childcare for their children, and to have to deal with a person like that. This may not be her calling.

I never got an attitude from anyone here at this establishment...It can be stressful but thats work...Lol Great place!

Case manager Eshe Joyner very unprofessional and rude towards people seeking assistance with child care. She doesnt represent Rutgers Regional as resourceful service to parents seeking assistance with child care.
