Ive been very fortunate to have a great case worker who always returned my phone calls and tries his best to ensure that my children and I receive child support as much as possible. It is not an easy job that they do, and everyone that I have dealt with at this office is kind and accommodating

The system is a joke I pay my obligation faithfully and when there’s a problem they take there sweet time fixing it you can’t get in contact with your case worker you have to call a main number and they call you back in a few days with the wrong information from the representative you talked to days before and god forbid you miss the call back you have to start all over then your almost 2 weeks without talking to your case worker and the problem done got worse. when it comes to the person paying you have no chance in new jersey whether your good or bad. I’d give a negative 5 stars if I could

I have been trying to get this money for 29 years. No cares and no one dose there job at the child enforcement agencies of NJ. Being disabled is hard enough to raise your kid when the fathers a dead beat and knows how to play the system. While his whole life is on Facebook he brags about all the money he makes U still dont have my money and my daughter is 34 with 3 kids of her own. Do you think I could get this before I die??

For starters one star is charity. Secondly I can never get my payment on time, and then you try to call dead silence. Third wheb mobody answers then you cant even ask a question let alone get any answers. Also the help line is no fing help because they dont have the information that you need. New Jersey is the worst and always harping and threatening people. I cant wait to transfer my case.

They have to be the worst in the entire country. hen i call i cant even speak to someone that can help. And the person thats supposed to be my case manager doesnt have a direct number. BS! I over paid in child support but yet i am still in arrears and cant speak to an actual human being when you call. FBS!!! But they can send you notices threatening you with wage garnishes and other means to make you life a living hell. Thanks alot NJ Child support!!

Bad service people they dont wanted help at all absolutely worst office always they hava problem sayin (i cant help )so for what you there so you take payment wvry week for just seat in office and do nothing !!!!!!!??????!!!!!!???

Well for starters if I could take a star away I would. There are no case workers that can help. Even if they could they wouldnt . For if you pay child support in NJ you are the enemy.

My husband has been trying to collect child support from his x wife for over 20 years and they do nothing.

People are helpful and pleasant
