The ring I wanted wasnt at the store. Which is why I went there to see it in case it wasnt how it looked in the picture. The associate was very nice said it could be ordered from the store and if I didnt like it or could easily be returned no issue. It came in in under a week was prettier then the picture. Had it sized was back in 3 days. Happy customer

Carmin went above and beyond for me, showed me a large selection that catered to my needs. When they didn’t quite do it for me he looked online. I had a bit of a deadline and he called multiple stores in the area and had the piece shipped to his location and even got it there a day early! The guy made went above and beyond and my wife is more than happy with the piece. This guy will take care of you.

My fiancé has gotten me the blue diamond & white diamond sterling silver infinity pendant for an anniversary gift & in 2018 he got the sterling silver diamond love heart pendant & I still get a lot of compliments on my pendants & I actually got to pick them out on the website & have them delivered to the store. As always He went to Jared!! My fiancé ordered me sterling silver pink sapphire diamond inlay earrings for my birthday present & they are absolutely gorgeous & breathtaking & the pink sapphires really stand out.

My fiance and I went in looking for wedding bands and I was skeptical about going to a big jewelry store. I had heard customer service isnt great. I was pleasantly surprised! Gabi was amazing. She was so sweet and not all pushy. Highly recommend going in and talking to her!

When I went in to get my rings inspected, there was a glitch with my account. Toni could tell that I was panicked; and so, she immediately assured me that she would handle it - and she did! Toni provided superior customer service - going above and beyond to make sure everything was figured out. She took her time with me and listened. I highly recommend - Be sure to ask for Toni!

It is a real inconvenience to travel as far as I have to now with my local store closing. Especially since I was not allowed to wait there for the inspection to be completed. I dropped my ring off for inspection, and back days after it was completed to pick it up. I stood in the store for almost 40 mins just to pick it up. There were no customers in the store when I arrived. One other person came in and the man assisting me needed to help his associate with that customer and they and 3 other employees, who were standing around doing nothing, ignored me. For a pickup. So rude. No apologies of any sort or acknowledgement of the dismissal when finally giving me my ring.

Cant say enough nice things about Meg and Roger! Roger helped me pick out the perfect set for my fiancee, even scrolled through her Pinterest with me to help find the perfect cut. Trust me, thats the definition of above and beyond.Financing was a breeze too, and the service plan is excellent. Its a little out of our way, but theyve been so good to us our entire engagement its a pleasure to go in.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT THIS STORE. I bought an engagement ring and was told I could set up an account to get 0% financing for 18 months. At the end of the 18 months I had a couple hundred dollars left on the account, which I though was set up to be paid in full, and was charged accrued interest of $2,200. When I contacted customer service they told me they would not do anything about it. When I called the store, they said they get these complaints all the time and Jared never does anything about it. If I could give negative stars, I would.

When we walked in no on greeted us. We stood around for a good 10 minutes before anyone asked if we needed help. There was a “jeweler” helping a couple and there were 2 other “jewelers” just walking around. These chain jewelry stores don’t have actual jewelers they’re just people there to sell jewelry. Some of them have no idea what the products are. I had my ring inspected and they didn’t even know the diamond and the setting are two different things to inspect. The Jared in Delaware is 100% better! They know what they are doing.

Got a couple of rings resized and bought a necklace today. Excellent customer service!! My two month old was fussy and got sick in the store and the staff were so courteous and sweet. They could have been irritated at the situation, but instead they cooed over my son and helped me clean up with the nicest things to say. Will be using them first when jewelry shopping.

This store is beautiful, the customer service is so so. In store they are wonderful. Over the phone they have a bit of a smart mouth.Me: Hello, I wanted to see if my jewelry was ready for pick up. Jared: What date is on your slip? Me: Today Jared: Then you can pick it up after 5 PM.Can anyone explain why he didnt even bother to check and see if it was done early? At least pretend to check on my jewelry. Make it seem like you are trying to help me.Another thing is the Jared I went to in Washington, DC re-sized, re-placed a missing diamond, and cleaned my jewelry all within 2 hrs. Why does it take this Jared 4 days?

Attempted to order my wedding band from here about a month and a half before my wedding. Was assured that we had plenty of time and that the ring would be in by September 5th. On September 14th, when I still had not heard anything about my ring, I contacted Jared’s and was told that they weren’t really sure where my ring was or what happened to my order but that they would escalate things to corporate and someone would be in touch in a few days. Received a phone call a few days later where I didn’t get many answers, but was told that I should still probably get the ring before the wedding. About a week later, I got a phone call that my ring was in the store. Unfortunately, it seems like they never placed the original order where I was sized for my ring, because the ring at the store was too big. Instead of being honest and admitting the ring never got ordered in the first place, they re-ordered it without any of the original information. After I told them the ring was the wrong size, they didn’t make any attempts to fix the situation. Now I’m a week away from my wedding and I don’t have a wedding ring.

I was sent to your store when I realized the center diamond on my wedding set was loose. I wanted the prongs tightened, but I wanted to wait while the work was completed. Jeweler John Kim went above and beyond doing the necessary repairs, cleaning polishing as I requested; by sharing with me other areas that concerned him and let me know so I could address them at my convenience. Thank you - this was a wonderful experience, and I would recommend Jareds to my friends and family fortheir great customer service and especially Mr. John Kim.

Very dissapointed with this Jared. Unfortunately, Ive been here a few times. Hoping my experience will get better, but no. I seem to always get the person who doesnt know what they are doing. And the repair time is outrageous compared to other places.

Well for starters I have a credit card for jarads with a pretty good limit as does my boyfriend and it seems that every time he goes in there to purchase something the sales people give him a hard time and never have what he wants. And to make matters worse valintines day is coming up and he decided to give it one more try and that was a mistake because again they told him they did not have what he was looking for.I know he is a patience person but he started to get irritated and so security guard walked over..so not nessary he wasnt getting loud just felt as if he wasnt spending enough so he was wasting there time on him...which it shouldnt matter how much someone spends.but sales person said do you have a plan B ...like really!!!!People dont waste your time.They are rude as hell there.

Went here a week ago to get wedding bands for my fiancé and I. The women there duped us into running our credit for the fincancing card. We agreed to have them check both of our credit to see which person could get more. We decided to go with just me opening the actual account because it worked out better (and we didnt need 8k in a jewelry store). Today, 2 Jared cards came in the mail. We did not OK both accounts to be opened but when we called customer service they pretty much told us there was nothing that could be done except to close the one. At the store, they filled out the applications for us and had us sign to run our credit yet in the fine print it says you will automatically have one opened once approved. Now his credit is going to suffer because they misinformed us as to what was going on. We had a great in store experience but because of this, we will never give Jared another dime and I highly suggest no one else either.

WHAT A JOKE!!!! I wouldnt refer anyone to Jared Jewelers of Deptford NJ. I tried to order a special order engagement band, I was rushed through everything because the 2 sales people helping me were in a rush to go home. After having to open a credit line with Jared, in order, to order my special order ring that was suppose to be delivered to the store within the the next 7 days, after several phone calls to Jared and getting the run around I was informed my ring was never ordered. Yet neither of the 2 salespersons helping me thought to call and inform me of this. After my 4th call to the store I was informed the ring was never ordered, then a phone call from one the salespersons saying they left me a message stating the ring needed to be paid in full in order for me to view the ring. NEVER AGAIN, Please dont waste your time or money shopping at the Deptford Jared, Please be sure when making a big purchase you use professionals. I am surprised the Corporate office allows this to go on, i cant imagine all the business they must loose due to an inadequate staff.

Ended extremely negative...went thru process of obtaining a card...the individuals sales people acted as if they did not know their jobs...I gave them information for the app...they kept coming back as if I gave them nothing..they asked for my license at least 3 times...they asked for my phone number several times....the bank asked for my phone number as well...poor service...my mom was with me and she advised me to just cancel the sale....
