Terrible experience. The manager Anthony had mentioned that they would have given us three month credit as my elderly parents did not have functioning Wi-Fi and were not getting the channels they were paying for. Essentially what happened was they only refunded the cable boxes. We tried the phone number that was listed by google numerous times and there was no response and my parents were not able to get a hold of a human being. That said considering the situation with COVID in the United States the manager accused them of being at fault as they were not able to get into the store whereas they are considered in the vulnerable category.They had used service since 2017 and xfinity had profited thousands from them. They took advantage of elderly people who were not able to have the means to simply contact by telephone and the manager tried to accuse me of lying about it. Their customer service is a shambles and my suggestion is that if you want to have adequate service to go somewhere where they listen to your concerns and finding solutions, We will be taking our services elsewhere after the month is finished due to their lack of candor and insensitivity towards the elderly.

Always have had great experience visiting the store. Today I used the schedule appointment. Worked well! I only waited 5 minutes after arriving. The associate was patient and came up with a good bundle for me. She answered all my questions 👍

After a call to customer service my elderly mother was not able to get the support she needed to change her account after my dad passed away. I brought her to the Xfinity store in Woodbury and a very pleasant customer service representative was able to help her remedy the issues she could resolve on the phone. She is now very happy with the service she received at the store.

Im not a huge fan Xfinity in general. So this review is for this particular location and the people in it along with their service.I went in with no prior appointment and found there were ten people in queue in front of me. I put my name in and was told it may be a 45 minute wait. I went and sat down a waited MAYBE 15 minutes. The gal approached me, asked how she could help and then directed me to her work station. I explained my issues and she garnered the proper equipment and I was on my way.The wait was no big deal (again, I had no appointment). The store was very clean and in fact, there was someone cleaning and sanitizing the entire time I was there. The four stars was for the gal helping me. She barely said all of two words to me and you could just tell she wanted to be anywhere but there.I hope this helps. Cheers.

I just want to give a shout out to one of the employees from this location. I believe his name is Brian. I witnessed him going above and beyond by helping and elderly gentleman out to his car today. It honestly melted my heart and restored my faith in humanity. He was also very warm and welcoming when I went inside the store. He will go far in life.

I took time off work and sat in the Woodbury store with my child since legal documents cant be dealt with over the phone. Waited for an hour. My paperwork and ID were scanned in, and I was told I can take care of my business. I got a few details and said I would follow up. I emailed the rep twice, with a week gap in between. No response. I called customer service only to sit on the phone forever and then be told they will call me back and everything would be resolved. The level 2 credit me back, was SO RUDE, talking over me. So I can close my whole account and open a new one but I can tchange my application password unless I come back to a store and provide my paperwork again. Terrible service. Such a waste of time and is effecting my wifi for work and security, but who cares! Not the people at Xfinity!!

The girl I talked was very knowledgeable and did a good job but Im not text knowledgeable so therefore I could not do all that she was telling me how I could possibly do was not her fault however I hope the problem is taken care of with the new equipment if not Ill be very disappointed also it would be nice if you have a senior rate for seniors especially senior that are in buildings where seniors pay rent on their income

Around there at 1pm? Not a good experience. Customer standing by door, didnt know if she was social distancing or what and she was angry. Then another came in and raked the staff over and the manager. Little organization. Was told 45 min. wait though there was hardly anyone in there. Kept telling customers to go down the road and mail return equipment thru UPS. One customer asked for manager and manger said he was managing behind the scenes. Bad answer, when it gets busy the manager jumps in, not walking thru humming a tune. I could say much more and could of made some suggestions to some of the customers, but it was too tence so kept my mouth shut. I did have a good interaction when my time came and saw some with other customers, but this manager is over his head in understanding service and running a business.

The people working here are vastly under trained. The greeter was nice. However the gal behind the glass had a very condescending attitude. Unsatisfactory service provided. Even after they admitted to thier mistake. They refused to offer any sort of help to resolve it. Wasting a large amount of my time. Worthless

Wasted 60 min trying to return a modem, they told I will get a text when it is my turn, no response, checked back an hour later to find they hadn’t even noted down my name or number, even after I double checked with them before I left first.Very poor customer service, would give zero stars if I could….

Staff were great. Unfortunately their hands are tied when it comes to pricing. We had to get rid of cable and go with internet only. Our financial situation, like most during this scamdemic, has changed and not for the better.Xfinity doesnt seem to care.However, thats not the fault of the staff. They tried but couldnt get it done.The staff gets 5 stars, Xfinity gets ZERO!!!

Gave my mother the wrong equipment. Its frustrating when someone who is less familiar with this kind of thing goes to the professionals and trust them to help them out, and they give her equipment that cost $15 a month instead of the $25 that she is paying.I feel like xfinity is the best provider available in the st.paul area but they are far from satisfactory.Update: in store customer service is worthless.Website said for the extra $10 you get the upgraded router and boosters if you need them.This store said the $10 basically goes no where, you dont get anything other than the base model router, and you dont get boosters unless they decide you need them.Seems like a scam to me.Clearly the 3.5 average reviews says the same.If you come here make sure you are prepared to be screwed because they will try especially if you are older.

The manager is dressed all in black, baseball Cap on backwards. He had nothing on that said Comcast. Stood around at the door inside and out like a bouncer and when I asked him for help because the guy that was helping me wasn’t helping. He would just try to answer the question and leave. It was clear that I needed and asked for a supervisor to help me but he kept leaving and tried his best to tell me to go home and call Xfinity customer service because it would take over an hour, but instead of starting to help wanted to argue with me about trying to solve my problem. Left in tears, they were so rude and never solved my problem and never bought the other equipment I was planning on buying, they lost a big sale and didn’t seem to care.

Would love to give zero stars, but its not possible. No contact number to set up appointments. You need to wait in your car. We waited 1 hour. Customer service doesnt listen to what is going on, they cut you off in the middle of an explanation. Oh, he also walked away right in the middle of me pointing out who I had talked to the last time which was a supervisor. Extremely rude. Get whatever they say in writing because they change their stories real fast.

I got new internet today. The tech recked the ceiling in my garage. It is on the floor. He disconnected all of my TV’S and then left with my splicer so I can’t even hook them back up. I have spent a bunch of time trying to talk to xfinity and have no idea how to get anyone on the phone to help me. The one time after an hour I actually got ahold of a person they said they would send someone back with a splitter and did not. I cant figure out how to get help without driving all the way to the store. I have never had customer service like this before. Oh and my ceiling is still ripped up. Not a good company or experience so far.

I am a PCA and attempted to take my client to the store today to upgrade his cell phone. They are only allowing 1 person per account in the store. I explained that I am a PCA and my client is disabled and requires my assistance in the store. We both had masks on. They refused to let us in. Not all disabilities are visible and this store knowingly discriminated against a disabled man. Hopefully we can find a different store who will allow us in together so he can get a functioning phone and have reliable communication.

Greeted outside the store by an employee with a mask on who wanted to know the purpose of my visit and ensuring that all who entered had a mask on was very inviting. When you’re upset the customer service agents here, specifically Trina seem to find personal joy in escalating the situation by being combative with you for no reason.I get that you may want to prove a point as the person behind the counter but at some point isn’t it your job to deescalate an angry customer and not keep pushing them?They have the best ISP offering for speeds, but are probably THE WORST company for customer service and it shows every time I speak to anyone from Xfinity, wether it be on the phone or in person.

Called to renew my contract. Was presented two offers and told even if I picked one I could swap to the other. Tried to do just that, response from Chat/Phone/Retention - no, that offer is gone, cancel your service and wait 30 days and we might offer it to you again. All of this because of Covid I will be working from home and when the data caps kick back in I will be over. Heartless company. No value for their word even if you have a transcript.

Reps are always rude, the lines are usually long and they keep changing the packages without telling the customers. I was returning an old cable box and they wouldnt help me remove it from a sealed box and the cables went into a different box from the remote. Poor customer service!

I have been to the Xfinity store in Woodbury 4 times to get my WIFI working correctly that hasn’t since May when I moved in.I have reset my modem 30 times at minimum. I have received numerous texts messages saying a technician would call me in one minute. Shocker....no calls.I finally had a tech appointment in which my service I pay $210 per month was only partially restored.But even after all that, nothing tops going into the store about 10 minutes ago and being treated more rude than I have ever experienced in all my 56 years. First I tried to find out when another technician would be out since the one I had on Saturday said he would have to put in an order, it’s Thursday night no word.He said it was not in his scope. Hmmmm I pay Xfinity for my WiFi service so how can not be in your scope. He finally logged into his computer and said your modem is working just fine and starts to proceed to take to the door. Now I just told him I cannot connect my phone and my other services disconnect constantly.I said is there an order in process for service,No. He states.My last visit a very crabby customer rep. helped me but I was able to get her to finally see after 30 mins I needed a tech out.So I said to this jerk, maybe she’s the Manager because she got a tech out. (AFTER HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE $70 for the visit to fix the problem that wasn’t fixed right in the first place)Rudely again he said can’t help you and showed me to the door. I asked for a card of his, he nope don’t have one. I know this a lie as I received cards from reps I spoke to previously.This punk young adult should be fired and his job given to someone who is unemployed and would feel blessed to get back to work!!!!!My main point of this, don’t purchase anything from this cable company! Horrible in Woodbury...what a black mark for Xfinity.And btw, it was not busy! 4 other techs standing at the door!

After paying $120 for Comcast pods to improve my internet, I found out that this product actually can slow your performance and decrease internet speed. When I attempted to return the item, the Store Manager refused to allow the return and even refused to allow me into the store to discuss the matter (yes I was masked). This is not the first time that I have experienced rotten customer service from Comcast.

Quickest visit ever! Had to return some equipment. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they encourage most transactions to be done online. I expected to have to wait in a line outside the store or make an appointment, but I was the only customer in the store. Got right in and right out. Friendly, organized process.
