I had the pleasure of working with Paris (🤴) and Justin to upgrade 3 of our phones. They went above and beyond their jobs to be extremely thorough and kind. Highly recommend this store and Paris if you need your phones and features explained to you. They even stayed after hours and continued with smiles on their faces to make sure everything was setup correctly and working! Cant say enough about my positive experience with this store! My husband and I had the BEST customer service experience at this Verizon store because of Paris. Paris was extremely patient, smart, hard-working, personable, and GENUINE. I was having a bad day and honestly, he turned my day around. I usually do not leave reviews but I could not help myself this time. Paris was absolutely amazing!! I’m never going to the radio drive Verizon store again! Everyone needs to meet Paris at the commerce drive Verizon (victra) store next to super target! Getting a new phone can be a very traumatic experience, especially for some of us who are not really technology savey. Thats me. I have been to 2 or 3 verizon stores, the Corporate stores, and tried to talk to someone who could help me understand what direction to go in in terms of phones, and help me understand why. The corporate stores seem to not have time to educate me and help me.I by accident stopped at the Victra Store in Woodbury MN. It was like a miracle happened. I spoke with one of the technicians---Paris was his name. He walked me through a lot of information, and convenced me of the direction I should go in. I went home and pondered his advice, went back 3 days later, and had him help me with a new phone. He was a genius in my book, and aable to get it down to my level so I could understand it. His partner Justin chipped in on occasion.To make a long story short---if you want outstanding customer service in the area--go to the Victra store in Woodbury MN. Ask for Paris or Justin---a couple of true Customer Service Guys!!! Thanks guys!!!

Worked with Justin to get the new iPhone. Best experience I’ve had at a Verizon store yet! He was knowledgeable and polite to work with. He went out of his way to contact me when the mini phone that I was looking for came in. Best part was I spent very little time upgrading my phone...less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend this Verizon location as the staff are great!

Great service, very professional, and considerate of everyone’s safety. Jason, our associate practiced good social distancing and cleanliness. He cleaned and disinfected the area before we were serviced. We were no where near the other customer. When the second customer left, he again cleaned and disinfected that area. We were there for well over two hours and It was significantly busy for some reason, but he managed very well and took care of us. Just want to give a shout out to Jason for his great work!

Fantastic experience! Jason, the employee on duty when we were there, really went above and beyond. He walked us through every step of the process. We worked with Justin to upgrade our phones to new iPhone 12’s. Justin was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to get us our phones the day we came in. They didn’t have 2 of the same color in the phones we wanted but Justin made some calls and had another one ready within 2 hours. It was very refreshing to receive such excellent service these days. I would recommend them to anyone.

Buying new phones or cars are not easy on me, usually get super stressed causing a migraine. Justin made our experience absolutely stress free. I felt safe with all pandemic regulations, but more importantly I felt well taken care of and not rushed because of my lack of technology skills. He explained how to use the new phone, gave us tips and transfered all the old stuff to the new phone. Thank you Justin! Recommendations for dinner were profitable!

This location only allowed one party in at a time which made me feel safe about going in during this time. Mike helped me pick out a new phone and set it up, all while saving as much info as possible off my old broken phone. He also helped my mom and I get a better deal on our phone plan and remained patient, enthusiastic and kind throughout our short time in store! Jason and Justin were awesome in helping us get a new phone. We were able to get the preorder done by Jason and an appointment to get the new phone setup. They walked us through all the aspects of changes to account and the trade in and made sure everything was done right. At most other places it’s waiting for long time to get anyone’s attention and then going through the process can take even further time. We were able to get everything done within 45 mins. I would go back to this Verizon’s authorized retailer again for upgrades. Such a pleasant experience.

I had a great experience today while picking up my new phone, Justin has been helping me out with pre ordering multiple devices. He took the time to make sure everything was setup right and I had all the information I needed and was comfortable with everything on the new phone. I’m glad I decided to stop by this location as I have had multiple bad experiences at the other Woodbury store, From bad service to lack of knowledge to just being outright rude, don’t waste your time. It shouldn’t be stressful upgrading or buying a new device and today it wasn’t, I will definitely be doing my business here from now on.

Marquis was just wonderful! I went to store with my elderly father and his wife to finally upgrade their 7 year old phone and he asked all the right questions to determine the best phone option for them. He then got everything transferred over from old phone and made sure they were comfortable with new phone. He spent over 90 minutes with them and could not have been more patient and kind. Was switching to Verizon with the good trade-in promotions. I was informed to unlock phones and come back on Thursday to get better deals for Black Friday. The deals are worse and Verizon will not match yesterdays promotions. Im losing out on $1400 in trade-ins.... looks like Im staying with AT&T.

I would not recommend this Verizon store to anyone. I came in to purchase 4 phones from here because it is nearby me. As I was looking around I overheard the two male associates talking about the customer who had just left. They were making very unprofessional comments and jokes in regards to the Verizon customer who apparently is a business owner. They were speaking outloud, criticizing and joking about details that should have not been talked about on the floor. Not only was this unprofessional, but disturbing to know that individuals like this work for Verizon and speak about their customers in such a manner.

I was there for a few minutes, and the associate saw me walking back and forth without saying a word...then I left. Did the online ordering for the first time. When I ordered the phone (Note 10+), it was available for pickup in store same day. I processed my order and payment was sent. After 4 hours of no email confirmation, I called the store to be sure the phone would be available for pickup in a couple of hours when I would be on my home from work. First question the req asked was What phone did you TRY to order? I stated I didnt try to order any phone, I actually ordered the phone as it showed in stock. I gave the details and he proceeded to tell me that they sold the one they had in stock this morning. OK, so what are we going to do, the phone is an in store pickup. I was told I had to resolve this with Verizon Customer Care, they couldnt do anything for me. Yup, last time I will be dealing with an authorized retailer vs a Verizon Store!

Do not go to this store. I sent my 70s parents in to upgrade to a specific phone that was only available at this location. The Verizon stafftalked them into two new 800$ phones with every add on they could, including multiple wireless chargers, cases, screen protectors, etc. (Were talking more than a $100 in accessories)Theyre on my account and when I expected a cost of $600 bucks for two new Pixel 3a, were now facing a cost of $1900 plus the money out of pocket for all these chargers, cases, screen protectors, USB C cables.Verizon is based on commission and will talk people into things they dont want just so they can make a commission. Congrats to the Woodbury location, you made some extra money and screwed some elderly people. Ive been a customer since the late 90s and will switch after this.

Very poor. This is a Verizon authorized dealer not a Verizon store. They charge fees that are not disclosed until the end of your device set-up if you buy a new device from them (normally in a real Verizon store they will not charge a fee to spend a few minutes setting up a device you just spent over 1000 dollars for). They sell accessories that are very expensive like a screen protecting glass that is about 65 dollars claiming you can simply get a new one any time over the life of the phone if you just pay the shipping. I’ve emailed and called the company to get a replacement and nothing. Talked to the staff at the store and the say they can do nothing. I’m don’t give much bad feedback but I hope I can help a few people avoid the hassle of dealing with this place.

I was lied to about my plan, my options, and ultimately, the price I thought I signed up to pay on a monthly basis. I left this store this morning a new Verizon customer, believing I was to pay less than $50 per month total for voice, talk, text, and .5 gigs of data. I had nagging questions about my plan and was ultimately frustrated and confused enough to return to the store this evening, only to find out that my monthly statement would have been over a hundred dollars per month. I am returning my phone tomorrow and running back to Virgin Mobile with my tail between my legs, begging for forgiveness. Awful, awful, awful. The salesperson who fully explained the details of my plan this evening seemed nice enough, but I will not be returning to Verizon for any reason other than to return my phone. I will surely have to pay an insulting re-stocking fee, which is ultimately a small price to pay for having foolishly signed on the dotted line in what was clearly a rushed transaction, in retrospect. I feel physically ill when I think of how my trusting nature was so totally taken advantage of.Adding insult to injury, not only did I fall for their lies hook, line, and sinker, but when I purchased a screen protector, in no time the sales associate had removed the protective film from my device and applied the protector himself, without even asking for my consent. In my opinion, removing protective film from a newly-purchased electronic device is a semi-sacred satisfying experience, of which I felt horribly robbed. Thanks but no thanks for denying me one of the most simple pleasures in life.Zero stars.Edited to add: I was also misquoted the price of returning my phone. Not only did I have to pay a $35 re-stocking fee, but there was an additional non-refundable activation fee of $19.99 that could not be refunded because Our system just does not allow me to do that. Truly unfortunate.

I went there because my home button was making a loud noise. The Verizon guy who helped me took my phone and said “Yeah, I can tell you right now it’s water damaged. You’ll have to call Verizon and file a claim. It’ll be $149 for the deductible.” Handed me my phone back. What I’m upset is that he did not check the liquid contact indicator location. I filed the claim but was told it was going to be “$199” not “$149.” I decided to cancel the claim and took my phone to Apple instead. It was not liquid damage. The Apple rep said the screw was loose and got my phone fixed. Thanks Woodbury Verizon for nothing. I’m never coming back and I do not recommend this Verizon place! I almost spent $199 for NOTHING!

When you go in this place, they treat you well enough, but what followed was a nightmare. I went in to get two phones and was going to pay them both off, one to switch out a phone that was not working and activate a new line for the other. They told me to put it on a payment and told me there will not be any fees. In the process of activating the new line he did not ask me my preferred phone number and just activated for me. Then he said he could change it without any problem so I said go ahead. A few days later, I check my account and I was hit with a $30 upgrade fee and a $15 phone change fee. I called verizon and asked whats going on. They told me I was hit with an upgrade fee because I was on a payment, and well, they have no idea about the $15 phone change but was not willing to waive it. Also found out this rep had put insurance on my phones without my knowledge. The phones which were advertised as $7 a month was somehow $8.15. Ill be going back to this place to try and resolve this, and the way the verizon rep treated me, my 15 years relationship with them will be ending.

Today there were two staff and one other guest, after waiting for ten minutes while both of them chatted up the other customer and processed hus purchase, I left. When I said I had no plans to return I was told by Cat that she wasnt a sales rep. If there was a reason she couldnt have at least determined my needs she should have said so. Quite disappointing.

I came into this store whilst still under warranty for my iPhone 4s. The hold button had stopped working, and I was seeing what they could to fix it, since I had also bought the insurance on the phone. The sales rep seemed disintrested and not at all knowledgable about what I was asking. The second he heard that I purchased insurance, he immediately told me I needed to call them. So I went home thinking, well thats what I bought this for. Id been paying an extra $10 a month for that for about 9 Months or so at this point, so I assumed it was covered. After waiting on hold with insurance for about 20 minutes, they promptly informed me that it was still under manufacturers warranty and to go back to the Verizon store. He also told me that if I had dropped the phone, I would owe $500. At this point, confused about why the hell I purchased insurance in the first place, I decided to just live with it. I later went to another Verizon store near my work in Minnetonka to see if there was anything at all they could do, and their very helpful and knowledgable employee Brian told me that the rep was probably just being lazy and didnt want to deal with fixing it in the first place, because it was 100% under warranty and shouldve been taken care of right then and there. Unfortunately, I am now out of the period where this couldve been fixed, so now I have to either buy a new phone, or repair it on my own which could cost between $80 and $150. I will NEVER visit this store again, and neither should you.
