Highly satisfied. We needed a move in cleaning of our townhome, and the team delivered as advertised. Really needed the appliances and cabinets done before moving everything in. The sellers should have hired you before they listed!

I paid over $300 for the Deep Clean package, which is a lot for my family. They were only here for a little over two hours. I was shocked and disappointed when I came home to find numerous things completely missed. Windows hadnt been touched; there were crumbs, grime, dust and hair on shelves, tables, banisters, and floors. The microwave was missed completely, even though I specifically asked about it during the walk-through. When I called the owner to address it, he unapologetically assured me those things were cleaned even though they clearly werent. I sent pictures and requested at least a partial refund, but I allowed them to instead come back and fix their mistakes. They were here for less than 30 minutes and my house is still not deep cleaned. This was a horrible experience, and not what I expected for paying a premium price. I feel as though Ive been scammed.

I received a few hours of service as a gift and I have to say it was the best gift ever! Scheduling with Tim was very easy. He took the time to really find out what my needs were. The staff showed up on time and were professional, efficient and fast. We reviewed what I wanted done and they even suggested some additional items that they felt would be able to be completed in their assigned time. I look forward to the next opportunity I have to use this service. If you are looking for someone to help with those household chores you keep putting off I highly recommend Two Maids & A Mop!
