Hey Jeff you have a chance to make things right. One of your employees stole from our house. You offered to refund the cleaning because of it which is great but you already had refunded the cleaning cause they did a poor job as well. You say call the police make a report we would prefer that you call us and make it right and pay us back for what your employee stole from us. I understand business and employees very well. WILL YOU MAKE THIS RIGHT??

The cleaning was sub par. They stole a very valuable item out of our house. The owner will not work with us to resolve the issue. Will tell many people not to use!!!!Jeff you see the issue is that you already refunded us because they did a bad job cleaning. Also you had a chance to fix this a month ago and ignored the issue. Your office has my number please call me. So we can resolve this issue.

Weve been using Maid Pro for almost a year and have had the pleasure of having Kendra our last couple of cleans...shes absolutely wonderful! Not only does she do her job well, she listens to whats important to the homeowner, and is a genuinely kind person. Shes great!

I asked them to clean the whole house because I have hard time to clean my bathroom and also Im moving out. they showed up on time, but not with proper gear. the bathroom they tried to clean but the water stain was hard to get rid off.They said:We tried to clean but its not coming off. you need use something stronger.... I was expecting them to have something stronger. I mean why would I pay for something that I can do on my own? They called asked why I wasnt happy about the service. I told them why. they said they can give me 25% off or clean the bathroom again. I said 25% off would be fine since I already scrubbed bathroom with the strongest formula I can find. I wait and wait. nothing came back to my bank account. I called again I asked why there wasnt a partial refund. they said its for next service. I mean seriously? After one bad experience do you really think I would use the service again? so they said okay they will process it, but after 2 more weeks of waiting. its still not processed....I called several times. lead me to the voicemail... with no call back.

Been with MaidPro a couple of years now. Had such a good experience, referred my parents and theyve been happy too. Kendra cleaned on Monday and did an excellent job, had great communication, and even noticed my 9yos birthday present laid out and remembered to wish her a happy birthday! Appreciate the company has an office so you can always reach someone if needed.

Kendra came to clean my townhome yesterday and she did an excellent and thorough cleaning of my home. Definitely a keeper!

Im a single mom of three kids, when I called them and talked to them about working there because they were hiring they said that they would be able to work with my kids schedule. I could only work from 8-3pm so I could get my kids on and off the bus for school. When it came down to it they would only schedule me for a couple hours a day (at most 3 hours) they told me that they do travel reimbursement I found out that was a joke on my first paycheck- you only get 5 dollars for travel reimbursement no matter how far you drive saying that customers tip over half the time so that could be gas too, when in all reality they BARELY ever tip. Well then they end up letting me go because apparently a customer complained that their house wasnt clean enough- but yet I personally got down on my hands and knees and scrubbed EVERYTHING. Made sure all dust was gone, carpets were perfectly vacuumed and everything was shined and sparkling by the time I left the house. I feel like it was just an excuse to save them some money. I honestly wouldnt recommend working there to anyone!!

I have been a client of the Woodbury MaidPro for almost 2 years. I am writing this to give special recognition to one of their employees, Adam Maki. I know when he is assigned to my house, it will be cleaned thoroughly and well. Not only does he do a fantastic job cleaning, he is an excellent trainer for new employees as well. I have requested him EVERY time - he knows what needs to be done, and where everything he needs to use is located even if Im not there. I trust him completely, and feel very fortunate to have him work in my home. I appreciate the wonderful job Adam does for us!

Joy and Kathy have been cleaning my house for years. Sometimes I work with them and they always make me laugh! They are a reliable team that I can trust to care for my home. I love the automatic billing, and the ease of calling to increase or decrease the cleaning time that I need.

The Maidpro girls that clean my house are amazing!! Kathy and Joy do a wonderful job and always with a smile! I look forward to seeing them every two weeks, and they are also so good with my dog! The customer service team (Shelly included) is very pleasant to deal with and helpful but the cleaning team definitely leaves something to be desired. I see reviews below for specific cleaners that may be wonderful but the ones we had sent to our house were not. We had our first clean done by a duo and it took them two hours (4 man hours). They left the 49 point checklist and as I went through the house, I realized a lot of things were checked off that werent actually done. There was still very obvious dust on shelves, on our headboard, etc. The windowsills still had obvious debris, the bathroom mirrors were streaky, the faucets were still water spot stained, I could go on. I called and let them know I wasnt happy. They sent out another person to clean and she was surprised that the house was as it was so I took that as a good sign. Im thought- good. Im not crazy/high maintenance, the first team actually did drop the ball. Her clean was better so I figured Ill try it one more time. This time a team came and only spent an hour. I have a 4 bedroom, 3 bath house. No way it can get done in two man hours. I dont want a simple wipe down of surfaces and the floors vacuumed. I can do that. I wanted a deeper clean. This time the tub wasnt even done (I could feel the slime and there was debris on the edge of the tub). I called again and wondered why, when Im willing to pay for 4 hours, they would only spend 2. The staff didnt know the answer to that question.I have since gone with another cleaning team and am SO much happier. They were shocked that wed had a cleaning team in prior to them. They cleaned my fans, the blinds, the tub, the things that I dont do every day. I have 3 kids and I want the more nitty gritty stuff done that I dont necessarily have time for and Maid Pro was never going to be that for us. They were sadly a waste of money and I felt duped. Like, why check it off if you didnt do it? Your checklist becomes pointless. Bummer!

I am very glad that we have Shelly as our cleaner, she is great. She has given me a sense of satisfaction that I couldnt get with anyone else. Patti has been keeping us organized and clean for several years. She is organized, thorough, and does a great job.Patti is also able to connect with people - but just the right amount. She greets us, we talk a bit, then shes off on her cleaning rounds.We are very happy with her work and hope she is around a long time.

Not sure how this is a cleaning company when they forget to clean your shower and reschedule twice to come back. Didn’t dust or wipe all mirrors or kids fingerprints. Also broke a piece on my tub and never apologized and management barely acknowledged my concerns. Do not book this company! Not worth the money... would have been better off cleaning myself

This company has no idea what a quality clean is. Dusting left undone everywhere, bathrooms barely cleaned. Im thoroughly unimpressed by the clean received through these services. It will take a month to catch up on all of the cleaning missed after a year of employing this company. Do not hire them!

I made the right decision when I requested that Cathy and Joy be my regular cleaners. They are dependable and always do a great job. I had several other cleaners before Cathy and Joy but none of them could get my laminate floors spot- and smear-free. These ladies get it right every time. Having them clean for me gives me time to do other things. I look forward to my cleaning days, not just because they do good work, but they brighten my day!

Awful place to work for. I worked there about a year before I found out I was pregnant. When I talked to the manager shelly about maternity leave. She said they didnt have a policy for maternity leave. And that I would have to quit. Then re apply when I was ready to come back. Shortly after that another employee found out she was pregnant, and they offered her paid maternity leave. And I had even worked there longer. Never agian will I go back there. And I dont recommend anyone giving there time to work there. Hopefully they will start treating there cleaners better, as we were the ones doing the hard work to make them money.

It is so nice to have that consistency.Shelly R. knows what is important to us and gets the job done. There are times when I’ve stopped by home when she is cleaning and I have to say “that girl hustles and you can tell by the sweat coming off her face!”I would highly recommend Maidpro. I trust all of the staff. They have trade secrets for getting out tough stains. They have never broken anything and they have worker compensation and general liability insurance which puts my mind at ease.
