I was over-satisfied with the staff and their services. I broke the butterfly clip of 3 keys in my Mac. They patiently explained the process and services. They also tried to minimize the cost to zero with maximum benefits. I got my entire keyboard replaced with zero cost. They are super great. I highly recommend them. And this would be my only store from now on.

The great service started with my phone call. After calling a competitor closer to my home and only getting a recording with a warning of long wait times, I tried Team Technology, Woodbury location. John answered and encouraged me to bring my laptop in, no reservation necessary. When I arrived, the great service got even better when John quickly diagnosed the problem, ran some tests, then gave me good advice. Mostly, I appreciated his calmness -- I did not feel rushed. When it is time for me to replace my tired Mac Book Pro, I will definitely look at their refurbished ones.

Team technology is THE place to go with any laptop or phone issues! Brought my laptop in on Monday with some damages after being on the line with apple support for an hour who said that my repair would take up to four weeks. I am a college student, who in times like we are now with the pandemic, needs my laptop for school so I needed an repair option that was a little quicker. I knew it would be hard to find any technology repair places open right now but Team technology was able to make repairs in 3 DAYS and my laptop is as good as new! I couldn’t be more grateful! They were so helpful and I refuse to go anywhere else for any types of technology repairs going forward!

The actual service was very fast. I received my computer back in a week. The customer service aspect was lacking. The two gentlemen that administer the store are arrogant and standoffish.. I usually don’t make ad hominem statements but they were strange computer nerds who I would never ask help from again. I guess condescending would be the best word to describe the customer service

The staff at Team Technology are the best! Not only are they local, but they really know their stuff when it comes to Mac products. The owners are ethical and honest, and always treat me fairly. Ive bought several computers from Team, both new and used. I would recommend any Apple owner to use their services!

The team fixed my computer extremely quickly and it was done the right way! We brought our computer in on a Saturday and Ron demonstrated how we was troubleshooting the problem. He diagnosed the problem and then gave two scenarios of what was wrong. We had the computer back in two days all charged up and fixed.Very happy with the service and speediness!

Fantastic customer service! Very personalized, the staff know their stuff upside down and sideways, and are always willing to take time to make sure customers understand things. Very small business feel. This is bar-none my first and hopefully only stop for Apple products, and will go to the Apple store only in major emergencies. Well done guys!

I was in to pick up an item being repaired, there were 2 employees already helping 2 other customers. I waited patiently near the service counter as they finished up, never was greeted or told they would be right with me but that’s no problem. One employee finished up, looked right at me and went to work on a MacBook, again not a problem as I can understand the time crunch they can be under. Two customers walked in and the employee called for someone in back to help them.He proceeded to greet them and told them that someone would be out to assist. The 3rd employee emerged from the back and the employee looked at me again and told him to help the two new customers as he was “already helping me.” I was never acknowledged, told I would be helped or even spoke with anyone working. I left after this blatant disrespect and waste of my time. Mind you, this is the 3rd time I’ve returned my device to them to warranty their own work.This is not the first time I’ve been treated in a similar manner by the employees of this business. They are routinely rude, condescending, smarmy and provide lackluster in-person customer service. This will be the last time I give them my business.

These guys are legit! I had an issue with my MacBook Pro screen. I called Apple support and unfortunately did not receive help. I asked Team Technology about the issue and they had the solution right away. Itd be nice if they had another location west of the metro but the drive was worth it to get my computer fixed the way they did.They talk to you like youre a person not just another customer. I recommend this business!

I rely on my Mac to run my business. When I called to ask questions about potential repairs, the man helping me was rude and make a crack at me being a woman. It was upsetting enough to write a review. If these people were professional, I would have gladly given them business.

Awful experience. I couldn’t buy what I needed because the guy wouldn’t let me use my dads card, and that’s understandable. What isn’t understandable is his smarmy treatment of customers. The sassy tone, the way he just shrugged me off, and the complete lack of wanting to work with me. I was too shocked to get his name but whoever has brown hair, glasses, and a bitchy little personality is who I’m talking about. He was completely out of line and I’m tempted to go back in just to get his name.Also the fact that this elderly lady was just getting screamed at by the other worker there for not fully understanding what he was talking about, it was awful. The way he was speaking to (nay, shouting at) her would never be tolerated at any customer service jobs I’ve ever worked for.Truly disappointed in my experience at this store and felt so offended that I will rather buy the same upcharged products at Best But than face such embarrassment or such an unpleasant encounter again, even if they do have cheaper products.Beware of Team Technology, may be a less busy store than Best Buy but it’s for a very obvious reason.

I have had work done on my Apple devices both at the Roseville Apple store and at Team Technology. I prefer Team Technology because it is closer to home, they are more knowledgeable, and the lines to be served are shorter.

I had a terrible experience in the story today. I will never be back. Horrible, horrible customer service. Enough said. There was no liquid spill. It was dropped.The diagnostics was completely erroneous. It isnt about giving us negative news, its about incompetency . When you pointed to something on your desktop and blamed me for covering up liquid damage it angered me. First, why would I cover it up, I had no warranty or anything w/you, second it ticked me off BECAUSE the device worked until it was dropped. I was just trying to get it fixed. You angered, accused, and all for no reason. Terrible listening skills and terrible service. Like I said, as much of a mac fan as I am, Ill drive right by your location.

I have purchased several products from this store and they are always helpful. They have fixed quite a few of my computer problems in the store and if needed they can send it in. They will answer your questions and even give free advice. If I go the Apple store I usually regret it. They have helped my mother in law limp along with her long out dated Mac and patiently answer her questions over the phone. If you live in the area, this is the place to go for all you Mac needs.

Not helpful. I called to see if they had a part in stock and was snidely told they dont sell it to customers. They condescendingly told me to contact Apple so I hung up on them. I was able to find the part elsewhere and fixed the issue myself.

I have been a Technology customer for twenty years back to when it was Team Electronics and there were no Apple Stores. We buy all of our computers and most of our software from Team and plan on doing so into the future.

My computer was sick all weekend and was hospitalized. They took the time to care to fix my MacBook Pro. Everyone there is friendly and explains things. Instead of them trying to sell you a computer like Best Buy does they look at the problem and find a solution.They saved me alot of money and now my computer is good as new. In ten minutes i had a new battery and backplate for my iPhone 4. One of the workers donated their backplate off of their own phone so i could have mine same day. AWESOME service.

I have a 2011 iMac, the only issue I had was that Safari kept crashing.Well, the technician told me my hard drive needed to be replaced; I said ok.. go ahead.It cost me 390$.I did all this on Saturday afternoon and since theyre closed on Sunday I brought it back in Monday morning.The technician said hed maybe get to it today but more likely tomorrow.Right, they messed up on the fix and charged me money I didnt need to pay and theyre going to send me to the back of the line. Sure.I explained my dissatisfaction and they offered to replace my old hard drive but Id still be liable for labor costs.I told them I had had it with their processes and was just coming in to bring home my computer.(I also said Id likely be writing negative feedback)Well I called Apple care (who didnt charge me BTW for a 2011 machine nice) and we ended up reinstalling mac os X; a very simple process.It fixed the problem.It seems these guys at TT mainly know how to take your money.I will never set foot in this store again.Ever.In the future Apple stores all the time.

They fixed a broken screen on my iPhone 5. The next month dropped the phone and the whole screen popped out and broke the phone.I brough it back and they said the screen Was defective but made me pay for a new one. They did not charge labor which was nice but to me they should stand behind their product even if their warranty with their shady China supplier expired. As a customer I dont really care about their deals with suppliers, I just want my phone fixed.

Motherboard needed replacing. Dropped it off on a Friday, and it was installed the next day. I also didnt lose any data, which is sometimes a possibility. Cant ask for better service than that.

I thought I had a malware problem, it was a bad page problem. Took about 20 mins of questions and history deleting and I was out the door no charge. I also now know how to delete my history more effectually. Thanks Team Technology, Im glad youre here for us!
