Never again. Just bought ink here and it was $140. Online the price was $100. A few weeks back I tried to buy a chair in store, and it was $30 more than online. AND ONLINE HAS FREE SHIPPING! Do not buy anything in this store!! Its a ripoff!

So my experience was, I paid for a Lenovo® IdeaCentre 510A Desktop IN STORE which was suppose to picked up at the store the following day (feb 4th). Upon my arrival for pick up, they told me it was shipped to my address which I never received. I demanded a refund because firstly, I didn’t have the product (which basically should have never been shipped) and secondly, it was a time sensitive purchase. They rudely asked me to call UPS and I told them I had no business with UPS. I insisted I wasn’t going to leave in till I had a refund. They called the Police stating I was black and they fell threatened.I wonder if they thought I would be writing this review from the underworld. So, the officers who showed up basically determined it was a civil issue and left since I was t being disorderly.I however had other things to do so I left. I later found out it was delivered to my neighbors address and I was able to it pick up from there and returned.Now, after the return, which was a debit transaction of $746, they told me the funds went back to my card but it’s been two days now and nothing. They deliberately omitted feeling me on their return policies.If this is how they treat all their customers, then I don’t ever want to buy anything from there.. You make your own decision. Your experience might have been better than mine.

I am a big advocate of shopping in stores, especially those going out of business to support them. But occasionally, I will find myself where I think this business deserves to be out of business. In this store, I wandered around for 20 minutes to find help. Then I waited in line at the counter to get help. I also approached a staff on the phone to get help, who showed me a stop hand sign while talking on the phone. I was waiting like an idiot while seeing all inefficiencies of customer service. Felt neglected and unwanted. I came back without my purchase and ordered through amazon.Very disappointing!

I stood in the online pick up order and the cashier tells me she will be with me in one moment while she was assisting a customer at another register and the cashier continue to ask customers to her line when I was in line before the other customers. I walked to other side to another register, the cashier finish ringing up other customers and after ringing up customers she starting assisting other customers why Im still standing in line waiting. This is horrible service 😢 and I hope you view the camera to see Im the only black American in your store shopping and I was ignored by your employee. I dont think this was fair.

I called in to ask if you guys price match because for a 5-pack of the Avery Dark T-Shirt transfer paper, you guys charge a lot more than Amazon does, and typically Amazon adds a surcharge due to the convenience of it...and before I could finish speaking, I was cut off by the associate.Please teach your employees to be more respectful.

I am a big fan of this location. I go here for all of my business needs. Hannah, the manager, has excellent provision over her stellar team and leads by example with the best customer service I have encountered in a long time anywhere. Samantha does terrific work in the copying and printing department and is both very kind and quick with communication. I am grateful to have them as a business neighbor. As a business owner of two locations, I highly recommend this location for all your business, school supply shopping, and other needs.Dr. G

Rude, pushy, immature and thoughtless people running the checkout. Felt like I was in third grade again. Treated like I was a child. Not inclined to return. I get better prices printer ink cartridges at Sam’s Club.

They say that first impressions are lasting impressions and that statement was certainly tested yesterday, Janyary 11, 2020. It was my very first time using this store. I was in the area and needed copies. I was immediately greeted by a very professional and helpful individual whom I later found out that his name was Vince. I asked for the manager so that I could give Vince the recognition that he certainly deserved. I was truly impressed by his mannerism. I wasnt quite certain how to work the copier and he went above and beyond and completed the entire transaction for me. He deserves a raise and is an employee that you should be proud is a part of your establishment.

Office Max came through for me when FedEx Office failed. I needed color copies of my artwork, so I brought my thumb drive with me. They had no problem handling my thumb drive. The employee was happy to help and made the color copies for me on cardstock. He even raved about my artwork. Thank you Office Max for getting me what I needed when FedEx couldnt deliver (no pun intended).

Ive shopped here quite often getting most of my home office supplies. The employees provide first-class customer service, and are very friendly! The Manager, Andy does a wonderful job holding things down. I think the company is blessed to have its employees who aim to meet the needs of its customers.

You cannot shop here if you can’t wear a mask. No exceptions. Manager was very rude about it and acted like he did not believe me. First time in. Will not go back.

Awesome Customer Service!! Had a problem with an online order. Called the Woodbury Store & Hannah the Manager told me to come right in & she would correct the problem. When I got there she spotted me and said it was already at the register.

Worked here for 2 years and the people I work with/for are awesome. I love how patient they are

The staff here is always knowledgeable and eager to help and friendly. Personally I like to browse and sometimes feel a bit crowded from people asking me if I need help, but I understand they are just doing their job.

Awesome Office max. Nicely organized, good stock of items, and customer service is on point. I can vouch for the management, we bought a hanging file bin without realizing it was chipped. Brought it right back in and they just let us switch it out. They care about their customers.

These guys saved me when Best-Buy wouldnt even offer me service due to extensive liability. Had a failing hard-drive in my laptop, brought it in to Jason and he took care of the issue right away with rapid turnaround and great customer service. He assured me all important files would be retained, installed a repair unit and transferred all files I asked for. My visit and service would have been 5 stars had it not been for the cashier named Rob whom decided wearing saran wrap for work pants appropriate - kids these days!

Not impressed with the attitude of the person helping me today, not customer experience oriented at all. Saying things like I dont know you tell me, good grief.

Made an online printing order. I received a text and email that my order was ready to be picked up. However when i showed up it wasnt even done printing. They had some jam in the machine and werent even working on it. Then they printed it on another material. Which may have been nice except I needed it on paper for my project. So all in all i waited 30-45 minutes for what was supposed to be ready to pick up when I showed up. So much for online ordering.

The design area was able to resize my art in Photoshop, print it to the exact physical dimensions I requested, printed it on cardstock, and laminated it, all for two and a half bucks. An incredible deal

Straight rip off. Overpriced junk office furniture and supplies. Purchased a $400 printer last year from the woodbury store and it didnt last 4 months. Jamming, wifi failures and all. The franchise is well overdue for a makeover at all levels.

Large store but over priced. I went looking for office supplies and furniture and walked out when I saw the huge mark up on several items.

Just terrible, thought I would give this Office Max a try as it was closer to home than the Roseville store but after the horrid experience I will never be back. The cashier actually broke one of the items I was going to buy and then tried to blame me! On top of that he disappears for over 5 minutes in the middle of checking me out. My fiancee and I finally just left after he returned and became upset that we did not want to buy the item we had watched him break.
