The teams at CIT are great! From management and the account team to the on-site engineering and cabling teams, they listen to our needs and are very professional, knowledgeable and fun to work with. In one case, Nick was very helpful to us introducing and navigating the E-Rate process for non-profits. Additionally, when we have asked questions outside of their responsibility, they were open to helping us get lined up with the right resources through sharing their deep technical expertise. The service desk response is the best I have ever experienced, and when a tricky issue does arise they are tenacious in pursuing a solution.

Absolutely horrific experience with this company. Contracted to put in a server and numerous other things to coincide with it. Took about 2 years to do it, and ultimately the server is nothing more than a high priced boat anchor at this point. We learned there were other options we could have pursued that would have been much more budget friendly- but this company was more interested in taking our money. No firewalls in place as contracted, completely incompetent staff and support. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have worked with CIT for a little over 4 years with two different companies. They take care of all our IT needs, AV, patches, hardware etc... They are very responsive and that doesnt stop when you become a customer. The start up went smoothly with both companies. I really like that I can count on my rep, Nick L and the CIT team when needed. We are a non-profit and the pricing is competitive to other IT services in the area.
