This is a very conveniently located cleaner for us not just because it is along our routes, but because it is next to a gas station, pharmacy, restaurants we like, etc. Heather at the Eagle Creek Ln location was very friendly helping with a coupon that hadnt been entered when dropping off and offering to carry clothes out to our car. 15-minute parking outside their door is nice to help with not carrying items too far. Their receipts are very detailed including very specific detail (brand, clothing type) for each item dropped off and pricing for each item cleaned. I really appreciated their text reminder system as well. The clothes were cleaned well and did not have a typical dry cleaner smell that Ive noticed when using other places. Well be back to use this business next time!

Ive gone here for years and have never had an issue. Heather gives excellent customer service and always calls me by name. That goes a long way in my book. Shirts are always done well also. Five stars.

I just recently started bring my dry cleaning to Woodbury Cleaners Eagle Valley location. I was very impressed. The girl at the counter was very cheerful and pleasant. The turn around time was great. My clothes turned out great as well! I will definitely be using them from now on!

I have had good and bad experiences with this dry cleaners over the years between ruining a bed blanket and mixing up dry cleaning orders with other customers. This latest time however my husband had work shirts with a prior iron on decal. My husband had to wear these shirts once again without the decals. I took them to this dry cleaners thinking they probably wont be able to do much with the dark mark left from the decal. I dropped them off with Heather and she assured me they try their best to get tough stains out. Much to my surprise, the markings came off the shirt and my husband was thrilled when I brought them home. Very pleased and one could hardly see there was anything ever there. Heather is really great to work with also. Again, couldnt have been happier!

Sign says closed on Christmas day and New years day. Stopped in on New years eve, closed. No notice. Guess how impressed I was. Was unable to wear my planned attire for new years. Extremely disappointing.

Terrible service. Dropped a suit coat off 2 days ago went back to get it today and they lost my garment bag. I waited for 20 minutes for them to call around and see where it was only for the manager to tell me she doesnt know what happened to it and still made me pay for the cleaning and offered nothing to remedy the situation. Will not be returning.

Last summer I had a beautiful outdoor wedding, but between dancing, taking pictures, and walking around visiting with family and friends it really took a toll on my wedding gown. It had been taking up the too much room in our closet for the last 8 months and figured I should probably bring it in to be cleaned. I brought it in last month and the employees were so helpful in helping me decide what needed to be done because I wanted to store it for the future so they suggested I get it boxed. I was told it would take about 4 weeks but received a call letting me know it was back from cleaning a week early. It looked amazing! Just what I was expecting and at a reasonable price too! My husband can finally have his side of the closet back and I know where I will be doing all of my future cleaning. Great job.

This place deserves negative stars. They lost my dress months ago and I am still battling to get reimbursed! I had to go back and find my receipt which I did and they are still giving me the run around! And they will only give me a credit for cleaning the dress which they lost, like I would ever go back there and use the credit. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

I took a family heirloom baptism dress here to be cleaned and pressed and when I got it back it had completely different buttons attached to it. No one from the business told me about the buttons or asked me if they could change the buttons. When I went in to ask what happened, the lady at the desk said she needed to contact her supervisor to see what was going on. The supervisor said they werent sure if the dress even had buttons on when it came in....I showed them a picture clearly showing the original buttons. Nobody knew what happened to the buttons, where the buttons went, and why there were new buttons attached to my family heirloom!! Besides the different buttons, they were poorly sewn on and did not really match the garment. They also said they called me to ask about the buttons - I NEVER received any call from them at all and I showed them the call history on my phone. Needless to say I was livid, and they refused to reimburse me at all! They said I could go buy different buttons, bring them in, and they would sew them on for free. Im pretty sure something happened to the original buttons and nobody wanted to confess to their screw-up!--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Update: Since this mishap, the management at the cleaners has contacted me. She tried to rectify the situation by offering to reimburse for my troubles and the mistake made on their part. She was very apologetic and sincere about maintaining a satisfactory customer experience. I was given an explanation about what might have happened with my garment and understand that this thing does happen from time to time in dry cleaning. Although it took a little while and an online review to get some answers, they did rectify the situation and work to maintain their high level of customer satisfaction.

Woodbury Cleaners at Eagle Creek is my regular cleaners. They always do a good job, and even managed to get very old mustard stains out of my husbands dress shirt! The employees are always friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and items are ready when promised. I have been a customer for many years, and will continue.

This is by far the best cleaners in Woodbury if not the Metro area. Its hard today to find a good cleaners that has exceptional service and does a quality job. I highly recommend Woodbury Cleaners for all your dry cleaning needs.

Convenient location, with courteous service and quick turnaround time. Weve located multiple times around the U.S. and have yet find a cleaners that is as helpful and professional as woodbury cleaners is. My dress shirts are always pressed just the way I like it and my suits always look sharp and all at a reasonable price. Definitely would recommend woodbury cleaners to a friend.

Horrible!!They lost my wife dress, they charge me for the cleaning and they don’t want reimburse the money . I been deal with this situation for 4 month and nothing yet.People like this they should not be in business!!

Was told I would receive an email when my item was ready to be picked up, I did not. Also paid close to double what Ive paid in the past to have my winter coat cleaned. Very disappointed.

This place deserves 0 stars. They lose items, their manager is a liar. I would avoid at all costs. They lost my shirt and didnt have the decency to apologize for it.
