Marc was great! I came in for 2 new tires and left with the tires, an alignment, and new brakes and rotors...all of which I know I needed. It the process apparently they found one of my calipers was bad and changed that out free of charge.After leaving I noticed a high pitched sound coming from the wheels. I brought it back a week later and they fixed that for me quickly and I was back on my way. They were professional and reliable. I definitely recommend.

My father said i needed 4 new tires but never has time to do them, so i came to the closest shop in Deptford which was Mavis. I was greeted with a bunch of nice men including one named Jimmy. He did 3 brand new tires and put the one in the back on. Told me i needed breaks and an alignment. Since they werent completely swamped, he brought my car in and was done in less then a few hours These guys are a great team and always looking out for the customers.

After price checking every tire store in the area for a set of 4 Continental tires, Mavis Discount Tire had the best deal. They ordered the tires for me, called me when they came in and installed them the same day. I was so impressed by their professional, friendly and competent staff that I had other auto services done there as well.

Great customer service and they really care about their customers! They even looked in the system for my profile, and applied the coupons I’d normally use without asking. Great spot to go to!

Matt Whitely in Service was wonderful. My brother had a tire blowout on the highway and couldn’t get the tire off so we towed it to the closest shop. He was on his way camping and even had a canoe in the top of the truck, Matt was able to get the truck up on a lift, get the tire changed quickly and get them back on the road with no hassle at all. 5 star shop and great customer service!

Have been going to deptford mavis for a few years now the management and team never let me down. They’ve take care of our vehicles and always do a great job. The one manager is a real stand up guy he’s always made sure everything is good never lets me down. I’ll be using this store a lot more for my tire needs.

I took my car Mavis discount tire in Woodbury for a leaky tire. I had a great experience here. I had an appointment and they took me right away. The associate was very pleasant. I waited for my tire to be checked out and the waiting area was comfy and clean. Service was extremely fast. I was prepared to by a new tire and all it was a nail in the tire and I guess it was in a good place and all they had to day was pull it out made sure my tire filled with air. I was in an out and was no charge. Matt the store manager was the one who took care of me! Exceptional customer service! Made my day! I am due for a new set of tires soon and I will definitely be coming back here to do them! They got my business! Thank you!

Friendly people, clean environment, quick service. Most everything about your vehicle is given a quick once over to address problems you didnt even know you had, which keeps your vehicle running smooth.Maintenance took less time than estimated and thats always a plus.

First time coming to this shop yesterday. Wonderful guys all around, helped me a lot with taking care of my wife’s Honda Pilot tires/brakes/shocks/struts. Staff is courteous, friendly, and very professional, and service is fast. This is how a business should be run. Don’t know if they’re the same staff when it was still NTB, but the staff in this location is honestly super awesome. It’s hard to find a decent shop nowadays, but they definitely earned my respect and return business in the future. Marc is a great dude. Highly recommended!

I followed Matt W, the location manager, from Sewell. I will never be able to give him high enough praise. I’ve been an Uber driver for over 2 years and he has always been there for my needs. He is always super friendly and helpful. He is no nonsense and tells you the 100% truth. I am confident that I am in good hands whenever I see him.

(Update) Great in store customer experience. The fella I dealt with Mark or Matt (I cant remember the name) was very professional. My only issue was I was emailed a survey. I completed the survey to what I thought was a positive reflection of my experience. I received a phone call shortly after from someone asking me why I had left a negative review. All the questions were on a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being the best. Every question was answered with either a seven or an eight which in my mind means good. I tried explaining that to him but he didnt seem to get it. Apparently I was supposed to answer 10 or nothing for it to be a good review. In that case they shouldnt have a 1 to 10 scale just a simple yes or no would suffice. Although I was confused and slightly annoyed with the follow-up call I still give it a five-star because the store and its employees should not have to be penalized for its weird Survey algorithm.

Ive been a die hard dealership guy for repairs.Needless to say...those days have ended.I took a chance with a local Mavis (Deptford)and was pleasantly surprised.I needed tires and an oil change, and a general once over for any potential problems.The staff at this facility was with me every step of the way.They were informative, courteous and attentive from the minute I walked through the door.Great Prices and good work in a timely manner is a big plus in my book.Ill be going back to this facility for my repairs in the future.

Absolute life savers! Matt graciously helped this mom with a car full of kids change a flat using our spare. Mavis Tires should be proud to have employees like him and his crew. Guys are friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. I saw a big piece of metal in my tire. They looked it over and it was just superficial. No new tire(s) needed., no patch needed. Verified sound and stable. No charge and they checked the air in all 4. When the day comes that I do need new tires I certainly will be going to them. I know I wont be ripped off.

Sold me Defective tires and wont make good on them OK if was only one but all 4 failed roadforse ......stay away from this place Its pretty bad when they a tire place and they dont even have Road Force to make sure that bad tires do not leave that place So Ive been driving on tires that are out around imagine if its raining and I have to slam my brakes on and they dont stop like they sopose to???

I would give it no stars if it was an option..I went in for an alignment and initially I was impressed because I only had wait about 30-35 minutes...I quickly realized why...my car was in same condition, steering wheel was still off center, car still pulled to the right. I dont know what I paid for but it certainly wasnt an alignment...that was my first and last time I take any vehicle there

Came in for an oil change and everyone was friendly, professional, and fast. Greg helped me get in and out asap which helped very much with my busy schedule. Very satisfied!

I had a bad experience here, with what started off with getting an alignment with a bad bearing. Spoke with someone who told me they will do my alignment again free of charge. I haven’t made the apt yet, but now just discovered my oil change was never done. Decided to check my oil levels and I have dirty oil ! Its been a little over 1000 miles since they apparently changed it for me on the same DOS! No way! Stay far away! My mistake was not checking my oil before I left but I normally go to a trusted mechanic. Figure since I was getting new tires, I should just knock both out at this appointment. Been to other mavis centers and never had such an awful experience.

Honored a former battery brands warranty, albeit partially. At cost, w/ 5 year warranty on new battery. Friendly and respectful staff.

I heard about the snow storm coming the other day. Mavis is the best tire place around by far. They dont make you feel silly for not knowing things about vehicles, they are very realistic, and work hard to ensure one is safe after they leave their place of business.I went in with brakes that sounded like they were dragging metal under my truck and a nail in my tire. (that for months I just kept putting air in before it was time to see a car doctor). I use the word Doctor because I was in and out. They did not waste my time, they set me up with 4 new tires, new brakes/rotars, a new valve and with and EXTREMELY fair price.As a small business owner myself it is important to me that service is fast, reliable, and create a relationship. This company did just that. I will take all my vehicles to them as long as I can drive and recommend them to all my friends and family.

If you need anything done for your tires, you better bring it here. The guys were so so friendly. I called in a panic because I ran over a screw and my tire pressure was getting lower and lower. Called NTB at 6:45pm. They told me I could bring it in. Brought the car in at 7. I was out of there by 7:15. And they didn’t even charge me for plugging my tire. I also went to this location years back and had the same quality of experience. I remembered that which is why I decided to drive over 30 mins to come back to it, bypassing and hand full of other options, and now Im glad I did. Im not taking my car anywhere else from now on because I know these guys will take car of my care the way Id like it. Id highly recommend this location to anyone including my father which I then immediately called after my visit who is now a bit too old to take care of his own cars but has done this well in his younger years. Im rating this not because of good folks who work there . The fact that I was stranded do to a brake line failure but mavis who does breaks doesnt repair brake lines. ???? Makes no sence. Thats easier then changing a caliber. Any how great folks always great customer service. Great prices .
