Entire team and staff is absolutely incredible. This was my first time personally dealing with christys auto body however they’ve always done excellent work on my entire families vechiles. I got hit on my front drivers side which resulted in my entire front end having to be replaced. I was able to get my car towed to christys and let them take it from there. I worked personally with Steve who literally lifted the load off of me in that stressful time. Steve worked with my rental car company and police department to make this entire process run smooth. Every time I called Steve with a question he was able to give a very honest and transparent answer. They did not take an extreme amount of time getting my car finished at all, I was able to pick my car up freshly cleaned and vacuumed and since then my car has been driving as if nothing has even happened. I would highly recommend christys auto body and especially Steve due to their extreme customer service and hospitality, they consistently work in excellence and professionalism. I’m not looking to get in anymore accidents how ever if i do I wouldn’t feel comfortable going anywhere else except Christys

I dented the right side of my car including the mirror. The right door and fender were damaged. The service at Christys was outstanding. The gentleman that checked the car explained to me if some of the parts that I did not have with me can be used it will save buying them. The work was done in a few days (exactly as they promised). The car looks great and it cost about half of what I was quoted in another place in Woodbury.I highly recommend them.

Everyone is so polite and friendly. Their work is impeccable and most importantly they are honest and trustworthy. You dont see alot of that .

Kept my truck for almost two months. Used excuse after excuse for why it was taking so long. Reused a damaged part without without even mentioning it to me.

Im so disappointed in my experience with Christys. I visited the shop about a month ago, as they were highly recommended. The owner came out and gave me an estimate of $800. They couldnt fit me in until today. I received a call from the owner after they had my car all day. He asked me again what his estimate was (WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GET IN WRITING) . He proceeded to tell me that it was going to be an additional $900 and that when he gave me the original estimate it didnt include the bumper. YES STEVE it did, you walked all around my car and knew exactly what you gave the estimate for. YOU apparently made a mistake and wouldnt own up to it. NOT GOOD BUSINESS, especially for a small business. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im glad I pulled my car from your establishment.

When i had an accident recently, i brought my car to Christys, Steve and crew did a fantastic job and would recommend anyone needing body work! Fast and turned out great!

Would not recommend this establishment to anyone I know. Completed the body work, but did a horrible job under my hood!! Until this very day, I am still having issues with my truck. Had my vehicle for a month and a half. Very disappointing and un-honest!!

I used CHRISTYS to repair my truck paid for new parts and Christys use parts from the junk yard didnt complete all the work ...makes me wonder how many other customers cars were repaired in this manor, pocketed money for repairs not performed.
