Camile (I think I spelled that right) was absolutely wonderful to work with. I came in to get some things painted. She was always informative and kept me in the loop. The finished product wasnt to my liking but Camile fixed it, rectified the situation and made sure I was a happy customer, Very professional and I would recommend this place.

Had my car fixed there. First was front bumper. Job was done. Picked up car, headlights didnt work. Brought it back. Got it fixed.Second time, I had side doors repaired there. Picked up my car. Side door light not working and paint chipped on other side door. Had it fixed. Picked up my car. Side mirror adjustment knob was not working. Got it fixed again.Lacking complete job inspections before telling customer the job is done. Gave the business too many chances.. Not doing business with them again.

What a great body shop! Staff are courteous and timely. They kept me informed on what was being done to my vehicle and when I’d be able to pick it up. They did beautiful work (I had some roof damage due to a run-in with a camper 😳). From the estimate, to the point of pick up and rental return, the folks at Heppner’s were top-notch!

This is our second time using Heppner’s and once again we are super pleased. They got us in right away, worked with insurance and got the vehicle done early. Our Traverse was cleaned and detailed on the inside despite only having body damage. Great experience once again.

From the moment I called them to ask for a repair quote for my damaged car to the moment I picked up the vehicle repaired, the staff at Heppners was friendly, clear and very up-front.They took my car a week ahead of my scheduled date. The repairs were LESS than estimated (they opted to repair several areas of the vehicle instead of cutting and splicing in new panels).I was kept totally up to date on the repair process and they finished all the repairs 2 weeks faster than they had thought it would take. I was shocked when they called me to say the car was being cleaned up and was ready for pickup.All the metalwork, body filler, and paint work was SO WELL DONE. Im so happy I chose to go with Heppners over other shops that were scheduling initial estimates 3 weeks out.I would highly recommend this shop for auto body work. Finally an auto shop that truly cares about their customers! We took our car to a dealer that was about to charge $200 just for a diagnostic. We quickly took is straight to Heppner’s where our insurance has sent us in the past and we had a great experience. They quickly told us something was just jammed and sent us on our way. They will have our business forever because of their communication and integrity!

I have been to this Heppner’s twice, and I will always, always, ALWAYS take my vehicles here for any work to be done. They are polite, keep you very well in the loop, good prices, but most importantly, they do high quality work in a short amount of time. I received my car back in less than a week and was extremely impressed. My car came back looking fantastic inside and out. Clean, smelled good and had a lot less dog hair inside. :) I wish I could give them 10+ stars. I highly recommend using Heppner’s and I will be back for sure. Thank you!!!

If I could give Heppners zero stars I would...My family has had them repair 2 vehicles in the past 3 months or so. BOTH times we show up for our scheduled appointment and they do not have us on the books. This is not a coincidence...its horrible business management. On top of that, extremely unprofessional staff who both times did not even offer anything remotely close to an apology. DO NOT GO HERERE: response from the owner: Please dont lie once again. I was never paying for the rental car in the first place...the person that hit me was taking care of that. No one from your shop ever offered to pay for the rental. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Just picked my car up today and it looks great!No complaints! customer service is always good they kept me updated as to when my car was going to be done. When I picked it up it was all nice and clean and looks great like a brand new car. I am very happy with them.

I had significant hail damage on my vehicle. Heppners was able to get my vehicle in for repairs right away. Their customer service was fabulous! I ended up needed additional repairs done that were not on my original estimate. Heppners communicated this to me right away and then took care of everything with my insurance company. They were very efficient. I will be recommending Heppners to my friends and family!

Heppners on Woodlane did a fantastic job on my car. The wait to get an appointment was a tad long but that was not a big deal for me. My front bumper was covered by the other parties insurance so it was a breeze. Half way through I remembered I had a crack in the rear bumper. I asked if they could fix that in the process and Devin immediately put it on order. He quoted me approximately $950.00 for the bumper and an additional 4 days in the shop. Well, it turned out that everything lined up and they had both the front and rear bumpers done in the time I was quoted for just the front. Even better, they got the price down to $830.00 so I am ecstatic. Overall I hope I dont have to get body work done again but if I do, I will without a doubt go back to Heppners on Woodlane.Edit: My cars paint is a crystal black silica and their paint match was flawless. Money is a big deal and so is time but i was most worried about the quality of the match. Well done to the painters and the front office.

The service that my car and I received from Heppners on Woodlane was wonderful and stress free. I had never been to Heppners for anything and went to them because of the online body shop reviews. Each person I spoke with was professional and courteous. When I walked into the office, I was pleasantly surprised at everything. Once I picked up my car from having body work done, I was shocked to see that it was washed and cleaned, inside and out. I will easily recommend Heppners to people. Thank you!

My car was badly damaged on two doors, bottom, front wheel and steering system. When I received it back it looked like a new car and drove like a new car. The service by Shawna and Dustin was welcoming and professional. The rental car was arranged with no effort on my side, pick-up and return at Heppners. Paper work was minimal and quick. Dustin kept updating me during the progress. I am very pleased. Perfect job.

Friendly advice..... If you want new customers or repeat customers try greeting them politely and with some respect. Maybe I interrupted your receptionists coffee break or a text session with a BFF?? When I walked in I didn’t appreciate the look/facial expression/sound in her voice like: What the F does this guy want. Wish I had it on video. Really wanted to just walk out.Needless to say I waited around and got an estimate. Bout $600 more that my preferred repair place. (Unfortunately I moved and they’re too far away now)Generally I felt like I was a burden for walking in the door.The insurance is paying, so I don’t really care who does it. Just want it done right. Think I’ll go somewhere else tomorrow.

Service and communication were great, and the repair looks awesome. Getting a car rental was great (Enterprise was late arriving, but thats not Heppners fault).The only reason I knocked a star off is because the place REEKED of cigarette smoke. It was terrible. Cigarettes covered up by cheap perfume/cologne. It made me gag every time I went in, so my son an I were out of there as quickly as we could be.

Wow! This is the place to have your damaged vehicle repaired. Nothing but courtesy and straight talk during our estimate and subsequent interactions. Unbelievable results from the repair. Our 2008 Hyundai Sonata looks better than it did before the crash. The repairs were out-of-pocket but they helped us save money where they could and delivered top notch results. Absolutely satisfied!

Dropped my car off for an insurance claim. They took care of me. Took one look at my car and immediately put me in a rental. I was only going in for them to check it so I can see when to drop it off.

I live an hour and a half away from this location and I was on my way to Woodbury with my baby for a doctor appointment, when big piece of ice flew off of a semi and hit my front bumper causing it to crack and scrape against my tire. I was having one of those days and realized I didn’t have any money on me either, I called around to a bunch of auto shops and no place would help fix it without charging me. I finally got ahold of Heppner’s Auto Body and they helped me with no charge, no problem! And I was able to get me and my baby home safely. :) They are so friendly and so kind! I would go back here again and again!!

They did an excellent job fixing my car after being rear ended. Everything was done in a timely manner. My car actually looked and smelled better after I got it back.

I was rear ended by a kid texting on his phone. There was significant body to the bumper, trunk, and rear side panel. They did great work and you cant tell there was ever an accident. There was a mix up with the insurance company and I didnt get a rental. While being repaired they found some more damage and the car needed to stay longer. Heppners set me up with a rental that really got me out of a tough situation. They fixed my car and helped in a difficult time. 5 out of 5 stars for Heppners.

The body work was good, although they didnt get the one paint chip on the hood we talked about, but Im most disappointed that they chose to share my phone number with a third party survey organization. Thats not something they mentioned in any paperwork or throughout the process, and led to a number of calls at inconvenient times from an unknown number that also never left a voice mail.So, if you want bodywork done and the opportunity to get lots of calls, by all means use Heppners.

They did a great job repairing my car. They have rentals available while your car is being worked on. They could communicate better when there are delays otherwise they did am amazing job.

I’ve had Heppers repair two SUVS.First experience few years ago repaired my SUV from hit and run while parked in parking lot, Heppners repaired, did very poor quality repair. Hepperners redid and it was very nice the second time. That same SUV was hit again while parked, again Heppners repaired and did nice job.My other SUV was damaged under warranty from Freeway Ford under front drivers door. Which Freeway Ford did not repair.I had Heppners repaired damage, One dent and some scratches under front drivers door. Heppners repaired dent and scratches but added several more dents under front and rear doors and bubbles in paint . I pointed this out to Camile. I asked Camile how the dents under rear door happened? Camile said they also removed rear door.Camile had me come back to discuss damage with their general manager “Doug” Right away “Doug” said they didn’t do damage under rear door.I asked Doug how would he like me to take them to court. He said we’ll see you in court. I was not happy and left.I’ll be taking legal action.4/16/19 Tuesday update.I received email That Hepners auto body already talked with and and looked over my SUV. Complete lie. The general manager came out to look at checks of damage they did and the first damage I showed him he was stating they didn’t do the damage. They removed both drivers and drivers passagner doors and damage was under doors on body. I never had chance to show any of the other dents they caused. I went there with one dent and scratches caused by Freeway Ford under warranty issues and Hepners repaired one dent and scratches and added several more. My first complaint is going to Attorney Genersls office and if that doesn’t pan out then court. What liars trying to deceive anyone that read these reviews they have felt with issue. Wow.

Purchased a gift certificate in December for an interior detail. When I arrived to purchase, lady at the desk was rude and acted as if I was bothering her. It took until May for my husband to get an appointment. When we called to schedule, the lady who answered the phone carried on a conversation with someone in the building while I was on the line. When we arrived to drop his car off they acted as if they didnt know what to do with the gift certificate asking him what services he wanted done. Upon picking the car up, the seats were soaked, floor mats wet and stuck in the trunk. Very disappointed in the customer service and services recieved, we will not be returning to the Woodbury location and potentially not to Heppners at all.

They paid the extreme attention to detail vehicle repair was perfect perfect

1) painter on vacation so it took longer to finish my truck, yet they wanted me to make up the difference on the rental.2) overspray/buffing compound all the tailgate. Its still there as I have no way to get it off.3) they improperly plugged in the connection that powers the tailights. When I brought it in a week later because they werent working, I was treated as if it was my fault.You would be far better off going somewhere else.

Had 2 door dings and my gas tank cover touched up for just over $500.00 yesterday. They gave the car back to me without even washing it! Customer Service is lacking here.

Told 3 days, took a week. After completed, had another issue. Terrible customer service. Front desk lady was very unprofessional.
