I rented tables, chairs, linens and flower arrangements for my sons wedding. I picked up my rentals on Friday evening and returned them on Monday. I was relieved to know that I did not have to be in a rush to return the rental items on Sunday nor was I charged any extra fees for the extended time. Their prices are very affordable. The quality of service was above my expectation. Theyre friendly and understand the stress of planning an event. They make you feel like youre family. The products were cleaned and ready for pick up when I arrived. They also provide their expertise in drafting a layout floor plans and decorating designs. I thought it was great until they delivered my wedding arches and flowers 1 HOUR after the ceremony ended. I even called them 30 minutes before I had to walk down the aisle and the woman responded Oh yea were comin were comin. Super unprofessional and they had no excuse.

I thought this was a great company to rent from for my event, untill miscommunication on the companys part during a reservation to inform me that they were closed on Sunday. The christian owner was very unproffessional when she spoke to me!!! And refused to accept any wrong on her miscommunication and informing to myself as a new customer during the call and only offered me a store credit. I prefer to do business with black owned businesses but this situation reminds me why I can get quality customer service from other businesses !!!! than from my own ppl!!! I had a plesant experience renting from a proffessional and more quality affordable of the same products from a spanish rental business in woodbridge and I highly recommend them!!!! I would never do business here again!!!!!
