Picked up equipment that did not belong to them. Returned half of it. Spoke with the manager who was very rude and took no responsibility.

I was in a bind to have a party for my son, it was all last minute! I called DMV party rentals and Jasmin was so helpful! I was able to get everything i needed for my sons birthday party in time, and it all turned out beautiful. I definitely recommend DMV Party rentals. I will use them for all my events! Thanks again!

BEWARE!!! THEY RENT OUT NON WORKING EQUIPMENT!!! We rented out tables, chairs, and fans. One of the fan did not work... upon closer look there was a piece that was clearly disconnected. When we addressed this issue, we were told that the manager was going to look at it and determine if a refund was deemed. We never heard back and had to call them. According to the store clerk, the manager “checked” the fan and stated it was perfectly fine so no refund will be issued but instead a store credit. Hmmm if the fan worked perfectly fine why would we be given a store credit at all?!?If you don’t wanna get ripped off, avoid this place!!!

Excellent service, reasonable prices, hosted my husband birthday party and everything went smooth thanks to the great service that I received from Jasmin and Freddy. Can’t wait to do further business with them. Very satisfied

Great place for renting things for parties.

Not really keen on time. I went there to pick up rwntals at 10 am when they said they opened but no one was there. I called and they said they would be there shortly about 15 20 min later then they showed up.Went to return rentals same thing.Very nice employees but nees to be more punctual.
